Design of Embedded Control System of Position of Fluid Equipment Based on Single-chip Microcomputer and DSP

  • Position control of fluid equipment requires rapid and high accuracy positioning performance,but there are contradiction between rapidity and positioning accuracy.In order to solve the problem,the paper proposed a design scheme of embedded control system of position of fluid equipment based on single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 and DSP TMS320F2812.It introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details.The actual running showed that the system has performance of quick response speed,strong real-time and low power comparing with the traditional analog control system.
