Design of Energy-saved Control System of Freezing Station Based on Fuzzy Control

  • In order to reduce energy loss of coal mine freezing station of sinking with freezing method and increase intelligent control level of brine pump of freezing station effectively,a energy-saved control system of freezing station based on fuzzy control was designed in the paper,working principle of hardware and software design of A/D sampling and processing module,fuzzy control module,D/A frequency output module,communication module of remote monitoring and control of the system were expounded,and the flow chart was given.The system adopts advanced embedded system to construct hardware control system,and uses fuzzy control algorithm to realize frequency converter control for rotate rate of motor which can meet demand of variable load flux,so as to achieve the high efficient energy-saved destination.
