  • Based on ventilation environment of laboratory, a set of mine ventilation and dedusting experiment device and PLC monitoring and control system was designed. The ventilation and dedusting experiment device integrates ventilation and dedusting, which can automatically monitor performance parameters of the air volume, air pressure, air resistance of ventilator and dedusting device; PLC monitoring and control system can realize remote or local starting and stopping, frequency-conversion speed-regulation control for ventilator and dust collector, and can real-timely monitor running state, running current and operating frequency. The PLC monitoring and control system also can simulate and implement remote computer centralized control of mine ventilation system. The practical application shows that the system runs stably and reliably, has simple operation and strong scalability.
