Case Analysis of Gas Explosion Disaster of Coal Mine without Safety Monitoring System

Abstract:
The paper analyzed “12-5”gas explosion disaster of Ruizhiyuan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. which causes 105 deaths, and got conclusions: the explosion time was 2007-12-05T23:07; gas explosion source located at 40 m digging face of No.9 coal seam; 40 m digging face was excavated without wind, which resulted in gas concentration accumulating to explosive concentration limits; the flame produced by shotfiring at 40 m digging face detonated gas and coal dust involved in the explosion; the No.9 coal seam of the mine had no safety monitoring system and the gas gauge could not be found to cut off power and withdraw in time; the mine was confused in electromechanical management, for example, it did not use explosion-proof junction box to connect cables, extensively used non-explosion proof tricycles, and did not use integrated security devices to protect coal drill.
Design of System Configuration Information Maintenance Component of Software for Informatization of Coal Mine

Abstract:
In view of problems that system configuration information management module of software for informatization of coal mine could not be reused and maintenance and upgrade of the software were difficult, a system configuration information maintenance component was designed. In this paper, characteristics of system configuration information were analyzed and the information was divided into multi-value configuration and single-value configuration. The overall design, functional design and main process design of the component were also given. The component stores configuration information in file with fixed format, which avoids change of the whole software caused by migration of configuration data. It provides interfaces for external programs to access data, which realizes maintenance of a variety of configuration data. The actual application showed that the component reduces workload of software development and complexity of software maintenance and upgrade.
Design of File Synchronization Component of Monitoring and Control System for Coal Mine Safety

Abstract:
In view of problems of single function and nonextensibility of file synchronization module of current monitoring and control system for coal mine safety, the paper proposed a design scheme of file synchronization component with extensibility. The component uses event-triggered mode to recognize changed file, selects HASH code as judgment basis of file change, solves problem of file synchronization conflict through recording the last modification time of file, and selects WCF to make communication between server and client. The field application showed that the component can ensure consistency of configuration file between server and client, which meets requirement and improves reliability of monitoring and control system for coal mine safety.

The paper discussed definition and features of digital mine and significance and objectives of Shenhua Group to build digital mine, and got conclusions: digital mine relies on mine business, takes data interoperability as principle, integration and application of information as core, automation of mine production process as basis, unified transport network platform as framework, unified software platform as means, technologies of green exploitation, equipment and information as support, standard system as guarantee, and "safety, green, intelligence and high efficient" as objectives.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a hierarchy importance causal analysis method which combines causal analysis with analytic hierarchy process in allusion to a coal spontaneous combustion accident. The method not only analyzes factors of coal spontaneous combustion accident from qualitative aspect, but also gives importance of each factor from quantitative aspect, which has great significance for analyzing cause of mine accidents and proposing key improvements.

The paper compared spectrum utilization of three kinds of 3G standard of WCDMA, CDMA2000 and TD-SCDMA, analyzed principle and technical advantages of smart antenna and united detection applied in TD-SCDMA, and illustrated technical advantages of TD-SCDMA applied in coal mine including high spectrum utilization, strong signal coverage ability, huge system capacity, high receiving sensitivity and low cost.

Abstract:
According to current communication and production demands of coal industry and combining with private network system and technique advantages of TD-SCDMA, the paper proposed an integrated solution of communication and dispatching system for coal industry, namely private network scheme. It discussed networking scheme and advantages of the solution, and analyzed typical application in coal enterprise network deeply. The application showed that the solution has high feasibility, which can solves communication problem of coal mine effectively.
Evaluation of Coal Mine Informatization Level Based on Entropy Weight Method and Grey Correlation Degree Method

Abstract:
In allusion to the problem of excessive experience dependence of common evaluation methods of informatization level which use expert scoring method to determine index weight, the paper proposed an evaluation method of informatization level of coal mine based on entropy weight method and grey correlation degree method. The evaluation method divides the evaluation system into 5 primary indexes and 19 secondary indexes, uses entropy weight method to determine value of index weight, uses grey correlation degree method to calculate correlation degree of evaluated object and reference sequence, and determines informatization level according to the correlation degree. Using the proposed method to evaluate informatization level of a coal mine, the results showed that the method can reflect actual situation of informatization level of the coal mine objectively and accurately.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a basic hypothesis for deducing density function and derived density function. It achieved density regional division through the density function, gave a specific estimating approach for computing tag value of untagged label within the same density range, and described specific implementation steps of semi-supervised regression algorithm based on density distribution. The algorithm achieves mark of untagged points, and can reduce estimating error of the tag value and improve estimation accuracy.

Abstract:
The paper introduced several ranging methods commonly used in wireless sensor network, did error analysis of TOA ranging method specifically, and proposed a scheme of using SDS-TWR method to reduce ranging error of TOA. The experimental result showed that SDS-TWR method can effectively reduce ranging error caused by frequency drift of crystal oscillator and improve ranging accuracy of TOA.

In allusion to problems of complex measuring process and expensive measuring equipment of current measuring method of intensity of ultrasonic cavitation, the paper proposed a measuring method based on time-difference method. It introduced measuring principle, designed a measuring device according to the measuring method, and verified the transmitting time-difference of ultrasonic in liquid with and without cavitations is proportional to input power in a certain range.
Harmonic Detection Method in Power Network Based on FFT Algorithm

Abstract:
In allusion to problems of big error and slow operation speed of traditional harmonic detection methods in power network, the paper proposed a detection method based on FFT algorithm, introduced fixed-point operation of DSP chip and specific implementation of harmonic detection method based on FFT algorithm, and did simulation analysis. The method realizes FFT algorithm using high-speed fixed-point DSP chip TMS320F2812, normalized the data to Q15 format to calculate, and used windowed interpolation FFT algorithm for harmonic analysis to reduce impact of spectral leakage on detecting result. The method realizes harmonics detecting of power network and ensures detection speed and accuracy.
Comparation of Two Designs of Switching Power Supply with High Power Factor

Abstract:
In allusion to problems of big harmonic content of input circuit and low power factor existing in traditional switching power supply which uses uncontrollable diode or phase-controlled thyristor for rectification, the paper proposed two design schemes of switching power supply with high power factor, analyzed principle of improving power factor by APFC technology and PWM rectifier technology, and used Matlab7.6 to simulate APFC circuit and voltage mode PWM rectifying circuit of single-phase full-bridge. The simulation result showed that the switching power supply based on PWM rectifier technology can improve power factor and reduce harmonic current.
Methods of Measurement and Prediction of Grounding Resistance of Arrester

Abstract:
The paper introduced principle of connection, measuring principle and selection of measuring voltage of three-pole measurement method of grounding resistance of arrester, established a trend prediction model of grounding resistance based on regression analysis according to measured history data of grounding resistance, and proved the model can be used to predict actual grounding resistance by standard deviation testing. The practice showed that the methods of measurement and prediction are practical and feasible, which can avoid lightning strokes caused by over standard of grounding resistance in a way.
Design of Reactive Power Compensation System Based on Phase-controlled Switching Technology

Abstract:
In allusion to the problem that traditional reactive compensation method could cause over-voltage and over-current which seriously disserves power quality, the paper proposed a design scheme of reactive power compensation system based on phase-controlled switching technology, and introduced principle of phase-controlled switching technology, overall structural design and software design of the system. For two key problems of the system, the paper proposed an extraction method of voltage zero-crossing signal and a method of using BP neural network algorithm to predict time of switching off or switching on. The system switches capacity while the voltage or current signal at zero crossing time, and realizes reactive power compensation of the grid. The tests showed that the system can accurately and real-timely compensate reactive power required by grid and improve power factor.

Abstract:
In allusion to the problem of low sensitivity and poor reliability of existing selective leakage protection device, the paper proposed a line selection method of selective leakage protection based on characteristic quantity of zero-sequence current. It analyzed logical relationship of zero-sequence current of each branch during failure of power supply system and introduced principle and realization of the method. The method creates characteristic quantities according to logical relationship and value relationship of secondary side zero-sequence current of zero-sequence current transformer of each branch, and takes the characteristic quantities as criterion of line selection. Matlab simulation result showed the method can effectively select the fault line.
Design of Control System of Roadheader Based on DSP and CPLD

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of control system of roadheader based on DSP and CPLD, introduced overall design and designs of CPLD data collection module and CPLD logic control module of the system. The system uses CPLD to realize data collection, which saves 12 μs of waiting time of DSP at each AD sampling channel and saves total 300 μs in each AD sampling period of 25 channels and uses CPLD instead of standard logic devices to realize logic functions, which simplifies design of hardware circuit and improves integration of the system. The application showed that the system can meet requirements of normal production of roadheader with good real-time performance and high reliability.
Remote Upgrade Resolution of Safety Monitoring and Control Sub-station of Coal Mine

Abstract:
In allusion to difficulties of upgrade and maintenance of safety monitoring and control sub-station of coal mine underground, the paper proposed a remote upgrade solution of safety monitoring and control sub-station of coal mine based on processor IPC2114, described technical principle of IAP, and introduced idea and implementation of the solution as well as several key issues which should be paid attention to when designing the solution. The solution can ensure correct transmission of upgrade packet on one hand, and on the other hand it can ensure the sub-station running the unupgraded program automatically when the upgrade process is interrupted, so as to ensure safety of upgrade process. A large number of tests showed that the solution can realize remote upgrading of safety monitoring and control sub-station of coal mine safely and stably at low speed.

Abstract:
In view of the problem of transient blowing-out in switchover process of ventilators of traditional ventilation system of coal mine, the paper proposed an optimization scheme of ventilation system of coal mine of switchover of ventilations without blowing-out. The scheme adds a louvered flat-type air door at each top of the two wind roadways based on traditional ventilation system of coal mine to keep constant of underground air flow in switchover process of ventilators. The actual application validated feasibility and practicality of the scheme.

Abstract:
In allusion to problems of complicated process, high energy consumption and other issues of traditional manual control mode used in current main drainage system of coal mine underground, the paper proposed using automatic control system of main drainage to achieve automatic control of underground pump, introduced structure, functions and application in Huashan Coal Mine of the system, and introduced device selection and automatic control flow of pump in details. The system takes PLC as control core, uses a variety of sensors to collect parameters of drain and pump motor, and realizes automatic detection and control of operation status and process of pump, which reduces labor intensity of workers and cost of pump operation.

The paper introduced overall structure and selection of monitoring variable of monitoring system of breakout prediction, analyzed several ways to access database in LabVIEW, and selected LabSQL kit to access database. It gave an implementation method of accessing the database of Access in LabVIEW through LabSQL and applied the method in the monitoring system of breakout prediction. The method of accessing database through LabSQL is simple, reduces design cost and has been proved practicable.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of communication interface between ARM and DSP based on dual port RAM. The interface takes ARM as main processor and DSP as coprocessor. ARM is used to realize management and dispatching work of DSP tasks through tasks management thread of DSP built on Linux system, and DSP is used to realize data calculation and processing work sent by ARM. The both exchange data through dual-port RAM. The actual application showed that the interface fully uses function characteristics of the two processors with quick data transmission speed, which is suitable for situation with the need for large acounts of data exchange between ARM and DSP.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a design scheme of host-standby mode hot-standby of pump control system of coal mine, described working process of hot-standby and introduced overall design and designs of basic business flow and take-over control flow in details. Two controllers exchange data through heartbeat frame. The pump control system solves problems of simultaneous power-on and fighting for controlling power during initialization of the two controllers by comparing switching time and value of address of the controller, and avoids failure of the host controller during the course of equipment start or stop which may cause equipment loss of control by the standby controller taking over controlling power. The scheme implements automatic switching over between host controller and standby controller, achieves purpose of continuously running of the system, and improves stability of the system.

The paper introduced composition and working principle of monitoring and control system of rubber-tyred vehicle, described scheduling control mode of the system by example of a vehicle passing an one-way interval between two refuge chambers, and proposed several issues needing paying attention to in actual application combining with the application in Gaohe Coal Mine. The system takes scheduling control sub-station as control core, and realizes functions of real-time monitoring and automatic schedulling of underground rubble-tyred vehicle, so as to improve efficiency of vehicle transportation management.

Abstract:
The paper introduced design principle of interlocking device of switchgears and pointed out that the interlocking device should be designed in accordance with requirements of “Five Prevention” and should have integrity and reliability. It analyzed problems existed in interlocking of back door of switchgears, switchgears without grounding switch and front and underside door of switchgears, made improved designs, analyzed conflict problems of operating procedure and interlocking device, and proposed a solution. The functions of improved interlocking device of KYN44-12 switchgear are more complete and reliable, the design is more reasonable, and the improved device can fully meet the requirements of “Five Prevention”.
Design of an Environmental Detector Based on Microcontroller

Abstract:
The paper introduced a design scheme of environmental detector based on microcontroller. The detector takes single-chip microcomputer MSP430F149 as core, uses pressure sensor, humidity sensor and temperature sensor to achieve data acquisition of three environmental parameters, and has interactive features of LCD display and keyboard operation. The test result showed that the measuring result is accurate to meet environmental testing requirements.

In allusion to problems of few calibration point, low accuracy and large volume of traditional calibrator for methane sensor, the paper proposed a design scheme of calibrator for methane sensor based on DSP and introduced hardware and software designs of the calibrator in details. The calibrator uses DSP chip TMS320LF2407 as main control chip, realizes simultaneous calibration of 8 methane sensors with accurate result, which greatly improves work efficiency and saves working time.
Design of Temperature Measuring Device Based on PT100 Platinum Thermistor

Abstract:
The paper introduced designs of hardware and software of a temperature measuring device based on PT100 platinum thermistor, and gave experimental verification. The device uses Wheatstone bridge circuit to collect resistance of PT100 platinum thermistor, and converts the resistance to voltage difference. PIC microcontroller converts the voltage difference to temperature using piecewise linear method. The experimental result showed that the temperature measuring device has high measuring accuracy and small error, and can measure internal temperature of large power equipment with PT100 platinum thermistor quickly and accurately.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of ventilation volume monitor of ventilation tube, and introduced installation place, measuring principle and designs of hardware and software of the monitor. The monitor uses ultrasonic time-difference method to measure wind velocity and ventilation volume at exit of ventilation tube. It can manually set the minimum wind velocity and volume, and send out alarm signal to remind relevant personnel to maintain ventilation equipment when the measured value is less than the setting value.
Application of Intelligent and Centralized Lubrication System in Pingshuo Mining Area

Abstract:
The paper analyzed problems existed in lubrication system of crusher of Pingshuo mining area, introduced working principle of an intelligent and centralized lubrication system and its system configuration, application solution and maintenance applied in Pingshuo mining area. The intelligent and centralized lubrication system combines PC and PLC with on-site multi-point lubrication pumps, smart meters and smart sensors, uses multi-point lubrication pump to achieve central lubrication of multi-points of the crusher, and uses electric pump to achieve grease auto-filling. Practical application showed that the intelligent and centralized lubrication system runs stably and reliably, improves working efficiency of equipment and reduces routine maintenance work.
