  • In view of problem of big sampling error of dust sampler based on open-loop control, a dust sampler based on closed-loop flow control was designed. The sampler uses micro gas flow sensor to collect flow, adopts incremental PID control algorithm with die area to real-timely monitor and adjust sampling flow change, eliminates error of the flow changing by load and ensures measurement accuracy of dust sampling.
