Abstract:
The paper gave structure of automatic control system of shearer. It introduced realization of automatic control of the shearer, that is to realize coal cutting process of the shearer in one sampling interval length through using full cutting depth bidirectional coal mining technology and memory cutting technology of the shearer, and defining shearer location parameters and parameter table of memory cutting of the shearer and action state table of hydraulic support in machinery-tracked automation process; to use artificial immune method to handle coal seam mutation. It studied optimization method of automatic control of the shearer based on grey system theory. The test result validates feasibility of the method.
Design of mine-used battery management system for large capacity LiFePO4

Abstract:
In order to ensure safety of mine-used LiFePO4 battery, the paper designed a mine-used battery management system with eight single 60 A?h LiFePO4 batteries in series and 24 V rated voltage output combined with actual requirement of coal mine industry. The system combines microprocessor with integrated chip LTC6803 as battery protection module, uses ampere-hour method to estimate batteries capacity and employs equalization technology with shunt resistance to improve performance of the batteries. The field application result shows that the system runs stably and reliably, and ensures safety and high efficiency of the mine-used LiFePO4 battery.
Design of physiological indexes monitoring system for underground personnel based on ZigBee

Abstract:
In view of problem that traditional underground personnel monitoring system is usually used for underground personnel positioning and hard to obtain physiological indexes of underground personnel, a physiological indexes monitoring system for underground personnel based on ZigBee was designed. The system collects physiological indexes of underground personnel through multiple wireless sensors, router receives the physiological indexes data collected by the sensors, and sends it to gateway by wireless link. The gateway uploads it to ground monitoring center through Ethernet interface, so as to realize real-time monitoring of the physiological indexes of underground personnel. The test result shows that the system meets requirement of heart rate monitoring, and further improves management level of coal mine safety.
Design of a new type of combined underground personnel positioning system

Abstract:
In view of problems that current underground personnel positioning has low accuracy, cannot realize real-time global positioning and it is difficult to search and rescue trapped people, a combined underground personnel positioning system based on combination of micro inertial measurement unit (MIMU) navigation technology and WiFi technology was designed, search and rescue scheme based on the combined positioning system after mine accident was given. The system uses reliable position information provided by WiFi to set initial position information of MIMU and adjust position of MIMU, so as to make up shortage of error accumulation with time of MIMU, uses real-time global positioning of MIMU to compensate local positioning of WiFi. Then it employs Kalman filter to fuse information from the MIMU and WiFi for optimal combination processing. The test result shows that the system realizes real-time three-dimensional global positioning for underground personnel and rapid search and rescue, has a certain engineering practical significance.
Design of terminal nodes of wireless industry network WIA-PA

Abstract:
In view of problem of reliability of wireless industry network WIA-PA under bad working environment, the paper analyzed characteristics of WIA-PA, introduced design of hardware and software of terminal nodes of WIA-PA. The test result shows that distances of radio frequency of the terminal nodes of WIA-PA are 600 m without external disturbances and 400 m with external disturbances, which meet requirements of WIA-PA.
Design of Sink node of perception system of energy consumption for mine crane

Abstract:
For difficulty of monitoring of energy consumption of crane by use of wired transmission, a hardware and software design scheme of Sink node of perception system of energy consumption for mine crane based on wireless sensor network were proposed. The node uses wireless radio frequency chip CC2530 to realize acquisition and wireless transmission of working parameters of the crane, uses Ethernet controller ENC28J60 to convert received sample data into Ethernet data packet, then uploads it to background monitoring center. Transplantation of uIP protocol stack in CC2530 chip and compiling of performance functions of the Sink node were described in details based on analysis of data communication flow and features of the uIP protocol stack. The test result verifies that the design scheme can realize transmission of TCP data packet accurately and meet requirement of data transmission of the perception system of energy consumption for mine crane.
Study on basic method of information standardization for digital mine

Abstract:
The paper discussed basic contents of digital mine infrastructure from perspective of information standardization, including architecture and classification of information standardization. According to features of production management, it divided digital mine information standards into general standard, information resources standard, basic information standard, application systems standard and information technologies standard. It mainly focused on concepts of data element and metadata and description methods, and gave classification methods of data set and instances of data descriptions, which provides foundation for information standardization of the digital mine infrastructure.

Research of detection algorithm of joint twitching of powerful conveyor belt

Abstract:
In view of problems of low efficiency, bad real-time performance and low accuracy existed in current detection algorithm of joint of powerful conveyor belt, a detection algorithm of joint twitching based on iterative threshold method for image segmentation was proposed. X-ray image is composed by data transmitted back from different detection plates, so iteration method is applied to the X-ray image for threshold segmentation firstly. Then according to characteristics of the joint, it is detected by Y-difference algorithm between the joint and background. Finally, the joints are matched based on distance between the joints, and vertical distance between the matched joints are calculated to realize detection of the joint twitching. The experimental result shows that the algorithm has high accuracy and rapid speed of detection, meets requirements of practical application, and provides guarantee for coal mine safety transportation.
Research of fault diagnosis of lubricating oil in coal mining equipment

Abstract:
In view of problems that traditional lubricating oil analysis method exists long test and analysis period and high cost, and cannot reflect lubricating oil state and running state of coal mining equipment systematically, a multi-parameter fusion diagnosis method was proposed. The method constructs multi-parameter pattern vector of lubricating oil by collecting viscosity, density, dielectric constant and temperature of the lubricating oil used in coal mining equipment, and judges equipment state through analysis on pattern vector of state to be detected and standard pattern vector. It discovers internal correlation and variation law of pollution state parameters of the lubricating oil by comparing with ferrography analysis result of the lubricating oil. The experimental result shows that the method can realize accurate and rapid diagnosis of pollution state of lubricating oil and running state of coal mining equipment.
Test research of coal quality management system based on model driven architecture

Abstract:
In view of problems of changing business logic, high software development cost and difficult maintenance, a model test method based on model driven architecture was proposed. Through establishing test model,executing the test case after joining action specification language and feeding back the test result, the defects of the model are found and the model is reconstructed in time to improve quality of the system. Modeling and test were conducted combined with drawing of working face and heading face in coal quality management system, and it verifies feasibility of the method.
An effective identification method of gear fault

Abstract:
In view of problem that feature information of gear fault often submerged by noise in signal, an identification method of gear fault based on harmonic wavelet package, sample entropy and grey correlation degree was proposed. Firstly, the method uses rank-order morphological filter and selects the simplest line structure element combining reality to conduct denoising pretreatment with rank-order morphological filtering for actual measured gear vibration signals. Then, it uses harmonic wavelet package to decompose the gear vibration signals of different faults into eight frequency bands in three levels, and calculates sample entropy of each band. Finally, it takes the sample entropies as elements to construct feature vectors, and calculates grey correlation degree of feature vector of standard fault pattern and test sample to identify working state and fault type. The test result shows that the method can be applied to fault diagnosis of gear system effectively.
Design of speed regulation system of mine-used electric locomotive based on permanent magnet synchronous motor

Abstract:
In view of problems of large amount of maintenance and high failure rate existed in actual running process of mine-used electric locomotive used traditional DC speed regulation system, a speed regulation system of mine-used electric locomotive based on permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed. The system uses TMS320F28335 as control core and realizes high-precision control of the electric locomotive combining with strategy of direct torque control as well as peripheral circuits of current sampling, speed measurement. The experimental result shows that the system has good speed regulation performance, fast dynamic response and less maintenance.
Research of influence of cable length on performance of frequency-conversion and speed-regulation system of shearer

Abstract:
In order to research the influence of long cable on performance of frequency-conversion and speed-regulation of shearer, loading tests of traction cables with different lengths were done. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the effects to frequency converter and motor caused by output cable have close relationship with the length of the cable. As cable length increases, the bad effects become more serious. The negative effects caused by long cable on performance of frequency-conversion speed-regulation system of shearer can be reduced by optimizing frequency converter parameters to improve load capacity of the motor, and using filter to restrain output harmonic of frequency converter.
Optimal control of torque ripple for direct torque control system of mine hoist

Abstract:
In view of problem of large torque ripple existed in low speed range of direct torque control system of mine hoist, an optimal control method of torque ripple for mine hoist was proposed. Based on prediction model, the method uses zero voltage vector injection method to adjust duty ratio of optimal voltage vector. The minimum torque ripple is taken as design index in calculation process of the duty ratio, the optimal duty ratio is obtained by online calculation. The experimental result shows that the method can effectively reduce torque ripple and obtain excellent torque control performance of motor in low speed.
Research of lightning protection method of direct distribution line of ventilator station of a coal mine

Abstract:
In view of problem that rotary motor of direct distribution line is easy to be damaged by lightning, the paper analyzed status of lightning protection of direct distribution line of ventilator station of a coal mine and its problems, indicated that the direct distribution line only depends on protection of arrester is inadequate, the lightning protection of the rotary motor should consider protection requirements of main insulation, turn-to-turn insulation and neutral-point insulation. It proposed a safe and reliable lightning protection method, namely the method parallels capacitor in arrester end of bus side and series reactance in incoming end of cable for the direct distribution line, and made effect analysis for the lightning protection method from main insulation, turn-to-turn insulation and prevention of lighting induced voltage of the rotary motor. The simulation result shows that the lightning protection method can effectively limit gradient and amplitude of incoming lightning.
Control strategy for direct-drive wind power system under asymmetric grid voltage sag

Abstract:
In view of problems of DC side overvoltage, grid-connected current distortion and grid-connected power fluctuation existed in grid-connected operation of direct-drive wind power system under asymmetric grid voltage sag, superconducting magnetic energy storage was connected in parallel at DC side of grid-connected converter. Meanwhile, positive and negative sequence current control to suppress the grid-connected power fluctuation was used to improve control strategy for grid side converter based on analysis of mathematical model of the grid side converter under asymmetric grid voltage sag, so as to stabilize DC side voltage, improve grid-connected current quality and suppress grid-connected power fluctuation. The simulation result verifies correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy.
Design of dynamic voltage restorer based on double-tuned filter

Abstract:
In view of problems of unstable voltage in DC side and harmonic pollution of power grid caused by dynamic voltage restorer with uncontrolled rectifier as energy storage device, a method using low-pass filter and voltage closed-loop control strategy to stabilize DC side voltage was given. Double-tuned filter paralleled before the uncontrolled rectifier to filter harmonic was proposed, so as to reduce the harmonic pollution of power grid from the energy storage device, and design principle of the double-tuned filter parameters was introduced in details. The simulation and experimental results verify rationality of the design.
Research of modulation technology of visible light communication in coal mining face based on white LED

The paper introduced general structure of visible light communication system in coal mining face and had a study on key technologies of visible light communication in the coal mining face, including carrier modulation technology, design of modulation driving circuit and modulation bandwidth, and concludes that white LED considers both bandwidth and luminous efficiency is ideal light source in the visible light communication system.
Research of prediction of gas resource quantity in coal seam

Abstract:
To use VBA language for AutoCAD secondary development and function of expand data, the paper realized assignment and query of borehole attribute information such as initial gas flow quantity of borehole, gas flow attenuation coefficient of borehole and start and end dates of borehole drainage of gas drainage borehole in mine gas geological map, and respectively realized prediction of borehole gas drainage quantity in block according to the initial gas flow quantity of borehole and gas flow quantity of hundred meters borehole. It applied inverse distance weighted method and gas geological statistics method to realize automatic calculation of gas resource quantity in block and its surplus based on the mine gas geological map. The actual application result shows that prediction error of the gas resource quantity and borehole gas drainage quantity is 3.7%, and prediction result provides reference for evaluation of the gas resource quantity and gas drainage effect.

In view of problem that existing coal mine safety evaluation index system cannot fully reflect causes of accident, influence factors of coal mine safety evaluation were analyzed from 6 aspects such as man, machine, medium, management, culture and information, mine accidents track cross-cause model was given, coal mine safety evaluation index system was established, grey correlation analysis on factors affected coal mine safety accident was conducted, so coupling and association relationship between factors were clarified. The application result shows the analysis can objectively evaluate real safety degree of coal mine enterprise and provide decision management for coal mine accident prediction.
Coal mine safety training system based on virtual reality technology

Abstract:
In view of problems of single means and unsatisfactory effect of traditional coal mine safety training, the paper proposed a coal mine safety training system based on virtual reality technology. The system applies 3DS MAX and Virtools DEV of virtual reality development software to complete device modeling, scenario building and development of interactive system, so as to realize simulations of coal mine risk precontrol, accident case reappear and accident emergency rescue. The application result shows that the system can effectively improve pertinence and implementation effect of coal mine safety training through three-dimensional simulation and interactive mode, so as to improve safety consciousness and reduce safety accident.
Design of mine-used portable multi-parameter gas detector

Abstract:
In view of problem that existing gas detector can only detect one kind of gas at the same time, a mine-used portable multi-parameter gas detector was designed. The detector uses microcontroller with low power consumption as core processor. It can complete functions of real-time parameters (temperature, CO, CH4, H2S, O2) detection, information (gas volume fraction, time, temperature, electric quantity) LCD display, alarm data storage and query and wireless data transmission. The actual application shows that the detector has characteristics of portable using, accurate measuring, good visibility and low power consumption.
Application research of fiber grating displacement sensor in slope monitoring

Abstract:
In view of problem that traditional slope monitoring cannot master process of development, deformation and failure of slope in real-time and dynamically according to actual slope engineering, the paper proposed a method to set fiber grating displacement sensor on potential sliding surface in open pit mine engineering to collect displacement data accurately and make early warning. The method masters deformation failure process of the slope based upon the detected data, and then discriminates sliding time of landslide according to development and change law of the slope so as to make early warning in time and accurately. The test result shows that the fiber grating displacement sensor applied in slope monitoring can obtain dynamic displacement monitoring curve and make early warning accurately and effectively.
Design of mine wireless hydrology monitoring substation based on WCDMA network

Abstract:
For occasion of quick hydrological chang, large quantity of monitoring data and remote geographical position, a mine wireless hydrology monitoring substation based on WCDMA network was designed. Parameters such as water level, water temperature and water pressure of mine are measured by use of transmitters in the substation, then the measured data are transmitted to monitoring center through the WCDMA network. Meanwhile, SMS short message link transmission is used to realize function of alarm with short message, which increases reliability of substation monitoring.
Design of data collection device of mine-used explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred locomotive

Abstract:
In view of problems of limited data collection and centralized collection mode of traditional explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred locomotive, a data collection device of mine-used explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred locomotive was designed. Automatic protection data requirements of related industrial standards were introduced, four kinds of data type such as temperature, liquid level, pressure and frequency which need to be collected by explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred locomotive was proposed, selection of sensors used to collect the data and principle block diagrams of signal collection were given. The application result shows that the device can dynamically increase or decrease amount of transmitters and has stable performance and reliable application.
A new type of lightning protection and grounding method for coal mine gas drainage statio

Abstract:
In view of present status that current coal mine gas drainage station using independent lightning rod for direct lightning stroke protection, problems and hidden troubles of the status were analyzed, and a new type of lightning protection and grounding method was proposed. The method uses lightning protection framework and upper lightning protection network to replace lightning rod for the direct lightning stroke protection, uses sideward lightning shield wire against shielding failure for lightning shielding failure protection. Meanwhile, it introduces grounding device outside the station, so as to keep a certain safety distance from the grounding device to flammable and explosive materials inside the station. The actual application result shows the method has good lightning protection effect, and also has reference value for direct lightning protection and grounding of oil deport, gas station and other flammable and explosive place.
Optimal reform of safety circuit and upper computer in auxiliary shaft hoisting system

Abstract:
In view of shortages in hardware and software of safety circuit and upper computer of coal mine auxiliary shaft hoisting system, optimal reform was applied to the system. Experiment method of over wind was improved, signal of brake system emergency stop was introduced to the safety circuit, and state signals of each node of the safety circuit were introduced into RSView32 human machine interface, so as to display state of the safety circuit in real time. According to requirement of site maintenance, function of reset display and alarm signal of big stroke deviation were added to the upper computer. The actual application shows that the optimal reform can locate fault node rapidly and realize inter-checking between the hardware and software.
Design of emergency rescue command system for mine safety productio

In view of problem that current coal mine emergency rescue command cannot realize rapid interaction and information sharing, an emergency rescue command system for mine safety production was designed. Information transmission network topology and software function module design of the system were introduced. The actual application shows that the system can timely provide basic information, emergency plan, all kinds of mine drawings of mine with accident and distribution of rescue resources such as emergency personnel, equipment and material, rescue vehicle, and provide all-around information support for safety production emergency rescue and command decision.
