Design of machinery-tracked automatic system of hydraulic support

  • In view of problem of low automatic degree of current electrohydraulic control system of hydraulic support, a machinery-tracked automatic system of hydraulic support was designed. The system takes traction position and direction of shearer as reference, and accords to preset action rule of hydraulic support to control action of the hydraulic support, so as to make the hydraulic support to track the shearer to finish operations of sliding advance of support and grouped pushing timely and orderly. Test result validates feasibility of the system.
