  • In view of problems that mine local ventilator monitoring system has not communication interface used in No.1 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Group Co. Ltd., and ground control station ca't understand running state of ventilator in real-time, a set of remote digital monitoring system of mine local ventilator was designed. The system is mainly composed of ground monitor station, communication controller, ventilator controller, each part was accessed to the industrial Ethernet to form independent digital monitoring system through data switching exchange, so as to realize data sharing and jointly complete the remote monitoring of underground local ventilator. The field test results show that the system implements functions of real-time display, control and fault alarm of running status of local ventilator and feeder switch; implements combination of local control,remote control of the local ventilator and achieves unattended condition; implements linkage of the local ventilator and the air speed detection system, so as to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
