Abstract:
The paper put forward that mine-used radio systems and equipments are strictly prohibited using frequencies of broadcast, TV, radio astronomy, safety relief, radio navigation, and gave strictly prohibited frequency bands. It put forward that mine-used radio systems and equipments should select amateur band firstly, such as industrial, scientific and medical equipment frequency bands, and gave recommended frequency bands. It proposed that mine-used radio systems and equipments should choose consistent or similar to ground frequency band when business of mine-used radio systems and equipments is conformity or similar to ground business, and gave frequency bands of the similar business. It also gave the in use frequency bands in coal mine underground.
Design of underground intelligent terminal based on WiFi

Abstract:
For bad flexibility and single function in existing underground intelligent terminal, a design scheme of underground intelligent terminal based on WiFi was proposed, design of hardware and software of the terminal were introduced in details. The terminal integrates environment information collection,personnel location and information interaction together, which uses collected temperature and gas concentration to achieve real-time perception of mine environment and personnel information, and send RSSI of AP to monitoring center in order to realize personnel location. The miner can read scheduling information, rescue information sent by monitoring center and can send alarm information through the interactive interface. The terminal has characteristics of low power consumption, good real-time performance and strong flexibility, which has good application prospects.
Design of monitoring and dispatching system of trackless rubber-tyred locomotive in coal mine

Abstract:
In view of problems of narrow roadway and bad sight line, difficult meeting and blocked scheduling information in coal mine underground, a monitoring and dispatching system of trackless rubber-tyred locomotive in coal mine was designed. The system adopts RFID technology to real-timely collect operation data of underground trackless rubber-tyred locomotive, so as to realize functions of location, tracking and scheduling management of vehicle; and uses distributed automatic control and scheduling mode to judge vehicle travel directions, and uses signal light to command locomotives. The practical application shows that the system can make full use of equipments of personnel positioning system, and meet with requirements of mine field application.
Design of mine-used transmission substation with gateway functio

Abstract:
In view of problems of single implementation agreement and communication interface existed in traditional mine-used transmission substation, a mine-used intrinsic safety transmission substation with gateway function was designed, hardware design and software design of the substation were introduced in details. The transmission substation uses distributed structure and multi-communication interface, which has functions of data acquisition, data fusion and data transmission. The communication interface can freely define agreement type, edit data address, share data gateway. The test results show that the substation has both gateway and substation function, realizes seamless compatibility and loose coupling of multi-equipment at monitored site with high practical value.
Design of a detection device of coal moisture on conveying belt

Abstract:
For problem that it is easy to take place spontaneous combustion in conveying coal by use of conveyor belt, a design scheme of detection device of coal moisture on conveying belt was proposed, and design of hardware and software of the device were introduced. The device adopts microwave transmission method to get coal moisture content through measuring microwave power attenuation. The calibration experiment demonstrates that the device has advantages of low error and high measuring accuracy, which provides an effective method of measuring coal moisture on conveying belt.
Design of seepage line monitoring system for tailings dam based on high density resistivity method

Abstract:
For problem that existing method of seepage line monitoring cannot fully reflect situation of tailings dam because of few monitoring points, the paper proposed a design scheme of seepage line monitoring system for tailings dam based on high density resistivity method. The system collects data from monitoring points through intelligent electrode switch. It gets resistivity distribution of the tailings dam profile based on analysis and calculation of the collected results, and know position of seepage line of the tailings dam and abnormal geological condition of the tailings dam body according to resistivity iso-surface figure. It provides scientific basis for risk assessment of tailings dam.
Design of intelligent control system of spraying for dustfall in coal mine tunnel

Abstract:
The paper introduced mechanism of spraying for dustfall and analyzed important influence factors on effect of spraying for dustfall. It designed an intelligent control system of spraying for dustfall in coal mine tunnel. The control system uses dust concentration sensor to detect dust concentration and adopts single-chip microcomputer to compare set standard values of dust concentration with online monitoring values of dust concentration, so as to control spraying for dustfall. If the dust concentration is out of limits, the single-chip microcomputer sends spraying instruction; if the dust concentration is below the standard values, the single-chip microcomputer sends instruction of stopping spraying. The test results show that the system realizes function of automatic control of spraying for dustfall with convenient to debug and good effect of spraying for dustfall.
Signal conditioning and data processing of infrared gas sensor

Abstract:
In view of problems that infrared gas sensor is easy to be interfered by external optical source and electromagnetism, and its output signal is mixed with a lot of noise to affect detection precision, signal conditioning and data processing circuit of infrared gas sensor was designed. The circuit combines hardware with software. Signal conditioning circuit was designed in hardware, which has the extremely good enlargement filter function during meanwhile guarantees the signal authenticity. Way of median average filtering algorithm was used to process signal in software, which can effectively overcomes noise mixed in the signal and has good inhibitory action to the interference produced periodicity or thermal noise. The experimental results show that the circuit can filter out a lot of noise of sensor effectively and extract useful signal accurately of signal, improve detection accuracy and stability of sensor and its full scale measurement precision may reach 0.54%.
Design of soft starter based on STM32 and CPLD

Abstract:
In view of problems of slow running speed, inflexible software programming existed in motor soft starter for belt conveyor and shredder because of taking 8 or 16 bits single-chip microcomputer as microprocessor, a soft starter based on STM32 and CPLD was designed. The starter adopts STM32F103C8T63 as intelligent control core and CPLD as assistant control core, generates a corresponding output information according to feedback information of voltage detection, current detection and external input device, and uses drive circuit to control trigger angle of three sets of inverse parallel thyristors to change motor starting voltage or frequency, so as to control the motor starting. The experimental results show that the soft starter overcomes disadvantage of big transient current of direct starting of motor, which has a good effect for improving start features of asynchronous motor.
Design of mine-used adaptive wide-voltage power supply with explosion-proof and intrinsic safety

Abstract:
For characteristics that power supplys in coal mine underground has multi input voltage grades and are susceptible to disturbed when big equipments are starting or stopping, the paper put forward a design scheme of adaptive wide-voltage power supply with explosion-proof and intrinsic safety. The power supply uses intelligent phase shift voltage regulating technology and wide-voltage switching power supply technology, and adopts single-chip microcomputer to realize automatic identification of high and low voltage section, automatic switch, intelligent phase shift voltage regulating of 85-825 V wide input voltage, and uses PWM to convert fluctuant voltage to a stable DC voltage. The experiment results show that the scheme solves problems of multi voltage grades and wide-voltage fluctuation of mine-used power supply.
Design of an intelligent metal detector

Abstract:
In view of problems of big power consumption, inconvenient installation, low sensitivity existed in most of metal detectors in mine because of using analog technology, a design method of an intelligent metal detector was presented. The detector uses digital signal processing method to achieve multi parameter measurement, adopts self-oscillating coil probe to induct metal signal and the induction signal is processed by amplitude amplifying circuit to get amplitude, so as to achieve determination of the metal block size; obtain different frequency from the frequency detection circuit to reach classification of metal types. The experiment results show that the detector can not only detect metal objects size and material effectively and make alarm, but also has stable performance and easy to extend.
Discussion of layout position of gas emission warning sensor in heading face

Abstract:
For situation that existing mine gas sensor is mainly used for monitoring disasters of gas explosion and gas accumulation, and not for monitoring gas emission characteristics of working face, the paper discussed a kind of layout scheme of gas sensor. The test results show that the sensors lay out 5 m distance far from the working face, the monitoring data conform to the real gas emission monitoring of working face, and meet needs of monitoring gas emission characteristics. Current arrangement of gas sensor on head-on of heading face can meet needs of monitoring gas emission characteristics.

Abstract:
The paper introduced concepts of cloud computing and Internet of Things, analyzed inevitability and combination mode of the cloud computing and the Internet of Things. It proposed architecture of the Internet of Things based on cloud computing and studied security threats of the Internet of Things based on the cloud computing and gave corresponding security solution including how to construct trusted environment for the Internet of Things and how to protect data security in the cloud of the Internet of Things. It pointed out technical difficulties of the security research and research status of the Internet of Things based on the cloud computing.
A time synchronization algorithm for underground linear WS

Abstract:
In view of characteristics of linear network structure used in coal mine underground and problem of bigger synchronization error of terminal node of linear network existed in traditional TPSN algorithm, a time synchronization algorithm of linear WSN based on clustering structure was put forward. The algorithm is based on traditional clustering algorithm, and uses clock drift compensation and abnormal data filtering technology to reduce network time synchronization error and balance energy loss of the entire network. The simulation result proves that the algorithm is correct.
Identification of coal-rock interface based on principal component analysis and BP neural network

Abstract:
In view of problem of slow identification speed and bad real-time performance of current identification method of coal-rock interface because of extracting much time domain signals, an identification method based on principal component analysis and BP neural network was proposed. According to the method, time-domain signals of cutting torque of shear drum were selected at first, and then PCA method was used to compress the signals. At last, these final signals were input into BP network to identify coal-rock interface. The simulation result shows that the method can not only meet with recognition rate, but also increase identification speed, which establishes foundation for improving response of drum lifting.
Simulation of radio wave penetration method based on impulse

Abstract:
In order to solve problem of less information and complex detection work existed in conventional radio wave penetration method, the paper proposed a radio wave penetration method with time-domain pulsed based on impulse. It analyzed the frequency response of ideal electromagnetic pulse through a certain thickness of different media within a limited band by simulation, and draw a conclusion as follow: the radio wave penetration method with time-domain pulsed based on impulse has wider frequency range, which can increase amount of extracted information and improve detection accuracy; the electrical parameters and absorption coefficient of different medium are different, and the medium on the absorption of electromagnetic waves are different, can accordingly distinguish the different geological formations.
Research of restraining of transformer excitation inrush current based on improved series closing resistance

Abstract:
Based on using closing resistance to reduce transformer excitation inrush current produced in underloading and no-load, an improved method of in series with capacitor on closing resistance was proposed. The method connects capacitors in series with the original closing resistance, and selects suitable capacitor value, so as to restrain excitation inrush current and accelerate attenuation speed of the excitation inrush current. Combining with split phase closing techniques, the method can restrain the transformer excitation inrush current greatly. The simulation results validate feasibility of the method.
Research of active disturbance rejection control for active power filter

Abstract:
For problem that using PI controller to control active power filter can not realize floating control because of harmonic or fundamental current, and digitization will further increase steady-state error, so lead to reduce compensation performance of active power filter,a control strategy of active disturbance rejection control was proposed. The strategy uses nonlinear tracking differentiator and extended state observer of the active disturbance rejection controller to process reference input and output, and selects appropriate state error to achieve automatic and accurate filter compensation. The simulation and experiment results prove the filter has strong robustness, stability and adaptability, and improves control performance with the active disturbance rejection control strategy.
Research of frequency division starting method based on six-pulse-wave AC/AC frequency converter

Abstract:
Based on analysis of six-pulse-wave AC/AC frequency converter and according to principle of dual-slope voltage soft starting method, a frequency division starting method based on six-pulse-wave AC/AC frequency converter was put forward. When motor is starting, corresponding output voltage required the minimum torque value is exerted on stator side of motor directly and then the voltage is increased progressively to the final desired voltage based on the principle of AC/AC frequency converter and thyristor trigger rules. The simulation results show that the method can control stator current effectively and obtain good torque curve in frequency division starting process, improve starting performance of motor through selecting converter output voltage and adjusting running time of each level reasonably.

If they are in abnormal, safety warning and protection device will start quickly. The system has important application value for safety production of coal preparation plant.

Abstract:
For disadvantages of wiring difficult, incomplete network coverage because of using wire transmission and high cost because of independent of monitoring networks exited in underground monitoring and control system, a design scheme of underground multi-media monitoring and control system based on DM365 was put forward.The system uses DM365 video processing chip as hardware platform, embedded Linux as software platform, and integrates wireless data transmission of sensor and video monitoring, which can monitor data of underground video, equipment working conditions, gas concentration, humidity, temperature and other multidimensional environment information. The experiment result shows that the system improves video image processing capabilities, meets with requirements of the underground wireless transmission distance, and is suitable for use in a limited energy of coal mine.

The paper analyzed causes of abnormal data of coal gas monitoring system in details, expounded recognizing principle of abnormal data, established recognition model and developed analysis software of abnormal data according to the recognition model. The paper analyzed Modbus protocol specification, introduced a software design method of Modbus communication protocol realized by single-chip microcomputer taken MSP430 as example. Abstract:
In view of electrical energy waste problem of belt conveyor in a Coal Mine, a electrical energy-saving control system with frequency conversion speed regulation for belt conveyor was designed. The system uses BP neural network to build energy-saving model of coal flow, belt speed and power consumption of belt conveyor, uses genetic algorithm and neural network to optimize the model parameters to get the best matching relationship between the coal flow and belt speed, uses fuzzy control algorithm to realize energy-saving operation of belt conveyor with frequency conversion speed regulation. The practical application shows that the system can regulate speed of belt conveyor according to coal flow and reduce machine loss, and energy saving effect is notable.

Abstract:
In view of problem of bad reliability and poor real-time performance existed in brake shoe protection equipment of winch, a kind of comprehensive protection system of brake shoe of mine-used winch based on AT89C52 was designed, design of hardware and software of the system was introduced in details. The system uses sensors to collect signals of clearance of brake shoe, stick brake pressure of brake shoe, oil pressure and temperature, and sends the signals to single-chip microcomputer to process and be compared with set values. If the signal is normal, it will display detected data, if not alarm. The system realizes real-time monitoring and comprehensive protection for the brake shoe.

Abstract:
In view of problems of low efficiency, big impact of start-up current and mechanical shock, being unable to balance power because of using power frequency and fluid coupling to drive belt conveyor control system in a Coal Mine, a reform scheme adopted frequency-conversion control technology was proposed. The scheme uses soft start function of frequency converter to integrate soft-start of motor and belt conveyors, adopts slow start of motor to drive conveyors start, so make conveyors have smooth start, big torque, no inrush current under heavy load starting. The practical application validates effectiveness of the scheme.
