Design of Compressor Monitoring and Control System Based on MCGS

  • To solve the problem that traditional compressors’ monitoring device can’t meet with demand of high level’s automation production,the paper proposed a design scheme of compressor monitoring and control system based on MCGS.It analyzed functions and characteristics of MCGS,gave whole structure of MGCS,introduced application of MGCS in compressor monitoring and control system and its implementation.The actual application showed that the system has good application effect,which greatly improves automation level of compressed air station and reduces labor intensity.
