Design of loading process tracing and feedback system of coal storage yard

Abstract:
For low supervision efficiency of coal storage yard working, a loading process tracing and feedback system of coal storage yard based on GPS was designed, and design scheme of positioning terminal of loader shipment based on STM32F103VET6 was expounded. In the system, electronic fence is set in coal storage area by use of GPS technology, thus multi coal type storage areas are divided according to distribution of coal types. GPS positioning information of the loaders is uploaded to server real-timely through GPRS network by the positioning terminal, so as to record, analyze and manage loading process data real-timely. The system can be connected to existing coal mine weighing system and weighing data can be forwarded to the positioning terminal real-timely for improving loading efficiency.
Design of assist device for spark test

Abstract:
There are some problems existed in spark test device during spark test such as no recovery of output or long recovery time of intrinsic safety power supply after short circuit, and inability to satisfy request of GB 3836.4-2010 Explosive atmospheres part 4: equipment protection by intrinsic safety “i” for power supply with soft starting function. An assist device for spark test was designed. The device structure and software and hardware design schemes were given. The device has high reliability and action precision, which solves questions of existing spark test device.

Abstract:
In view of problem that existing feed state sensor need to be grounded and it is susceptible to interference, a design scheme of mine-used ungrounded feed state sensor was proposed. The sensor wraps signal probes on the load side cable, and uses shield for anti-interference processing of electrode plates, it ensures that the plates and the signal processing circuit use the same reference, and can accurately detect the feed status in the case of ungrounded.

Abstract:
The status of informationization construction of coal enterprises was analyzed, and the application idea of cloud computing technology in coal enterprises was put forward. The cloud data center platform was built by using cloud computing technology from two aspects of constructing new and using old, and new and old information resources were integrated through construction of physical resources, virtual software resources, resource service scheduling mechanism, so as to realize data sharing and interaction on data layer, transfer and support each other on resources layer, and it excavates the value of huge amounts of data of enterprises.
Research of GPS track generation and location based on mobile robot

Abstract:
GPS location module was designed according to GPS principle and applied in location and navigation of mobile robot. Some tests were done about the mobile robot with the GPS location module indoors and outdoors through setting starting point and destination of moving path of the robot. The result file of outdoor test is introduced into Google maps, so as to generate moving track and observe location of the robot in Google maps real-timely. The indoor test data is processed by Matlab with a result showing the GPS location module can realize path replaying function of the mobile robot indoors.
Modeling and simulation of underground personnel safety evacuatio

Abstract:
In view of problem of underground personnel safety evacuation when accident occurs, an underground personnel safety evacuation model was established. Underground tunnels are divided into grids, and distance between the grids and evacuation exit is reflected by setting members potential flow, so as to determine moving direction and evacuation route of evacuees. Evacuation time is obtained through combination of moving speed and response time of evacuees and detection time of disaster. The simulation results show that the model can directly present dynamic process of evacuation and provide data reference for safety evacuation scheme.
Research of reliability evaluation method of distributed generation supply power for coal mine

Abstract:
In view of problem of low computation efficiency and poor generality of existing evaluation method of coal mine power grid, an improved BFS-the minimal path evaluation method was proposed. The method uses the breadth-first search method to quickly solve division optimization model of distribution network island, and then adopts the minimal path evaluation method to evaluate reliability of power supply according to the operation scope of island. The experimental results show that the method improves evaluation speed of weak links of power grid, and evaluation results are safe, reliable, accurate and effective.
Research of optimized compensation strategy for mine-used dynamic voltage restorer

Abstract:
To solve low utilization of DC-link capacitor of mine-used dynamic voltage restorer under long voltage sag, an optimized compensation strategy was proposed, namely a smooth transition between pre-sag compensation and in-phase compensation, so as to restrain aberration of load voltage during the sag, reduce amplitude of injected voltage of dynamic voltage restorer and increase compensation time. The experimental results verify feasibility and reliability of the strategy in balanced and unbalanced grid voltage sag.
An image preprocessing method for underground monitoring video

Abstract:
For unclear underground monitoring video image and error target detection caused by low intensity of illumination, a lot of dust and strong light interference, an image preprocessing method for underground monitoring video was proposed. Histogram equalization algorithm is introduced to transform gray value from non-uniform distribution state to uniform distribution state and extend dynamic range of pixel gray value. Multi-features judgment method based on gray threshold, difference threshold and size threshold is used to identify spot. The experimental results show that the method can effectively enhance image contrast, improve image quality, and identify and filter spot, so as to improve effectiveness of target detection.
Boolean-chaos time domain reflectometry for fault detection of cable

Abstract:
For problems that fault detection method of cable based on chaos random signals correlation method has high cost and easily leads to miscarriage of justice, a kind of Boolean-chaos time domain reflectometry for fault detection of cable was proposed. The chaotic signal generated by Boolean chaotic circuit is divided into two parts: one serves as a reference signal, and the other serves as a probe signal which is sent down to the wire. The fault is detected by correlating the reference signal with the probe signal back-reflected from the fault, namely the location and type of fault point can be inferred from the time delay and amplitude information of the correlation peak. The experimental results show that Boolean-chaos time domain reflectometry can be used to detect faults such as open circuits, short circuits and impedance discontinuities. Furthermore, a spatial resolution of 0.1 m and a maximum range of about 900 m can be achieved.
Research of efficiency of coal mine production logistics system based on system dynamics

Abstract:
In view of problems that existing research methods of coal mine production logistics system lack analysis of relationship among various influencing factors and cannot forecast impact of input on system efficiency dynamically, system dynamics method was used to establish system dynamics model of factors which influence efficiency level of coal mine production logistics system, and efficiency level of coal mine production logistics system was simulated dynamically. The simulation results show that improving efficiency of coal mine production logistics system requires sustained investment of resources. Initial value of factors affects time of coal mine production logistics system to achieve desired efficiency. In all factors, level of management and technical personnel has the maximum actual activity ratio, therefore, enhance level of management and technical personnel is the key to improve efficiency of coal mine production logistics system.
Research of magneto-mechanical coupling model of drilling tool for auger type shearer

Abstract:
According to the mechanical force characteristics of drilling tool for auger type shearer, the characteristic relationship between force and magnetic field of drilling tool was studied, and the magneto-mechanical coupling model was established. Certain coupling relationship between the stress and the leakage magnetic field can be obtained through the analysis of the model, so as to obtain stress information of drilling tool indirectly according to distribution of magnetic field, and the goal of real-time monitoring and production safety were achieved. The simulation and test results verify the correctness of the model.
Effect analysis of coal seam water infusion based on genetic algorithm-BP neural network

Abstract:
In order to improve prediction accuracy of coal seam water infusion effect by using BP neural network, genetic algorithm was used to optimize weight value and threshold value of BP neural network. Genetic algorithm-BP neural network model was built and used to predict wetting radius of coal seam water infusion. The Matlab simulation result shows that the genetic algorithm-BP neural network model has more accurate prediction result than BP neural network model, average relative error of the genetic algorithm-BP neural network model is reduced by 40.29%, training steps are reduced by 1 665 steps, convergence speed is fast and stability is good. Abstract:
For problems of single shearer control function existed in most terminal operation stations for shearer and single displaying form existed in a few productions, a new type of terminal operation station for shearer with true color graphic display function was designed, and design schemes of software and hardware of the terminal operation station were introduced. The terminal operation station has been applied in a shearer resulting in fast response, reliable operation, clear displaying and smooth picture switching as well as few energy consumption of a single terminal operation station of less than 2.5 W.
Research of water cooling system of explosion-proof inverter

Abstract:
According to characteristics of underground high-power explosion-proof inverter, a water cooling system of explosion-proof inverter was designed. The system uses cooling mode of internal fan cooling + external circulating water cooling, can control water temperature in the tank within a certain range, and ensure water temperature of the inverter, so as to reduce calorific value in the inverter. The test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the system.
Design of hydraulic rail-holding braking system for inclined roadway man car

Abstract:
For transportation safety problem of existing inclined roadway man car, a new type of hydraulic rail-holding braking system was designed. The system uses high precision valve for speed detection, amplification and selection, and then the drive brake achieves brake; it uses synchronous cylinder of automatic velocity measuring device to autonomously hold rail and brake, has high brake precision, and can effectively improve reliability of inclined roadway transportation braking and reduce accident rate.

Abstract:
The paper introduced general situation of a coal face in Shanjiaoshu Coal Mine and its mine pressure monitoring purpose, content and problems that need attention, and gave a scheme of mine pressure monitoring, collected and analyzed mine pressure data. Effective treatment measure can be adopted by monitoring and analysis to ensure safe-mining, and results of mine pressure monitoring and analysis has a positive significance for understanding and knowledge of mine pressure behavior, as well as reasonable support selection and improvement of other mining faces in the same mining area.
Design of mine-used single-phase harmonic suppression system

Abstract:
In view of problem of severe distortion of local current wave caused by increase of low-voltage single-phase electrical equipment, a kind of single-phase harmonic suppression system used in low-voltage system was designed. The system uses instantaneous current detection control method to detect current harmonic content, so that the converter generates a current component which has the same amplitude and opposite phase with current harmonic, and can fully offset system current harmonics. Experimental results show that the system has good effect of compensation, and makes harmonic distortion rate fall from 76.3% to 10.4%.
