Design of Integrated Automation Platform of Coal Preparation Plant

  • In view of problem that it is difficult to integrate data of each intelligent control subsystem of Coal Preparation Plant of Hongshuliang Coal Mine under heterogeneous condition, the paper proposed a design scheme of integrated automation platform. The scheme integrates each intelligent control subsystem into the platform by some methods, so as to realize comprehensive analysis and real-time statistics and evaluation of data; personnel of central control room monitors and controls main equipments of production real-timely and evaluation, so as to realize informatization of data collection, production scheduling and decision-making and command. The actual application showed that the platform runs stably and reliably, which impoves information management level of production of coal preparation plant.
