Wireless Coverage Technology of Underground CDMA System Based on Leakage Cable

Abstract:
For problems of signal diffraction and bad penetrating ability when using antenna as coverage equipment of CDMA wireless communication system, no way to ensure coverage distance and signal quality of wireless signal in entry with large bending degree and ups and downs, no way to freely improve emitting power of mine-used CDMA base station to meet requirement of wireless signal coverage, a solution of underground CDMA wireless signal coverage with leakage cable was proposed. RF signal output by underground CDMA base station can be connected to leakage cable through two-way power divider and realize coverage of wireless signal of entry. The practical application showed that the signal coverage is stable and communication effect is good by use of the scheme.
Design of Emergency Stop Function of Electro-hydraulic Control System of Hydraulic Supports

Abstract:
In view of problem of poor anti-interference of existing electro-hydraulic control systems, the paper proposed a design scheme of emergency stop function of electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic supports based on C8051F020 single-chip microcomputer according to characteristics of fully mechanized working face in coal mine underground, and introduced realization process of emergency stop function. In the scheme, all of hydraulic supports of coal mining face can be stopped immediately with an emergency operation on a stop button and they will not respond any operation instructions when taking place emergency, and the coal mining face can regain normal work with an operation on a stop button after the dangerous situation is ruled out. The function test results showed feasibility of the scheme.
Design of Mine-used Infrared Methane Sensor with Compensation of Temperature and Pressure

Abstract:
In view of existing problems of low measurement accuracy and reliability because of hardware compensation method of temperature and pressure of infrared methane sensor, the paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used infrared methane sensor with compensation of temperature and pressure, introduced design of software and hardware of the sensor in details, and gave compensation methods of temperature and pressure, namely adding compensation function of temperature and pressure to data processing link. The test result showed that the sensor has advantages of high measurement precision, good stability and strong environmental adaptiveness.

Abstract:
In view of shortcomings of bad stability, high failure, difficult maintenance existed in real-time transmission system of video, audio and monitoring data of condition for shearer because of using local area wireless network, cable or drag communication cable, the paper put forward a design scheme of integrated transmission system of multi-channel audio, video and real-time monitoring data with embedding single radio frequency coaxial cable in main cable of shearer. The system adopts a design method that modulation frequency of data transmission is higher than modulation frequency band of video monitoring signal, so as to avoid influence of data communication on quality of monitored image, and guarantee low bit error rate of control data communication because that the data transmission has higher power margin.
Design of a Novel Mine-used Cableless Borehole Inclinometer

Abstract:
Constitution, cableless measuring principle and design of key parts of novel mine-used cableless borehole inclinometer were introduced. Working principle of the cableless borehole inclinometer is based on the synchronous technology, that is, connect the synchronous unit and probe with wire and make them synchronously work according to set time in advance; then, disconnect the wire, connect the probe to drill pipe and send it to measured point for measuring, and the synchronous unit synchronously working with the probe records the measured point; when the measurement is finished, withdraw the probe and send the measured data by the probe to the synchronous unit for calculating dip angle and azimuth angle of the measured point. The practical application showed that the cableless borehole inclinometer is reasonable in design, convenient in use, its measurement precision is ±0.2° in (+90°~-90°)dip angle and±2° in (0~360°) azimuth angle, and it meets with measurement requirement of underground borehole trajectory completely.
Management Switcher and Design of Its Configuration Software

Abstract:
In view of problem that hard to learn and use existing command-line configuration methods of management switcher because it need memory and input configuration command in order, the paper realized window configuration interface of management switcher with VB, programmed frame transceiver and protocol analysis programs as well as simulation software of SMI sequence of management CPU by C programming language. And the management CPU could read or write the switcher registers' values by the simulation software of SMI sequence, so as to realize management type configuration of the switcher. The test result showed that the configuration software is simple and reliable in use, and the configurated switcher runs stably.
Design of Multiplex Distribution Circuit of VGA Signal Based on CMOS Inverter

Abstract:
For image defects such as partial color, trailing and double caused by complex circuit, amplification imbalance of primary colors signal and signal wave reflection of VGA distributor, a multiplex distribution circuit of VGA signal was designed based on analysis of transmission characteristic curve of voltage of CMOS inverter. The circuit uses CMOS inverter as amplifier circuit of small simulation signal, adopts 74HCU04AP integrated circuit to design R, G, B three primary colors amplifier circuit, and uses emitter following circuit to drive output signal, which can provide outputs with 75 Ω load more than 4 channels, and realize function of 1 input of VGA signal and multi-output of VGA signal. The practice proved the circuit has simple structure, low cost and high reliability.

Abstract:
The paper introduced current situation of detection and matching technique of emulsion concentration in China, compared and researched development status of detection technique of emulsion concentration, automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration, detection and automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration, and discussed their respective characteristics. It pointed out that on-line detection and automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration combined with technologies of sensor and computer is development trend which accords with production technology of modern mine; to develop sensor of emulsion concentration with high accuracy and good practicality is main work at present; automatic detection and matching system of emulsion concentration will develop in direction of digitalization and intellectualization, and it will combine with subsystem of emulsion leakage monitoring to monitor whole emulsion pump station, so as to realize normal work of hydraulic support system of fully mechanized coal face.
Calculation of Coherence Bandwidth of Mine Wireless Channel

Abstract:
Based on the multimode theory and ray theory of electromagnetic wave propagation in coal mine tunnels, the paper established a wireless channel model of wireless signal in mine tunnels, deduced formula of coherence bandwidth of wireless channel considered to important parameters influenced by the coherence bandwidth, such as propagation distance, tunnel section size, carrier frequency, antenna polarization, antenna location, medium electrical parameters. It simulated influence of the above parameters on the coherence bandwidth in a rectangular tunnel with width 4 m, height 3 m, and obtained theoretical results that the coherence bandwidth of the mine channel is proportional to the frequency, inverse proportional to propagation distance, the tunnel section size and the relative medium electrical parameters, to change position of antenna in the rectangular section tunnel is less influenced on coherence bandwidth.
Experimental Study of Mine Transient Electromagnetic Overlapping Loop Device

Abstract:
According to special underground working environment, the paper researched relationship between overlapping loop device with different length, different shapes and different number of turns and turn-off time and quality of received signal. And got conclusions as follows: the turn-off time is less influenced by shape of the overlapping loop and number of turns of receiving coil, is more sensitive to change of area of the overlapping loop and number of turns of transmitting coil which shows a linear increase relation. In limited underground construction space, increasing area of the overlapping loop and number of turns of the receiving coils can obviously improve and guarantee quality of the received signal. Circular overlapping loop device can obtain the maximum receiving area in the same circumference. Increasing number of turns of the transmitting coil does not contribute to improvement of quality of the received signal.
Analysis of Movement of Fire Smoke Flow and Determination of Route for Avoiding Disaster Based on Information Platform of 3DGIS Digital Mine

Abstract:
Combining with movement theory of fire smoke flow of mine roadway and effect of fire-air pressure to ventilation network, the paper proposed mathematical model of numerical simulation and computer algorithm of smoke expansion in time of mine fire, and determined reasonable routes for avoiding disaster. Based on basic information platform of 3DGIS digital mine and 3D visualization technique, computer programs of algorithm of smoke movement and route for avoiding disaster were developed, and it can simulate process of fire disaster in mine and show the scope of smoke pollution and routes for avoiding disaster for workers. The algorithm can be applied to analyze smoke flow expansion of actual fire disaster confirmed by experiment of roadway physical miniatures. The program was applyed to fire emergency plans drills of a coal mine, and played a very good role and achieved a good result.
Design and Implementation of Σ-ΔADC Converter Based on FPGA

Abstract:
For problems that instantaneous sampling method is only suitable for occasions that frequency converter analog is more smooth and sampling frequency is higher, and average value sampling method requires high sampling frequency and fast operation, a Σ-ΔADC converter based on FPGA was designed, and structure principle of the Σ-ΔADC converter and design of Sinc3 filter were introduced. The converter combines Σ-ΔADC modulator with FPGA effectively, and it not only improves sampling precision, but also improves anti-interference ability of analog signal in transmission and voltage withstand ability of detection device. The experiment validated correctness of the converter.
Analysis of Enhancement Algorithms of Coal Mine Monitoring Image and Its Realizatio

Abstract:
In view of characteristics of darker monitoring image, lower contrast ratio and poor visual effect caused by bad environment of intensive coal powder and weak illumination in coal mine underground, the paper put forward an algorithm of image enhancement based on wavelet transformation and fuzzy theory. The algorithm choses way of wavelet transformation to decompose image, then used new fuzzy membership function and enhancement operator to process high frequency information and used histogram equalization to process the low-frequency information, and finally reconstructed the image. The process results showed that more details information of the image was enhanced and the image effect was improved as a whole.
Modeling and Simulation Research of Hoisting System of Crane

Abstract:
At present, research on crane hoisting system are generally done in way of electrical system and in way of mechanical system, or done in way of simple link of electrical system and mechanical system, so it's difficult to establish an effective and precise mathematical model. For the problem, an electromechanical coupling mathematical model of crane hoisting system was built based on analyzing of relationships between all component parts of hoisting system of crane. The model avoids to neglect interrelationship between the electrical system model and mechanical system model through introducing electromagnetism torque and elastic coefficient of ropes as variables. Meanwhile, a simulation test was performed for the model with speed regulation method based on vector control and taking position of load movement as control variable. The simulation result showed that the model preferably reflectes work process of hoisting system of crane.

Abstract:
In view of contradiction between rapidity and stationarity existed in dynamic regulation process of conventional PID control, a design method of control system of static var compensator based on biological intelligent control was proposed. The biological intelligent controller is basis on the modulation principle of testosterone release, its master control unit and the secondary control unit were designed with proportional control and conventional PID control, and the master control unit dynamically adjusts set input of the secondary control according to the control error, so as to eliminate control error rapidly and stably. The simulation results showed that the SVC control system based on biological intelligent control has advantages of faster response speed, smaller overshoot, and better static and dynamic performance.
Simulation Analysis of Power Quality Characteristics of Wind Farm and Control Measures

Abstract:
Based on the project of Hexi large-scale wind power connected to grid, the paper established typical wind turbine simulation model, analyzed power quality characteristics such as voltage deviation, voltage fluctuations, and harmonics caused by wind power connected to grid. It simulated effect of using STATCOM to control power quality of wind farm based on analysis of power quality characteristics of wind farm and consideration of compensation effect. The simulation results showed that the STATCOM has good control effect on a variety of power quality problems of wind farm, which can provide a reference for analysis and control of power quality characteristics of wind farm.

Abstract:
In view of problems of big flux linkage and torque ripple, imprecise low speed control of conventional direct torque control of induction motors, the paper proposed a new direct torque control method based on sliding mode variable structure on basis of establishment of mathematical model of induction motor under α-β coordinate system. The method uses speed sliding mode variable structure controller to replace PI controller of conventional direct torque control, which can effectively reduce flux linkage and torque ripple of conventional direct torque control, enhance stability of the system. The simulation results proved validity of the method.

Abstract:
In view of problems that existing wind power prediction methods have short prediction time and low prediction accuracy, and it ca't track characteristics of volatility and intermittent of wind power generation to get reliable prediction, the paper put forward a new prediction method based on sequential index smoothing method (SIMS). Firstly, the method gets rid of distorted data from the original data by use of exponential smoothing method to get more ruled power data. Then it uses feedback time sequence method to predict power data. Using the method to make a prediction for the next day of four wind turbines for a large wind farm, the result is coincided with the actual measured data, which proved the method is feasibility.
Analysis and Test of Storage Algorithm of Card Reader of Personnel Positioning System

Abstract:
The paper analyzed three storage algorithms of chain storage algorithm, hash table storage algorithm and hash binary tree storage algorithm which are applicable to the card reader of personnel positioning system in term of search time and storage capacity. It gave usage efficiency and application condition of the three kinds of storage algorithms respectively. The test results showed that the search time of the chain storage algorithm grows in linear, the hash table storage algorithm is significantly better than the chain storage algorithm; if the tested data is increased, advantage of the hash table storage algorithm will be more apparent. When the data is bigger, the hash search binary tree storage algorithm is superior than the hash table storage algorithm, and when number reaches 8 000 people above required by standard of industry, choosing the hash search binary tree storage algorithm is more reasonable.
Research of Hot Standby System with Pure Software Mode for Coal Mine Enterprises

Abstract:
In view of problems of expensive hardware and higher maintenance cost in standard hot standby scheme of coal mine monitoring and control system, the paper designed a hot standby system with pure software mode. The system uses combinations of file differential backup and MYSQL incremental backup to store data in main and standby computer, that is, using RSYNC file synchronization algorithm to backup file, using Binary Log mechanism of MYSQL database to open a log file, exporting modified data in a period to incremental backup file and sending incremental backup files to standby computer, and the standby computer introduces the data into database, so as to achieve synchronization operation of database. In the same way, modified data in the standby computer was synchronized to the main computer when the main computer has fault. The hot standby system has been applied in coal enterprises and meets with requirements of real-time and completeness of the data in coal mine momitoring and control system.

Abstract:
For limitations that monitoring signal of coal piling sensor based on limit switch is inaccurate and action point (inclination angle) of coal piling sensor based on mercury switch ca't be set flexibly, the paper put forward design scheme of a new mine-used coal piling sensor based on ADXL335 tri-axial accelerometer and introduced main circuits design of the sensor. The sensor used measurement function of tri-axial angle of accelerometer to make comprehensive high precision measurement, and can transmit signal to protection control system of belt conveyor to prevent continuous accumulation of coal timely and accurately.

Abstract:
In view of problem that loading accuracy and loading quality could not be ensured because of serious overloading existed in loading system of Coal Preparation Plant of Nantun Coal Mine, an automatic unloading system was designed, design of hardware and software of the system was introduced. The automatic unloading system is added a coal unloading unit. When train passed through metering scale, the system can get metering information of train by communication with original automatic loading coal system. If the train is overloaded, the coal unloading unit would go down to unload coal. A metering system is installed on coal back belt. The system realizes automation of overloading and unloading of train.

The paper compared advantages and disadvantages between touch screen with PLC scheme and graphics controller scheme adopted in small and medium control system from selection, design and debugging. In order to solve problem of difficult finding information for users of coal mine enterprise Web site, the paper put forward a personalized recommendation service model of coal enterprise Web site based on Web log. The model uses association rules to recommend page for new users, and uses clustering algorithm to recommend page for old users. And it measures interesting degree of users with click number of Web page, browsing time of Web page, Jacobian coefficient and the longest public path coefficient of a user to accurately recommend interested pages for the user. The test results showed that the model can classify Web resources and provide personalized recommendation.

The paper introduced composition, working principle, software and hardware design of economical control device of mine-used endless rope winch. The device takes master control box as core, can real-timely detect speed signal and operation information of winch, and can display information on touch screen. It has functions of start and stop control, forward and reverse control , speed regulation control and automatic deceleration control, overwind of head and tail of winch, early warning, crossway alarm. And when winch happens fault, it can make the winch stop immediately to ensure safe operation. The causes of overheat of electrical room of model WK-35 excavator were analyzed. In view of problem that cleaning or replacing air filter to reduce temperature of electrical room of excavator waste time and energy labour at present, a solution was proposed through to adding a control circuit and time delay relay into main circuit of axial fan. The solution can realize the axial fan rotates reversely, and dust and debris clogging in filter would be sucked out effectively, so as to achieve increasing of air flowing, reducing temperature and solves the problem of overheat of electrical room.

Combining with actual situation of underground drainage of a coal mine, a centralized control system of underground submersible pumps based on gigabit ring network was designed, and design of hardware and software of the system was introduced. The system uses intelligent control and float switch sensor to realize local automatic control of high and low water level, uses communication between upper computer and underground intelligent controller to realize centralized dispatching and control of submersible pumps, which provides effective control solutions for small power submersible pumps with wide distribution, large number of equipments and frequent start and stop.

The paper introduced working principles and design of intrinsic safety type pilot circuit, and described basic principle of intrinsic safety type pilot circuit designed by relay isolated method, and indicated the circuit has problems of self starting and instable low-power. It introduced improved design of a pilot circuit controlled by photoelectric coupler isolation. The practical application showed that working current and the maximum short circuit current of the improved pilot circuit was less than the pilot circuit with relay control and has't inductor and capacitance, so its performance is more stable and action is more reliable.

The paper analyzed causes of override trip of underground power supply lines based on characteristics of multi levels and short lines of power supply lines of coal mine underground, designed a reverse locking type longitudinal protection device for override trip with 32-bit TMS320F2812 DSP as main processor. The test results showed that the protection device can solve the problem of override trip of underground power supply lines, and improve reliability of underground power system.

The paper introduced operation situation of 35 kV power lines of Yangmei Coal Group, analyzed causes why lightning accident happened frequently in term of influence of topography, existing lightning protection measures and line insulation configuration, and proposed lightning protection measures such as removing lightning eliminators, using double-circuit transmission line unbalanced insulation configuration and installing line arrester. The actual running results showed that the reformed transmission line has better effect of lightning protection.

In order to prevent trip and damage of 110 kV power supply line caused by thunder and meanwhile satisfy demand of production increase, reform and extension design of ring network of 110 kV substation of Liuzhuang Coal Mine was done, lightning protection measures of overhead distribution lines including overhead ground wire and zinc oxide arrester were adopted according to its actual situation. The reform and extension design of ring network make whole power lines form a ring network of power supply, namely, the ring network can ensure to supply any load by power supply loop when a power line happens trip or damage caused by thunder, so as to solve reliability problem of power supply lines.

Abstract:
In view of problems of low efficiency and low reliability existed in traditional meter reading system of thermal power plant, an automatic meter reading system of thermal power plant based on ARM was designed. Design of hardware and software and working principle of the system were introduced in details. Based on LPC2368 microcontroller, the system automatically reads data of corresponding measuring instruments by data collctor, and then transmits the data to LPC2368 through RFID, so as to achieve real-time monitoring.
Design of Automatic Control System of Three-phase Voltage Regulating Based on Single-chip Microcomputer

Abstract:
For problems that traditional AC voltage regulator is difficult to meet with real-time, precision regulator and voltage stabilization, an automatic control system of three-phase voltage regulating based on single-chip microcomputer was designed, realization of hardware circuit and software of the system were introduced in details. The system takes AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer as control core, can real-timely monitor change of voltage signal and achieve manual, automatic voltage regulating function according to set voltage. It also can achieve 0.01 V voltage collection precision, automatic control functions of 0-400 V boost, buck and stabilization of voltage. The experiment results showed that the system has advatages such as simple circuit, strong work reliability and high automation level.
