Research of magneto-mechanical coupling model of drilling tool for auger type shearer

  • According to the mechanical force characteristics of drilling tool for auger type shearer, the characteristic relationship between force and magnetic field of drilling tool was studied, and the magneto-mechanical coupling model was established. Certain coupling relationship between the stress and the leakage magnetic field can be obtained through the analysis of the model, so as to obtain stress information of drilling tool indirectly according to distribution of magnetic field, and the goal of real-time monitoring and production safety were achieved. The simulation and test results verify the correctness of the model.
