Abstract:
The paper introduced testing method of mean time between failures, did site test of mean time between failures in four coal mines to the same coal mine monitoring system, and got mean time between failures of main equipments of the monitoring system. It concluded: the values of mean time between failures of intrinsic safety power, gas sensor, CO sensor and wind speed sensor are relatively small, and these equipments should be the focus of future design and improvement; the monitoring system can achieve the index suggested in AQ 6201—2006 that mean time between failures should be not less than 800 hours; statistical results show that line fault of underground coal mine occurs frequently.
Design of online equipment monitoring system of non-coal mine

Abstract:
For lack of equipment management and maintenance of the six systems of non-coal mine, the paper proposed design scheme of online equipment monitoring system of non-coal mine, and introduced structure, function and specific implementation method of the system. The system uses file protocol method and inspection protocol method to access data, achieves functions of real-time monitoring and self- diagnosis of operating status of online equipment, and provides guarantee for the normal operation of the six systems.
Design of mine-used emergency communication service system based on SIP

Abstract:
The paper designed a mine-used emergency communication service system based on SIP, described designs of the system architecture and business processes including emergency call, region location of communication terminal, multi-channel intercom and voice broadcast. The system follows the standard SIP protocol and its extension framework proposed by 3GPP, realizes highly integrated mine-used dispatching communication and emergency communication service system, which provides effective contact means and communication protection, and improves comprehensive utilization of underground communication system.
Design of mine adaptive power system with wide voltage input

Abstract:
For problem that adapted voltage fluctuation range of existing mine-used power is narrow and its use is inconvenience, the paper proposed a design scheme of adaptive power system with AC80-830 V wide voltage input based on full-bridge phase-shift rectifying technology. The main circuit of the power uses thyristor control method, and the control circuit uses PIC16F1937 single-chip microcomputer to realize instantaneous voltage tracked control, making output voltage stably work in DC110-350 V when input voltage changes. The simulation and experiment results show that the power system is stable and reliable.
Health monitoring system of steel structure of rapid quantitative loading statio

Abstract:
The paper analyzed static strain measurement principle and dynamic acceleration measurement principle of steel structure of rapid quantitative loading station, and introduced arrangement of measuring points, choosing of measuring time and working conditions taking conventional loading station as an example. It achieved evaluation and analysis of running status of the loading station with different loads by field static and dynamic measurement. The test results show that lateral displacement of steel structure of the tested loading station is less than the lateral displacement of open-air trestle column allowed in steel structure design standard, and the maximum stress of the main column is less than the allowable value, so that the steel structure of the loading station is safe and reliable.
Miniaturized design and testing of antenna for through-the-earth communication system

Abstract:
For problems that current antenna of through-the-earth communication system is too big, has poor mobility and cannot achieve bidirectional communication, a medium wave small square loop antenna with center frequency of 500 kHz was designed, and impedance characteristic, matching performance and communication distance of the antenna were theoretically analyzed and tested. The test results show that good impedance matching is achieved between the antenna and signal source, the matching network efficiency is approximately 1; operating bandwidth of the antenna is approximately 8 kHz, and antenna efficiency is 6.1×10-5, which are approximately equal to the theoretical results; the antenna has good radiation characteristic, the effective transmission distance is 30 m when input power is 0.25 W.
Design of application layer multicast system based on storage mode of continuous video recorder

Abstract:
For problem of heavy load and low transmission efficiency of stream media server existed in application layer multicast system by use of storage mode of network video recorder, the paper proposed a design scheme of application layer multicast system based on storage mode of continuous video recorder. The system uses storage server to acquire video data which do not need to preview from front encoding source, effectively eases the load of stream media server on the premise that encoded source and the receiver both has single video data, thus ensures normal operation of mine video monitoring system. The actual applications verify effectiveness of the system.
Research of energy hole problem of underground wireless sensor network

Abstract:
The paper proposed to use ideological of virtual multiple input and multiple output to solve energy hole problem of underground wireless sensor network, and proposed a multi-hop uneven hierarchical clustering protocol MUHC based on energy balance. It described MUHC transmission model, and analyzed energy consumption of the system of virtual multiple input and multiple output based on the MUHC. Matlab simulation results show that the MUHC protocol can balance energy of the entire network, extend lifetime of the network, and ease the energy hole problem compared with the classic LEACH protocol and EEUC protocol.
Price model of port steam coal

Abstract:
An econometric model was established to study factors from five aspects of substitution, demand, supply, inventory, and inertia which will affect Chinese port steam coal price. Via monthly data from January 2005 to June 2012, the model disclosed quantitative effects of the proposed factors, and pointed out that the last-month steam coal price, coal production cost and coal inventories at ports are the most significant factors. Considering fluctuated coal market and notable seasonality of coal demand in the recent years, effects of the factors on the port steam coal prices were compared before and after the international financial crisis of 2008, and a method to divide coal demand into slack-season and boom-season was proposed in terms of the periodicity of railway freight turnover, so as to disclose differential effects of the factors on the steam coal price between the both categories and change of the difference before and after the financial crisis. At the end, empirical results were further analyzed associated macroeconomic trend, evolution of coal market powers and behavioral economic perspectives, and informative managerial insights were discussed.
Research of power supply of coal mine rescue robot

Abstract:
According to special requirement of power system of rescue robot, three types of power supply were compared, which were lithium iron phosphate batteries, super capacitor and lithium iron phosphate batteries parallel connected super capacitor. It was found that the lithium iron phosphate battery had good properties as the robot's power. The models were established based on studies of the robot's discharge characteristics in low current. The energy efficiency and energy consumption of the lithium iron phosphate battery with 24 V and 40 A?h was analyzed and calculated. It was found that reducing the output current could reduce the self energy consumption of the battery and increase the output energy, and the self energy consumption of the battery could be controlled at the level under 12% when the discharging current was below 30 A.
Rectangular microstrip patch antenna based on left-handed material with structure of double triangles and resonance ring

Abstract:
The paper designed a kind of left-handed material with the structure of double triangles and resonance ring,and proved that material has properties of electromagnetic left-handed material by theoretical calculation and simulation experiment. It loaded the left-handed material with structure of double triangles and resonance ring on a rectangular microstrip patch antenna, gave structure parameters of the antenna, and compared performance of the antenna before and after loading the left-handed materials using HFSS simulation software. The simulation results show that the loading of the left-handed materials improves bandwidth of the antenna, increases gain of the antenna, and suppresses the sidelobes.
Position estimation of low-resolution Hall sensors based on current compensatio

Abstract:
In order to cut the cost of servocontrol system of permanent-magnet synchronous motor, the paper used three low-resolution Hall sensors as position detecting device to estimate high-resolution rotor position information. The sensors reduced error of traditional low-resolution control technology at start-up and low-speed stage by using current compensation to estimate acceleration. The simulation results demonstrate that the method effectively improves stability of the motor at the low-speed stage, decreases estimation error of rotor position and gains favorable control performance in all-speed range.
Application of modified and optimized unbiased GM(1, 1) model in gas accidents predictio

Abstract:
For problem that unbiased GM(1, 1) model may lead to large prediction error or even prediction failure due to individual outlier, modified and optimized unbiased GM(1, 1) model was established. The model excludes outlier and uses new data obtained by once interpolation method instead of the outlier, and finally fits the predictive value by residual modification. The model was used to predict death toll in coal mine gas accidents, the prediction result showed that the modified and optimized unbiased GM(1, 1) model greatly improves fit and prediction accuracy of death toll in gas accidents, the posterior difference accuracy level is good, the absolute value of relative error of the predictive value is 0.070 4, only 40.8% of the value before optimization.
Analysis of high-speed operation performance of induction motor with solid rotor

Abstract:
The paper analyzed magnetic circuit and M-S curve of induction motor with solid rotor, used Ansoft finite element software to simulate dynamic process of variable frequency starting of the motor, and got dynamic data of no-load starting including magnetic field distribution, stator and rotor current, starting torque and so on. It detected performance of the motor under the condition of high frequency and high speed, and demonstrated feasibility of high-speed operation of the induction motor with solid rotor.
Modeling and simulation analysis of electromagnetic interference of cables of mine-used electrical equipment

Abstract:
Electromagnetic interference mechanism of interconnect cables was analyzed, and mathematical model of multi-conductor interconnect crosstalk coupling was established. Capacitance matrix and inductance matrix of mine-used four-core interconnect cables were extracted using the finite element analysis software Ansys. The electromagnetic interference of interconnect cables of electronic equipment was predicted and analyzed applying field-road combined method, and the numerical calculation result was consistent with the theoretical analysis result.

Abstract:
For problems of fence effect and spectrum leakage of harmonic detection method based on Fourier transformation, the paper proposed a harmonic detection method based on improved wavelet packet transformation. The method achieves uniform division of signal band, makes harmonic frequencies concerned fall on the center of frequency band of wavelet packet by selecting appropriate sampling frequency and wavelet packet decomposition tree, so as to reduce spectrum leakage and effectively improve accuracy of spectrum analysis. Experimental results verify effectiveness of the harmonic detection method based on improved wavelet packet transformation.
Research of control of double fed induction generator based on PR regulator

Abstract:
For delay problem brought by asymmetric drop of traditional control strategy based on double dq and PI regulator, a control strategy based on PR regulator was proposed, namely use closed-loop power to get positive sequence current quantitative required by rotor-side converter, and calculate negative sequence current quantitative by inhibiting the second harmonic of electromagnetic torque. Matlab/Simulink simulation results show that the control strategy based on PR regulator solves delay problem effectively, and has better control performance than control strategy based on double dq and PI regulator.

Abstract:
The paper proposed to use novel global harmony search algorithm to solve economical dispatch problem, and designed a novel method of treating system constraints. It introduced mathematical model of the economic dispatch problem, implementation procedure and application method of the novel global harmony search algorithm. The experimental results show that the optimal value obtained by novel global harmony search algorithm is much better than the value obtained by evolutionary algorithm and particle swarm algorithm. The novel global harmony search algorithm provides a new solution for solving economical dispatch problems.

Responsibility division method of harmonic sources based on binary linear regression was introduced: use binary linear regression to estimate harmonic impedance of electrical system, and substituted it into the system to assess level of harmonic emission, and then determined responsibility relationship of the system side and the user side. Improvement of control scheme of peak load shafting of coal mine drainage system

Abstract:
For problem that pumps start and stop frequently in existing control scheme of peak load shafting of coal mine drainage system, the paper proposed a improved scheme by adding water levels, raising number of activated pumps, increasing a trough adjustment period and the last adjustment period. It introduced principles of peak load shafting and implementation of the improved scheme, compared and analyzed control effects of the original scheme and the improved scheme. The testing results show that pumping time reduces to 33% in peak period and 42% in rush period of the improved scheme, which improves pump efficiency.

Abstract:
For problems of high labor intensity, low working efficiency and high data error rate existed in manual data input work of coal mine, RFID technology was applied to mine-used PDA, and underground logistics system was taken as an example to introduce structure and software design of the embedded RFID system. The embedded RFID system achieves real-time data reading, writing and storage with high precision, and can greatly improve field work efficiency.

For problems that it was difficult to maintain, communication distance and reliability were constrained of traditional monitoring system of fully mechanized excavation face with communication method of laying dedicated cable channels based and wireless communication supplemented, monitoring system of fully mechanized excavation face based on power line carrier was proposed. The system uses existing coal power cables to communicate, without laying dedicated communication cables, which greatly reduces system cost and decreases problems of communication interruption due to link failure, realizes stable and reliable monitoring of fully mechanized excavation face.

For problems such as unable to determine position of mine locomotive of existing scheduling system of mine railway transportation precisely, the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent scheduling system of mine railway transportation. For problems of complex wiring and high cost of wired data transmission mode of traditional temperature detection system, a wireless temperature detection system was designed based on AT89S51 microcontroller, digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and radio frequency transceiver chip nRF905. The system uses DS18B20 for site temperature measurement, completes wireless data transmission by nRF905, and uses AT89S51 for data processing as well as communication with the computer, which achieves multipoint temperature acquisition and long-distance wireless transmission.

For problem that manual monitoring mode of mine hydrological long observation hole is inefficient, the paper proposed a design scheme of wireless telemetry substation based on PIC microcontroller. The wireless telemetry substation takes dsPIC33FJ64GP204 microcontroller as control core and uses GSM technology to achieve communication function, which can collect real time data of each hydrological long observation hole and send it to central station on the ground by short message. The practical application results show that the wireless telemetry substation can provide data information of each hydrological long observation hole and effectively reduce daily maintenance workloads.

In view of problem of low prediction efficiency and bad operability of existing prediction method of gas outburst region, the paper put forward a visualization method of prediction of gas outburst region based on ArcGIS. The method is used to analyze integrated intersection or union of trend surface for multiple gas outburst prediction indexes based on the theory and method of geological information system, trend surface analysis theory and visualization technology, a set of software of the ArcGIS Engine accompanied with the C# programming language, and correspond and overlap the trend surface with the latest mining engineering plan, so as to achieve intuitive visualization identification function of dangerous zone of gas outburst.
