Hardware Design of Control System of Belt Conveyor Driven by Multi-motor Based on PLC

  • In the basis of analysis of the working principle and control demand of belt conveyor(driven) by multi-motor,a control system of belt conveyor driven by multi-motor based on PLC was designed in the paper.The hardware configuration and control scheme,the selection of sensors and actuators of thecontrol system were introduced in(detail.)And the technological problems such as(signal’s) security(insula-) tion,starting and flame-proof of high-power valve were solved.The practical experiment showed that the system has characteristics such as safe reliability,flexible use and powerful functions.
