Abstract:
Main problems of existing integrated automation system of coal min were analyzed, namely information island, low running reliability of bottom sensor, low system data fusion degreed, etc. Establishment keys of integrated automation system of coal mine were pointed out, which were running reliability detection of each production system and deep data mining and fusion. Key technologies of the system establishment were proposed, which were intelligent sensor and data fusion function, and solutions of data fusion were given from aspects of software fusion, system fusion and function fusion. An integrated automation system of coal mine based on C# programming has been applied in a coal mine successfully with a good effect.
Research and application of automatic mining technology of unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining face

Abstract:
In view of requirement of high efficient mining for unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining face, an automatic mining technology scheme of unmanned fully-mechanized coal mining face was proposed which takes cooperative control technology as core, automatic control technology of shearer, hydraulic support and scraper conveyor as basis, self-advancing control technology of coal conveying equipment as support, and video monitoring and data platform display as extension. Specific implementation of the scheme was introduced in combination with field condition of 1001 coal face of Huangling No.1 Mine. The application results show that the scheme can automatically finish production processes of coal cutting, support advancing, scraper conveyor pushing and roof supporting, and realizes high efficient with less people.
Automatic control system of top coal caving on fully-mechanized coal mining face

Abstract:
In view of problems of large randomness, low efficiency of coal caving of artificial operation for top coal caving mining face, an automatic control system of top coal caving on fully-mechanized coal mining face was designed. The system uses coal gangue recognition sensor to collect, analyze, process vibration signals generated by coal and gangue impacts tail beam, so as to determine the whereabouts condition of coal and gangue, and the processing results were sent to support controller by ZigBee wireless transceiver, then the support controller automatically control coal caving support action according to test results to achieve automatic control of process of coal caving.

Abstract:
For problems of hanging scaffold slant, full body stuck, winch rope rupture caused by manual operation of lifting device for vertical shaft construction according to experience and incomplete monitoring information at present, an implementation scheme of safety monitoring and control system of lifting device for vertical shaft construction was proposed, and compositions and key technologies were focused on. The system can realize functions of integrated control of lifting device for vertical shaft construction, main fault monitoring and protection and construction management.
Design and application of wireless monitoring system of roadway supporting quality

Abstract:
In view of problems of dangers installing, frequent line breakage and hard maintenance existed in normal wired monitoring system of supporting quality for roadway bolt and steel mesh, a wireless monitoring system of roadway supporting quality was designed. The wireless monitoring system takes roadway hazardous area section as monitoring object, solves reliability problem of transmission backbone network by ZigBee and WiFi wireless data communication protocol. The application result shows that the system is easy to install and maintenance, which optimizes roadway parameter and improves safety of mining.
Design of dust sampler based on closed-loop flow control

Abstract:
In view of problem of big sampling error of dust sampler based on open-loop control, a dust sampler based on closed-loop flow control was designed. The sampler uses micro gas flow sensor to collect flow, adopts incremental PID control algorithm with die area to real-timely monitor and adjust sampling flow change, eliminates error of the flow changing by load and ensures measurement accuracy of dust sampling.
Online intelligent examination system of coal mine enterprises based on improved GAAA algorithm

Abstract:
An online intelligent examination system of coal mining enterprises was proposed based on analysis of actual examination requirements of enterprise employees. A Web examination system is built firstly according to professional characteristics of the employees, and the system is optimized functionality. Secondly, GAAA algorithm integrated with genetic algorithm and ant algorithm is improved. The improved GAAA algorithm firstly updates ant colony pheromone, then searches test database by a comprehensive search of genetic algorithm and parallel distribution of ant algorithm for optimizing group volume of the database. At last, the improved GAAA algorithm is applied in the system to achieve examination of employees at anytime they like and anywhere they are and auto-generating examination paper. The practical application shows that speed of auto-generating examination paper of the system is high, repetition rate is low, the algorithm is feasible, and the system can meet practical requirements of online examination effectively and improve online examination efficiency of coal mine enterprise.
Research of remote network monitoring system of coal mine tunnel water

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of existing monitoring system of coal mine tunnel water, for example, inflexible network expansion and inconvenient data acquisition, a remote network monitoring system of coal mine tunnel water was designed which was based on network publishing technology. Firstly, data acquisition circuit is designed as well as hardware circuit of monitoring substation. Secondly, RS485 bus communication between substation and main station is designed as well as communication between PLC Ethernet module and configuration software, so as to control RS485 bus data via industrial Ethernet. Lastly, configuration software driving GSM DTU module and Web publishing of configuration project are designed to implement remote network query and control of underground water. The application shows that the system is flexible in network expansion and convenient in data acquisition.
Design of emergency plan management system of coal mine based on case-based reasoning

Abstract:
In view of problem that static plan management method in text-form is not accurate enough to guide rescue work when coal mine accident happened, and it is hard to formulate emergency plan feasibly, a emergency plan management system of coal mine based on case-based reasoning was designed. According to problems of mismatch of feature attribution between actual cases and history cases, differences similarity algorithm was proposed which was combined with nearest neighborhood matching method in case-based reasoning. This algorithm can retrieve the highest similarity historical cases from library plans, and then improve the efficiency of rescue program generating. For the problem that corresponding plan becomes difficult to find since the case base growing, a hierarchical search strategy was presented. The practical application results show that the emergency plan management system of coal mine based on case-based reasoning is better to meet requirements of timeliness and pertinence of coal mine emergency rescue compared with the traditional coal mine emergency plan.
Research of microseismic characteristics of island working face with huge thick conglomerate

Abstract:
For preventing and controlling of rock burst in island working face with huge thick conglomerate effectively, relevance research is carried out for No.21141 island working face in Qianqiu Coal Mine about space-time evolution characteristic law of microseismic and correlation between periodic roof pressure and advanced abutment pressure using microseismic monitoring technology. The results show that there are three high incidence districts about microseismic events:Ⅰ area is within the scope of 50~300 m in the front of No.21141 island working face,Ⅱ area is within the scope of 600~900 m between No.21141 island mining face away from belt downhill, and Ⅲ area is downhill coal pillar in the No.21 mining area. Microseismic events mostly occur in caving zone in front of working face. Before periodic roof pressure, frequency and daily cumulative energy of microseismic events increase. While during the period of periodic roof pressure, frequency and daily accumulated energy of microseismic events are obviously higher than those outside of the periodic roof pressure. Most rock bursts occur in peak range of advanced abutment pressure.
Research of infrared radiation characteristics of concrete deformation and failure

Abstract:
Uniaxial compression test was conducted on concrete samples, and change characteristics of infrared radiation and acoustic emission of the samples in loading process were tested and studied by use of infrared imager and acoustic emission instrument. The research results show that infrared radiation temperature curve presents decreasing firstly and then increasing in the loaded concrete samples failure process, and temperature increasing amplitude of average infrared radiation temperature and the maximum infrared radiation temperature are respectively 0.15 ℃ and 1.05 ℃ when the samples failure. Before the samples failure, the average infrared radiation temperature has obvious precursor information that the temperature quickly drops at 66.7% load ratio and rises at 82.6% load ratio. During stage of the concrete samples fracture and its development, low and high temperature bands appear on infrared images, the high temperature bands appear in friction area of two fracture surfaces, as well as the low temperature bands are corresponding with sample cracks which are in tension fracture zone. Infrared radiation evolution characteristics of concrete deformation and failure provide a new method for concrete engineering destruction monitoring.
Tolerant control of double-motor driven by five phase inverter for electrical haulage shearer

Abstract:
In consideration of working condition characteristics of multi-motor coordinated operation of electrical haulage shearer, a tolerant control method of double-motor driven by five phase inverter for electrical haulage shearer was put forward. The mathematical model of drive system of double-motor with five phase bridge arm for shearer under two-phase stationary coordinates was established, fundamental reason limited the highest speed of double-motor was expounded. Based on the analysis of inner link of three phase and five phase inverter system, zero sequence signal injection PWM modulation of five bridge arms inverter was deduced in details. The experimental results show that the method adopts method of zero sequence signal injection PWM modulation, and can realize high-performance independent control for double three-phase motor of shearer with only five phase bridge arm.
An algorithm of key frames extraction for video of coal mine underground

Abstract:
In view of special monitoring environment of coal mine underground, algorithm of key frames extraction based on frame difference Euclidean distance was studied. For large redundancy of key frames of the algorithm, Canny algorithm was utilized to extract image edge, and edge matching was used to eliminate redundant key frames, so as to reduce redundancy. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the improved algorithm of key frames extraction can effectively reduce redundancy, and extract more reliable key frames.
A dust concentration measuring device based on infrared difference method

Abstract:
For the problem that traditional optical methods for measuring dust concentration were susceptible to environmental temperature, light source and photoelectric device, a dust concentration measuring method using infrared difference method was proposed, and a dust concentration measuring device was designed which was based on the method. The device calculates dust concentration by a data acquisition and processing module which takes S3C2440 as a core and based on infrared differential measuring principle, and uses wavelet threshold denoising method to process the acquired signals by LabVIEW signal processing module. The debugging result shows that the device is high in signal acquisition precision and measurement accuracy of dust concentration.
Research of self-localization method of mine rescue robot

Abstract:
Components of self-localization system of mine rescue robots was introduced, self-localization method based on dead reckoning was introduced and improved. The improved method uses limited memory Kalman filter with exponential fading factor, and fuses data of multiple sensors in a stepwise manner. The Matlab simulation results show that the improved method can stably achieve tracking accuracy of 0.5 m. Experiments on mine rescue robot entity were carried out to justify the validity of the proposed self-localization method of mine rescue robot.
A compensation method of dynamic reactive power for impact load

Abstract:
In view of power quality problems of low power factor, voltage dips and flicker of power system caused by impact load, a compensation method of dynamic reactive power with fast thyristor switched capacitor was put forward. The method adopts reactive current detection algorithm based on improved instantaneous reactive power theory and the new type of incomplete differential PID control algorithm to fastly compensate reactive of impact loads. The experimental results show that the method not only can improve power factor of the system, but also can stabilize voltage of the transformer output, enhance control precision and response speed of the system.
WSNs hierarchical time synchronization algorithm adapted to grid fault detection in mine

Abstract:
Combining advantages of classical time synchronization algorithm TPSN and RBS, a new energy-efficient and high-accuracy algorithm RBTP was proposed. The algorithm utilizes character of broadcast in wireless communication and adopts the maximum likelihood estimation and the least square algorithm to calculate clock offset and clock skew, then uses the results to compensate the clock. The simulation results show that RBTP algorithm reduces energy consumption compared with TPSN and RBS algorithm, improves synchronization precision, and it can meet the needs of underground grid fault location system for time synchronization.
Research of improved algorithm of minimum hop count routing of underground wireless sensor networks

Abstract:
In view of problems of high energy consumption and short life time of classical minimum hop count routing algorithm of wireless sensor networks, an improved algorithm was proposed. The improved algorithm sets node delay timer on gradient field establishing stage, and comprehensively considers the effectiveness and balance of the energy consumption of the sensor nodes on the data transmission stage, and dynamically selects the only relay node by the energy cost function to construct the minimum energy consumption path from the source node to the Sink node. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can further decrease energy consumption of the sensor node, prolong life time of networks, and meet demands of underground wireless sensor networks.
Calibration method of camera parameters for coal level measurement in coal bi

Abstract:
A calibration method of camera parameters based on planar grid was proposed to deal with the problem of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters calibration for photoelectric measuring device in coal bin. Two values of black and white are used to divide pattern on the calibration plate, and the intersection points of black and white values are taken as calibration points. Imaging postures with different perspectives are considered to obtain position information as many as possible. According to rotation invariance of angle feature, Harris algorithm is used to extract angular points, and nonlinear optimization method is adopted to calibrate parameters. The industrial tests are taken in coal bin of Daliuta coal mine of Shendong Coal Group. The test results show that the method can achieve better calibration results of coal level, and error is accepted, which meets needs of depth estimation of coal level in coal bin.
Application of LTE in mine wireless communication system

In view of problem that existing mine wireless communication system cannot meet development requirement of mine informatization, a design scheme of mine-used LTE wireless communication system was proposed, and composition and function characteristics of the system were introduced. The system uses all-IP design, and can access mine industrial Ethernet, which can realize functions of mobile voice communication, video communication, trunked dispatching and multimedia message, and extensive application of video monitoring, safety monitoring, mobile office and hidden danger management.
Design of wide range DC input power module used in coal mine

Abstract:
In view of problems that power supply voltage level and power type between mine-used sensors and DC power supply system is inconsistent, a design scheme of new type of wide range DC input and intrinsic safety type power module was put forward. The power module is based on Buck and isolated flyback topology, front-end uses the Buck circuit to avoid risk caused by direct use of the flyback topology which may bring high pressure to switch tube, and the back-end uses isolated flyback topology to meet isolation requirements of electrical equipment with non-intrinsic safety and intrinsic safety. The power module has advantages of anti reverse input, DC9-350 V input, intrinsic safety power output and easy integration.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that the competition for network traffic between business data and communication data in safety monitoring and control system of large coal mine, the paper proposed a load balancing communication solution using multiple network devices. Application results show that the solution can effectively guarantee data upload completely and timely, and plays an effective role in promoting stable and reliable running of safety monitoring and control system of large coal mine.

For communication between PDA and upper computer in intelligent mine transport system, a system network performance testing method was introduced. Bandwidth testing tool named IxChariot_540 and wireless network testing tool named homedale are used to test communication between PDA and upper computer, average download response time and network state in industrial scene. The method provides basis for distributing AP and network broadband.

Abstract:
A design scheme of personnel sensing module in electrical control system for hydraulic support was proposed for personnel sensing requirement in range of hydraulic support action, and design principle and design schemes of software and hardware of the module were introduced. The module senses personnel by use of microwave and infrared detecting methods, and realizes temperature compensation in the whole range by use of fuzzy subgrade digital analysis algorithm, which improves correctness and stability of personnel sensing.

Abstract:
A gas abnormity alarm method was proposed which used monitoring data of safety monitoring system, and new distribution ideas of methane sensor and air direction sensor for gas abnormity alarm were proposed. When monitoring value of the methane sensors suddenly changes which are distributed in working face, upper corner or back airflow, corresponding judgment logic relations are set for judging gas abnormity and alarming according to installation position of the sensors. When reverse airflow appears in air direction sensor in intake air roadway, the judgment logic relations are taken for judging gas abnormity and alarming. The application shows that the method can judge gas abnormity quickly.

Application of two-dimensional code technology in PLC centralized control system of coal separation plant

Abstract:
In view of low correctness and efficiency of traditional manual device inspection mode of coal separation plant, a PLC centralized control system of coal separation plant was proposed which was based on two-dimensional code technology. Structure and control processing of the system were introduced as well as application scheme of two-dimensional code technology in the system. Inspectors login to inspection management system in two-dimensional code scanner and download inspection tasks, then scan two-dimensional code on the inspected device. Upper computer sends running data of the device to the two-dimensional code scanner for data display by data communication between the PLC centralized control system and database servers, so as to realize device inspection. Meanwhile, the upper computer counts inspection data to complete inspector attendance.
Design of wireless communication system in an open-pit mine

Abstract:
Design of wireless communication system of an open-pit mine was analyzed. Principle and technical characteristics of three kinds of networking modes were introduced and compared including radio modem, Mesh and GPRS. Mesh networking mode was determined as the wireless communication system solution. Composition structure, network design and base station establishment of wireless Mesh network were expounded. The application shows that the wireless communication system realizes full cover of wireless network in the open-pit mine and improves real-time and reliability performance of information transmission.
