Reform of Detection System of Discal Brake of Mine Hoist

  • In view of problem of bad sensitivity existed in GCTP-ZP01 detection system of discal brake which uses mechanical switch to detect wear of discal brake and drowsiness of spring, the paper proposed a reform scheme of GCTP-ZP01 detection system of discal brake based on embedded configuration software and S7-200 PLC. It introduced design of hardware and software of the reformed system in details. The actual application showed that the reformed system has characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and convenient maintenance.
