Design of mine-used wireless radar material level sensor

  • For problems of difficult setting, maintenance and wiring and high maintenance cost of radar material level sensor in existing coal bunker material level monitoring system, a mine-used wireless radar material level sensor was designed. The sensor takes ESP8266 single chip microcomputer with a wireless radio frequency module as a core processor and a radar sensor as sensing unit. In an environment with WiFi network coverage, the sensor can be directly connected to the WiFi network. In an environment without WiFi network coverage, the sensor can be used as a wireless access point to establish a WiFi network. The sensor can provide web services to communicate with mobile devices for data transmission and sensor configuration. Meanwhile, the sensor can access mine-used information collection station in existing coal bunker material level monitoring system with a flexible application.
