Design of Remote and Intelligent Controller of Mine Tunnelling Ventilator Based on CAN Bus

  • In view of problems that current ventilator of mine tunnelling roadway has low efficiency and low anti-interference ability in remote transmission of harmful gases signals, a remote and intelligent fuzzy controller with multivariable of underground tunnelling ventilator based on CAN bus was designed. The controller can collect concentration signals of harmful gases in underground tunnelling working face, uses multivariate fuzzy control method to control frequency of frequency converter intelligently, so as to adjust air volume of ventilator, reduce concentration of harmful gases and power consumption of ventilator. The controller solves the problems of anti-interference of remote transmission of harmful gases signals in tunnelling roadway.
