  • In order to real-timely monitor process parameter of mine-used full hydraulic drilling machine and to realize rapid fault diagnosis of drilling machine, a drilling parameter monitor based on CAN bus was designed, designs of hardware, software and characteristics of the monitor were introduced in details. The monitor adopts distributed control, uses CAN bus to exchange data, not only can real-timely monitor and display pump pressure, rotating speed, pump volume and temperature of fuel tank , oil level and gas concentration, but also can achieve data transmission through computer, which satisfies requirements of site construction.
