Development of GPRS Measurement and Monitoring System of Truck Scale under ERP Environment

  • In view of rigged problem of using remote control signal existed in current truck scale measurement mode, the paper proposed a design scheme of GPRS measurement and monitoring system of truck scale under ERP environment, and introduced design of hardware, software of the system and its function in details. The system adopts stepwise count and worksheet filtering method to process data, can automatically detect vehicle information without infrared positioning system, and can accurately send measurement data to supervision department of enterprise, so as to make the system break through limitation of use place, suit for field of truck scale which is unsuited to install infrared positioning system; the system uses wireless recognition technology to real-timely judge rigged data, and send these data information and alarm signal to enterprise supervision department through GPRS networks and make alarming. The practical application showed that the system is simple, practical and convenient in operation, which effectively prevents man-made cheating combining with enterprise ERP system, and improves working efficiency.
