  • The paper gave structure of automatic control system of shearer. It introduced realization of automatic control of the shearer, that is to realize coal cutting process of the shearer in one sampling interval length through using full cutting depth bidirectional coal mining technology and memory cutting technology of the shearer, and defining shearer location parameters and parameter table of memory cutting of the shearer and action state table of hydraulic support in machinery-tracked automation process; to use artificial immune method to handle coal seam mutation. It studied optimization method of automatic control of the shearer based on grey system theory. The test result validates feasibility of the method.
