Design of Remote Signal Transmission System in Mine Roof Descending Monitoring

  • To solve the existing problems of most roof descending monitors such as heavy workload of data collection and unable to upload roof descending data to surface, the paper proposed a design scheme of remote transmission system of mine roof descending signal.It introduced working principle,mathematic model of the system in details,and determined the key parameters as well as gave design of the hardware circuit of the system.The system can transmit the roof descending data with frequency signal mode to analog interface of communication substation of safety monitoring and control system of mine so as to the safety monitoring and control center of mine can monitor and collect state and data of roof descending of each monitored point in real-time,which improves continuity and reality of roof descending monitoring.The field operation showed that the system is easy to communicate with mine communication substation and each operation index can meet national standard ordained by coal industry.
