Design of Synchronous Circuit of Intelligent Soft Starter Based on 80C196MC

  • The paper introduced hardware design,principle of phase sequence measurement and software realization of synchronous circuit of an intelligent soft starter taking INTEL 80C196MC as control chip.The circuit realized three-phase electric capturing at zero moment by capturing function of single-chip microcomputer,which could realize phase sequence measurement and provide a benchmark moment for wave form generator of 80C196MC programing PWM waves.The actual application showed the circuit ran well.
