A New Type of Safety Monitoring System of Roof-bolt Roadway

  • In order to assure bolting to reach safe and reliable demands, the paper put forward a design scheme of a new type of safety monitoring system of roof-bolt roadway, and introduced hardware structure and software design of the system in details. The new type of safety monitoring system of roof-bolt roadway realized functions of monitoring for working state of bolt, enquiry for historical data,computer analysis for strained trend.The experiment proved maximum range of the system is 500 kN,measuring error <5%, and the system has strong anti-interference, convenient man-machine interface, good adaptation and self-protection ability.
