Research of Key Technologies for Mine Safety and Efficiency Monitoring

Abstract:
The paper put forward that safe and efficient coal mines should adopt advanced and reliable monitoring technology to be unmanned in fixed posts such as power supply, drainage, ventilation, air pressure, transportation, hoist, gas drainage and achieve remote control on the ground, and to be less personnel working on mechanized mining and mechanized caving coal faces and ground remote control. It proposed monitoring systems of power supply system, drainage system, ventilation system, air pressure system, transportation system, hoist system and gas drainage system should have function of ground remote control. It proposed coal mine scheduling command and controlling center with functions of remote control, alarm linkage and scheduling command. It proposed to integrate data centers of computer network room, SPC exchange room, dispatching switch room and monitoring system room. It put forward warning method of coal and gas outburst based on coal seam's gas pressure, gas content, integrated indicators, cutting gas desorption indicators, composite indicators, R-value indicators, gas emission(calculated according to the amount of gas concentration and air flow), roadway location, microseism, tone, temperature and their changes. It put forward mine wireless transmission interface based on WiFi to facilitate interconnection. It put forward temperature alarm method of coal spontaneous combustion with distributed optical fiber,which was more direct, timely and reliable than that using symbolic gas of coal spontaneous combustion like CO. It proposed to adjust speed of conveyor belt in real time according to coal quantity: the speed should be reduced when the quantity is small, and else the speed should be increased to improve transport efficiency and reduce equipment wear. It proposed power supply monitoring system based on fiber and integrated protection should have functions of anti grade-skip trip, ground remote setting and ground remote control to improve reliability of coal mine power supply and achieve unmanned underground electromechanical chamber. It put forward coal face monitoring system with following functions: identification of coal and rock; automatic drum increasing; interaction of shearer, scraper and hydraulic support machine; memory-based coal cutting;control of ground remote, crossheading short-range, manual control and emergency stop;top caving coal quantity and gangue control;fault diagnosis of shearer, scraper and other large electrical and mechanical equipments.
Design of Mine Logistics Management System

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of collection, monitoring and management of underground logistics information, a mine logistics management system was designed. The system adopts radio frequency identification technology to read position information of vehicles and goods, and uses wireless technology to transmit the position information to dispatching personnel on the ground, so as to realize monitoring of transportation process of vehicles and goods. The practical application showed that the system is beneficial to dispatching management and improves efficiency of coal mine transportation system.
Development of a Novel Mine-used Portable Smog Monitoring Analyzer with Networking Functio

Abstract:
In order to solve problems that portable smog analyzer based on electrochemical sensor has poor flexibility and universality, and portable optical fiber smog analyzer can not achieve data remote transmission and multi-sensor networking, a novel mine-used portable smog analyzer with networking function was designed. Monitoring and analysis circuit for smog was designed based on AvaSpec-2048 in order to detect smog concentration. Networking function of the analyzer was realized by embedded development technology and ZigBee wireless network technology. The test results showed that the analyzer has characteristics of stable and reliable working, fast response, strong networking capability, which can well meet with requirements of distributed multi-instrument monitoring.

Abstract:
In view of problems of lower reliability in traditional differential pressure density meter and being not suitable for situation of frequent change of media density in pressure-type liquid level meter, an intelligent force sensor based on Freescale MC9S08AW60 MCU was designed. Main circuits of the sensor were introduced in details. The sensor achieves functions of data acquisition, signal processing, data communication and current loop output ADC. The practical application showed that the sensor meets with demand of industrial application environment with accuracy ±5 kg/m3 in density measurement and no effect of suspension recirculation and level fluctuation on level measurement in work temperature from -20 ℃ to +80 ℃.

Abstract:
According to actual situation of Jining No.3 Coal Mine, a design scheme of integrated automation system platform of coal mine based on Wonderware IAS was proposed. Platform structure, IAS development, communication between the platform and interface protocol of other subsystem, HMI design method based on InTouch configuration software were introduced. The practical application showed that the platform is stable in operation, and improves coal mine informatization degree effectively, solves problems of self running and self management, which achieves goal of increasing efficiency by downsizing staff.
Design of WiFi Handheld Terminal with Low-power Consumptio

Abstract:
In view of problems that traditional handheld terminal is difficult to communicate in coal mine and its standby time is short, a design scheme of handheld terminal with low-power consumption was proposed, and designs of hardware circuit and software of the handheld terminal were introduced. The handheld terminal uses PXA322 processor to finish collection and transmission of data of voice, image and video, programmable management of power supply circuit was designed for that WiFi network wastes electricity in searching on network. The experiment result showed that the handheld terminal has characteristic of reliable communication,low-power consumption and long lifetime, which can satisfy with demand of underground production application.

Configuration Technology of Mine-used PLC Control Program

Abstract:
For problems of difficult field programming and poor inheritance ability of mine-used PLC program, the paper proposed a configuration technology of mine-used PLC control program based on ladder diagram language, and introduced basic principle and realization method of the technology taking control program of double-motor and double-speed driven scraper conveyor as an example. The technology can standardize mine-used PLC control program, thus users can change some references on configuration interface of human-machine interface to meet field requirements. The practice showed that the technology is simple in programming and improves reliability and friendly performance of control program.
Design of Intelligent Detection System for Remote Switch Based on 1-Wire Technology

Abstract:
In view of shortcomings of a lot of transmission line, complicated construction, poor reliability and high cost by use of traditional detection method of remote switch, a design scheme of intelligent detection system for remote switch based on 1-wire was proposed. The system uses DS2405 1-wire device and C8051F single-chip microcomputer to constitute 1-wire sensor network with 128 switches and can detect open/close state of switch directly. The practical application showed that the system has advantages of simple circuit, strong anti-interference and high reliability.
3D Implementation of SVG

Abstract:
In view of problem of limitation on description and drawing of 3D graph by SVG, the paper proposed a 3D implementing method of SVG. It introduced conversion principle of 2D coordinate to 3D coordinate of SVG in details, gave processes of drawing and operation control of SVG-3D graph on 3D coordinate. Taking drawing a cube and a spherosome in 3D scene as example, it expounded implementation of creation of 3D scene and drawing and operation control of the two graphs in HTML page by use of JavaScript.
Design of Wireless Voice Receiving Terminal Based on WiFi

Abstract:
In view of problems of bad real-time performance and needing set many cables existed in current voice dispatching system, a wireless voice receiving terminal based on WiFi was designed. When the terminal works, wireless transceiver module GS1011 receives data frame from wireless network, STM32 micro-controller receives the data by interrupt mode and stores the data into ring data buffer. When the data in the data buffer is more than playing threshold, STM32 micro-controller reads voice data from the data buffer to decode and broadcast with audio encoding and decoding module VS1053. Meanwhile, the terminal combines RTP protocol with ring data buffer and dynamicly adjusts voice playback speed to eliminate network jittering. The test result showed that respond time of the terminal is less than 1 s, voice signal is stable and eliminates influence of network jittering.
Research of Single-phase Grounding Fault Location of Underground 10 kV Distribution Network

Abstract:
In view of problems that measured fault current of power frequency by existing fault location methods is weak and electric arc is unstable, a new fault location method based on parameter identification was put forward. The method uses lumped parameter Γ model to established fault point location time domain equations of single phase grounding fault, and uses transient time domain information to identify fault point position through the least squares optimization algorithm. EMTP simulation results validated accuracy of the method under different fault conditions.
Research of Water Body Extraction Methods of Mining Area Collapsed Pond Based on SPOT-5 Multispectral Image

Abstract:
For phenomenon of incomplete water extraction and false extraction in existing water extraction method based on remote sensing images, a water extraction method of mining area collapsed pond based on SPOT-5 multispectral images was proposed.On the basis of adding a available band by use of band synthetic, existing water extraction method was improved appropriately, and mining area water body was extracted by decision tree classifier and improved method with four-level extraction, so as to ensure the water body extraction integrity and reduce error rate. Finally, accuracy of the water body extraction was assessed by the extracted data. The test results showed that the water body extraction method based on decision tree classifier has higher accuracy and can meet with demand of practical application in mining area.
Application Research of CMAC and PID Complex Control Method in Heavy Medium Coal Preparation System

Abstract:
For problem of big overshoot of PID algorithm used by heavy medium coal preparation system which has characteristics of strong coupling, nonlinear and multivariate, the paper presented a control method with CMAC and PID algorithm. Through researching dynamic characteristics of medium density and liquid level of medium bucket, it established mathematical model of heavy medium coal preparation system and gave control principle with the CMAC and traditional PID algorithm. The Simulink simulation result showed that the control method is better than traditional PID algorithm, and has good dynamic performance and high stability level.
Research of Fault Diagnosis of Broken Rotor Bar of Asynchronous Motor Based on Wavelet Analysis

Abstract:
In view of shortcoming that common steady state fourier analysis for motor ca't analyze local spectrum characteristics of local time-domain signal, an improved wavelet packet analysis method was put forward which is applied to fault diagnosis of broken rotor bars of asynchronous motor. Through decomposition and reconstruction of the wavelet packet of motor fault signal, the method can detect fault signal frequency effectively, so as to determine fault type and possible fault part. The experiment result proved validity of the method.
3D Modeling Method of Mine Laneway Based on Multipath

Abstract:
To solve problems of poor flexibility and portability and difficult update and maintenance of data in existing mine laneway 3D models, a 3D modeling method of mine laneway based on multipath was proposed. By defining point-polyline topological data model, the method can convert CAD format mine data to Geodatabase feature class, and uses developed ArcGIS Engine program and inserts node coordinate to create 3D mine laneway model, so as to realize automatic modeling of mine laneway, which effectively reduces working capacity of 3D laneway modeling.
Research of Ultrasonic Ranging Error Compensation Algorithm

Abstract:
The paper analyzed principle of ultrasonic ranging and its main error causes and put forward an error compensation algorithm of ultrasonic ranging based on BP neural network. The algorithm trains samples of given input vector and target vector, and adjusts weights and threshold in process of training constantly, so as to reach a mapping relationship to correct error. The simulation result verified effectiveness of the algorithm.
Modeling Simulation of Double-fed Wind Power Generation System Based on DIgSILENT/PowerFactory

Abstract:
The paper established mathematical model of blade pitch control, wind turbine and shaft system of wind power generation system of double-fed induction generator based on DIgSILENT/PowerFactory, and made simulation of the entire system. It also imitated operating of the entire system under variable active and reactive power and three-phase short circuit in grid. The simulation results indicated that the system realizes decoupling control of active power and reactive power and stable operation under three-phase short circuit in grid, and testifies validity of the models, which lays foundation for further research of modeling simulatiom of wind power field.
A Dyna_Q-learning Algorithm Used in Underground Path Planning

Abstract:
The Euclidean distance is usually used in heuristic planning of Dyna_Q-learning based on reinforcement learning tasks of goal position. But it is not suitable for these tasks whose state space is not continuous in Euclidean space such as path planning of disaster rescue robot in underground coal mine. For the problem, the paper introduced the Laplacian Eigenmap whose computational complexity is lower in manifold learning, then proposed an improved Dyna_Q-learning algorithm based on manifold distance metric. The proposed algorithm is simulated in grid world that is similar to underground environment. The simulation results verified validity of the algorithm.
Design of Mine-used Wireless Roof Pressure Sensor Based on CC2530

Abstract:
In view of problems of easy to be broken of transmission line and difficult maintenance of wired roof pressure sensor, a design scheme of wireless roof pressure sensor based on CC2530 was proposed, hardware components and workflow of the sensor were introduced. The sensor can process data collected by pressure transmitter and then transmit the data to wireless monitoring substation through antenna, so as to realize monitoring for hydraulic support and single prop on fully mechanized coal face. The test result showed that the sensor has high wireless transmitting power, good receiving sensitivity and reliable quality of signal modulation.
Research of Data Interaction Middleware Based on OPC UA

Abstract:
For problem of complex configuration, needing to change firewall or net brake setting existing in OPC data integration mode based on DCOM configuration, a data interaction middleware based on OPC UA was designed, and structure and function of the middleware were introduced. The middleware realizes plug and play, and can achieve security data interaction with OPC server across firewall/net brake by simple configuration, which can be applied to data integration of OPC server of most coal mine automation subsystems.

Abstract:
In view of problem of bad reusability of special gateway of mine access gateway, a design scheme of mine integrated access gateway based on S5PV210 was proposed. Hardware structure and software design of the access gateway were introduced, conversion principle among various protocols was analyzed in details. The gateway adopts S5PV210 microprocessor, embedded operating system and Socket software technology to realize interconnection among wireless network, field bus network, control device and industrial Ethernet and multi-protocol conversion.
Design of Automatic Antifreeze Spraying System of Train Compartment Based on CC-Link Field Bus

Abstract:
In view of problem of nonuniform antifreeze caused by artificial spraying antifreeze of coal train in coal preparation plant, an automatic antifreeze spraying system of coal train compartment based on CC-Link was designed. The system uses CC-Link field bus technology to build field control network of spraying devices and pressure pump station of antifreeze, and realizes linkage among devices and real-time monitoring of the system. The practical application showed that the system avoids waste of antifreeze, and improves work efficiency.
Development of Control Box with Flameproof and Intrinsic Safety for Aerial Passenger Device

Abstract:
In view of problems of difficult maintenance, low efficiency and poor safety performance existed in aerial passenger device controlled by relays, a development scheme of control box for aerial passenger device based on PLC was proposed, hardware design, software design and function characteristics of the control box were introduced. The control box uses PLC as control core and MT60701 touch panel as man-machine interface, which realizes functions of in-time parking, sudden stop interlock, in-time display and protection of state of aerial passenger device. The practice proved that the control box is stable in running, which realizes automatic and unmanned operation, and improves safety and reliability of aerial passenger device.

Abstract:
In view of problems that vehicle location device with 8/16 bit microcontroller as main control processor has bad data processing ability and real-time performance, unable transplant of complicated operating system and poor functional expansibility, a mine-used vehicle location device based on S3C6410 and embedded Wince operating system was designed. Firstly, the device uses GPS location module to get location data of vehicle, and the location data is transmitted to the ARM processor S3C6410 through UART communication mode, then adopts GPRS wireless transmission module to send GPS location data to location center, so as to realize real-time location. The device has powerful functions and good practical applicability, and it meets with real-time demands of application.
Design of Auxiliary Shaft Car Operating Control System Based on PLC

Abstract:
In view of shortcomings of complicated operating, inconvenient maintenance and incidental misoperation existed in mine auxiliary car operating control system based on single-chip microcomputer or integrated circuit, a design scheme of mine auxiliary shaft car operating control system based on PLC was proposed. Structure, control method, control process and core interlock relationships of the system were introduced. Wellhead and downhole work station of the system were separately installed a set of car operating PLC, and they use PLC to receive position signals and garage control signals to control running of car operating equipments. The practical operation showed that the performance of the system is stable and reliable, which ensures safety production of coal mine.

Abstract:
The paper introduced background and development status of IPv6, expounded development tendency and research direction of application of IPv6 in industrial Ethernet, and indicated all hardware and software based on mine industrial Ethernet should have dual protocol stack, and with maturity and popularization of the IPv6 technology, coal mine network equipment that only supports IPv6 protocol will be developed, such as explosion-proof network equipments, configuration softwares, drivers of data acquisition and control hardware which support IPv6.

Abstract:
The paper introduced structure of black box hardware platform of roadheader, and put forward a storage and implementation method of operation information of roadheader on black box hardware platform based on SQLite database. The method uses advantage of embedded database code open source, and embeds the SQLite database into the development application program, which realizes operation information data acquisition and storage of roadheader, and provides original data of fault diagnosis and equipment life cycle management for roadheader.
Design of Coal Blending Control System Based on Profibus-DP

Abstract:
In view of problems of too many connections, long distance, poor reliability and many fault points of PLC control system for coal blending used in coal cleaning plant, the paper proposed a reform scheme of coal blending control system based on Profibus-DP fieldbus, and introduced the system topological structure, reform methods of data upload of weighing controller and frequency converter communication, hardware parameter settings and configuration. The actual application showed that the system runs stably, improves quality of coal blending and reduces failure rate with good maintainability.
Design of Constant Supply System for Industrial Ethernet Switch

Abstract:
In view of problem that industrial Ethernet switch has higher requirement to quality of power supply, a constant supply system for industrial Ethernet switch was designed. Hardware circuits of the system were introduced in details, namely DC stable voltage supply circuit, charging management and control circuit of battery, temperature detection circuit of battery, switching circuit of power supply, CAN bus communication circuit and single-chip microcomputer control circuit, and main program flow of the system was gave. The test result showed that the system can meet with supply requirements of industrial Ethernet switch under complex environment with characteristics of quick dynamic response, low static power consumption.
Design of a New Type of Soft Starter of Motor Based on DSP

Abstract:
For problems of bigger starting current and mechanical impact existed in traditional reduced-voltage start method of motor, a design scheme of soft starter of motor based on DSP control was proposed, basic structure, main circuit and function realization of the starter were introduced. The starter can not only realize electrodeless and smooth start in start-up process of motor, but also regulate parameters in starting process according to different load characteristics, so as to achieve the best dynamic effect.

Abstract:
In view of problem that coal preparation production workshop ca't share information because it has a variety of network system or different structures of field bus and control system, a design scheme of heterogeneous network control system based on OPC technology was proposed and design and development of OPC Server/Client of the system were introduced in details. The system connects all subsystems by use of industrial Ethernet TCP/IP system and provides a uniform data interface for heterogeneous data by use of the OPC technology which make the data management can get all kinds of data. The system solves problems of data conversion, integration and storage of heterogeneous network and meets with requirements of information interoperability in enterprise production process and integration of enterprise information systems.
