Design of mine wireless hydrology monitoring substation based on WCDMA network

  • For occasion of quick hydrological chang, large quantity of monitoring data and remote geographical position, a mine wireless hydrology monitoring substation based on WCDMA network was designed. Parameters such as water level, water temperature and water pressure of mine are measured by use of transmitters in the substation, then the measured data are transmitted to monitoring center through the WCDMA network. Meanwhile, SMS short message link transmission is used to realize function of alarm with short message, which increases reliability of substation monitoring.
