Design of an Intelligent Liquid Level Monitoring System

  • In summer,so-called "false liquid level" often occurred in tanks of containing volatility liquid and caused failure of monitoring system.So an intelligent liquid level monitoring system was designed in the paper. Firstly, multi-sensor information fusion and an easy diagnosis method were(employed to diagnose) failure of the system,and then liquid level information could been obtained by utilizing flux information fusion and neural network which replaced liquid level sensor in order to avoid the system failure resulted from "false liquid level". The intelligent liquid level monitoring system had advantages of simple arithmetic as well as no additional equipments and easy in realization of projects.
