Design of Remote Control System of Drill of Gas Extraction in Coal Mine Underground

  • In order to effectively put an end to accidents of coal and gas outburst, injury by drilling machinery, a remote control system of drill of gas extraction in coal mine underground was designed. The system adopts PLC control technology, video and audio monitoring technologies and remote wireless data transmission technology. Operators uses operating handle and button of ground operation platform to realize remote control drilling of drill and automatic loading and unloading of drilling rod with the help of remote video and audio, so as to achieve unmanned gas extraction in coal mine underground. The test result showed that the system is stable and reliable in running.
