  • The paper analyzed field environment factors which influence reliability of status monitoring platform of explosion-proof diesel locomotive including high temperature, high humidity and body vibration of locomotive and pointed out corresponding resolution methods. It also put forward items needed pay attention to in development process of status monitoring platform of explosion-proof diesel locomotive, including hardware methods of using redundancy method, anti-interference measures of power supply and protection circuit and software methods of adding watchdog program, fault diagnosis function and redundancy command.
