Green cleaning system for remanufacturing of mine-used equipment

  • For cleaning technic during remanufacturing process of mine-used equipment, a specific cleaning technical process was proposed for mine-used equipment. A green cleaning system was established based on control core of PLC and ultrasonic cleaning mode. In addition, operation interface on touch screen was designed by configuration software. Field application of the system was introduced taking cleaning process of crankshafts of emulsion pump as an example. Practice shows that the system has advantages of high reliability, significant cleaning effect, low cleaning cost and few pollution of environment.
