Abstract:
In view of problem that current monitoring and diagnosis systems of conveying equipments on working face can be only used at underground field, a remote monitoring and diagnosis system of conveying equipments based on LabVIEW in surface dispatching center was designed. General structure of monitoring and diagnosis system of conveying equipments of whole mine manless working face composed of the system and underground monitoring and fault diagnosis system of conveying equipments based on PLC was given, implementation of data exchange between the system and the underground system was analyzed, and method of BP neural network fault identification in LabVIEW and design of SQL Server data management system were introduced. The actual application shows that the system runs stably and realizes real-time monitoring and diagnosis of conditions of scraper conveyor, transfer conveyor and crusher on working face in surface dispatching center.
Design of Monitoring System of Water Source Wells of Coal Mine Based on Wireless Network

Abstract:
In view of problem that traditional management of water source wells of coal mine cannot collect parameters of pump real-timely and accurately with manual patrolling mode, a monitoring system of water source wells of coal mine based on wireless network was designed. The system is composed of monitoring master station and control substations. Each control substation can realize flow measurement of water source well and control of start and stop and current monitoring of pump motor, and can upload monitored data to monitoring master station through wireless communication system. Meanwhile, the control substation can receive control commands of monitoring master station to realize start and stop operation of pump motor. The actual application shows that the system improves reliability and automation level of water supply system of water source well of coal mine.
Design of Monitoring System of Process Water of Coal Mine

Abstract:
In view of problem that traditional process water system of coal mine cannot real-timely know situations of running of pump and water level of sump with manual operation mode, a monitoring system of process water of coal mine was designed. The system includes many PLC control stations which are used to monitor pump house of surface wastewater treatment plant, underground pump houses and sumps. Each PLC control station collects data of sensors and uploads the data to upper computer through industrial Ethernet, the upper computer dispatches working pump and spare pump according to the data and makes remote operation for electric valve, so as to realize automatic control function. The actual application shows that the system realizes unmanned on duty and remote control for pump houses and improves automation level of coal mine.
Design of Monitoring and Control System of High Slag Granulation Based on Various Communication Protocols

Abstract:
In view of problems of non-compatible communication protocol between new and old equipments and strong dispersion of field devices in reform process of monitoring and control system of high slag granulation of an Ironmaking Plant, a monitoring and control system of high slag granulation based on various communication protocols was designed. The system uses data integration mode with multi-level network and multiprotocol: field devices with ModBus communication interface use Profibus-ModBus protocol bus-bridge to finish data conversion from ModBus RTU to Profibus, field devices with Profibus-DP communication interface access DP network directly through respective Prifibus-DP communication board, field devices with AS-i communication interface integrate data in LOGO into master station of Profibus-DP through communication processor, unintelligent communication devices exchange data through several remote I/O slave stations composed of ET200M and I/O extended module; building independent process monitoring PC station in workshop of high slag granulation to real-timely monitor important parameters; integrating relative data of process monitoring PC station into monitoring center PC of enterprise management layer through protocol conversion. The actual application shows that the system has stable and reliable running and reaches reform requirements.
Development of Mine-used Feedback Type Frequency Converter with Flameproof and Intrinsic Safety

Abstract:
In view of problems that two-quadrant frequency converter can not feedback energy and design selection of braking resistant in two-quadrant frequency converter + resistant braking unit may not match with field conditions, a mine-used feedback type frequency converter with flameproof and intrinsic safety was designed. Design of main circuit and application effect of the feedback type frequency converter were introduced in details. The actual application shows that the frequency converter can feedback energy to power grid through rectify unit in range of rated power and meet with requirement of electric power and feedback power are less than 160 kW.
Research of Enterprise Architecture for Safety Production Management of Coal Mine

Abstract:
An enterprise architecture for safety production management of coal mine was built, a business architecture framework was given that included business lines, business components, normal business processes and organization architecture. Steps to build data architecture from business processes, data-driven application architecture defining mode and technology architecture reflecting characteristics of coal mine information were introduced. Finally, a method of building enterprise architecture for safety production management of coal mine with integrated enterprise modeling software was introduced briefly.
Design of Mine-used Magnetic Proximity Switch Based on Double Tongue Tubes

Abstract:
In view of problem of incorrect operation because that decelerate switch of electric control system of hoist and synchronous switch of backup protection device of hoist all used single tongue tube, a mine-used magnetic proximity switch based on double tongue tubes was designed. Working principle of tongue tube was analyzed, structure, working principle and performances of the proximity switch were introduced in details. The actual application shows that the proximity switch can effectively ensure normal working of decelerate switch of electric control system of hoist and synchronous switch of backup protection device of hoist when unloading coal and materials with characteristics of simple structure, waterproof, explosion-proof, vibration-proof and safe and reliable action performance.
Design of Security Mechanism of Enterprise Database System Based on SQL Server

Abstract:
In view of problem that database system of a Coal Mine Machinery Manufacturing Enterprise has many users and influences its safety performance, the paper proposed a design scheme of security mechanism of database system based on SQL Server. It introduced design of selection of login mode, application procedure confirmation, creation of SQL Server group, setting of database access, setting and assignment of user authority and other safety mechanisms in details. It indicated that when designing the security mechanism, it firstly should create global group, obtain server access through SQL Server Users group, obtain access authority of database through specific database group, and then should create database roles and assign authority to the roles according to access requirements of users, at last the global group obtains authority through adding the roles, so as to ensure safety of the database system. The actual application validates feasibility and effectiveness of the security mechanism.
Research of Underground Communication Network Based on TTCAN Protocol

Abstract:
In view of problems of bad real-time performance and uncertainty caused by big delay of low priority data existed in underground CAN communication network, the paper proposed a TTCAN protocol based on time-triggered mechanism. It gave hardware structure of TTCAN network system composed of master node and slave nodes, introduced design of TTCAN dispatching algorithm based on Level 1 synchronization mode. The experiment result shows that the biggest respond time and the biggest sending cycle jitter of TTCAN network are almost not influenced by increasing of information and reducing of priority comparing with standard CAN network, so TTCAN has better real-time performance and certainty.
Design of Mine-used Location-based Services Terminal Based on WiFi

Abstract:
In view of problems of higher power consumption and difficult design of intrinsic safety of WiFi terminals used in coal mine underground, a mine-used location-based services terminal based on WiFi was designed. Hardware structure and design principle of intrinsic safety of the terminal were given, software design of the terminal was introduced in details, including design of WiFi driving program, implementation of a new underground personnel location mechanism which meets with special environment of roadway and implementation of location-based services of wireless voice communication, real-time monitoring of gas concentration and image data collection under SIP protocol. The experiment result shows that personnel location precision of the terminal is in 1 m, transmission of voice communication and image data has no delay and the longest time of gas concentration collection under low power consumption mode is 7 h, which meets with requirements of mine production and intrinsic safety.
Gas Outburst Prediction of Underground Working Face Based on ACA-FCM Algorithm

Abstract:
In view of problems of great limitation in actual application and bad precision of prediction result of current gas outburst prediction method, the paper proposed a gas outburst prediction method based on ACA-FAM algorithm. It analyzed basic principle and implementation steps of ACA-FAM algorithm. Taking data of gas outburst of underground working face of a Coal Mine in a certain period as example, it used ACA-FAM algorithm to make mining analysis for the data to find relations between gas outburst and influencing factors such as buried depth, coal seam thickness, gas content, daily advance, coal seam interval and daily output. The test result shows that prediction result of the method is uniform with actual monitoring record and the method has higher classified prediction performance.
Research of Line Selection Method of Single-phase Grounding Leakage Fault of Coal Mine High-voltage Grid

Abstract:
A new type of line selection method of single-phase grounding leakage fault of coal mine high-voltage grid uses fault diagnosis method of current harmonic, zero-sequence active power method and transient zero-sequence current mutual product sum method to set membership functions of fault measures and weight coefficient, uses fuzzy theory to fusion the above functions of the three methods to calculate fault measures of line under line selection method with multi criteria, so as to judge line of single-phase grounding leakage fault. The Matlab/Simulink simulation result validates correctness of the line selection method.
Design of Additional Low-frequency Signal Source for Online Measurement of Insulation Parameters of Coal Mine Cable

Abstract:
The paper analyzed basic principle of measuring insulation parameters of cable by additional low-frequency signal source, and detailedly introduced design of optimal SPWM driving circuit, protection circuit of input and output and RS232 communication circuit of the signal source, in which the optimal SPWM driving circuit can output -8 V to +12 V voltage to ensure reliable opening and closing of IGBT. The experiment result showed that the signal source has stable output voltage and adjustable frequency.
Research of Fault Location and Rapid Repair System of Distribution Network

Abstract:
In view of problems of difficult location for fault section and low efficiency of rush-repair in traditional manual patrolling mode when distribution network happens fault, a fault location and rapid repair system of distribution network based on pole fault location monitoring terminal was designed. The system uses pole fault location monitoring terminal to real-timely measure data of distribution network, and uses instantaneous over-current method to judge short-circuit fault and uses total current method to judge grounding fault. When fault happens, pole fault location monitoring terminal sends fault data to monitoring host through GPRS wireless communication module, monitoring host uses improved matrix location algorithm to realize accurate location for fault section. The fault type and position is noticed to related working personnel by message way and is displayed on interface of monitoring host to realize rapid repair for fault. The simulation result validates feasibility of the system.
Development of Mine-used Region Temperature Monitoring System

Abstract:
In view of problem that current fire detector can only detect occurred fire, but cannot send alarm signal before fire happens and environment temperature is lower, a region temperature monitoring system based on temperature measurement cable used in non-coal mines was designed. The system uses line temperature sensor to continuously monitor the highest temperature of detected region and can send early-warning signal before fire happens, so as to avoid occurrence of accident or inducing fire. The test result validates feasibility of the system.

In view of problem that industrial configuration software cannot well process space information in current mine integrated automation system, a mine integrated automation system based on 3D visualization platform was designed. General structure of digital mine based on the system was given, structure of the system and implementation of data integration and data interface method between 3D visualization platform and integrated automation system were introduced in details. The actual application shows that the system realizes fine modeling of scenes of roadway, working face and underground electromechanical devices and improves modern management level of mine.
Optimal Design of Control Loop of Special Breaker of 10 kV Capacitor Bank

Abstract:
In view of problem that closing coil in control loop of breaker often happens burnout when breaker of 10 kV capacitor bank makes breaking-closing control operation, the paper proposed an optimal design scheme of double control loops of closing coil of breaker. The scheme adds standby closing control loop in original closing control loop of breaker. When main closing coil is burnout, standby closing coil is charged to close breaker. The standby closing control loop series signal relay which can send out fault signal after main closing coil is burnout and can ensure terminal voltage of standby closing coil is uniform with one of main closing coil. The actual application shows that the optimal design scheme solves problem that closing coil of breaker cannot close timely after it is burnout and ensures normal on/off of capacitor bank.
Design of Intrinsic Safety Current-frequency Conversion Circuit Based on PIC Single-chip Microcomputer

Abstract:
In view of problem of diversity existed in signal output forms of analog sensor, an intrinsic safety current-frequency conversion circuit based on PIC single-chip microcomputer was designed. The circuit uses intrinsic safety power supply, and converts analog current signal into voltage signal through grounded sampling resistance with high precision and the signal is sent to A/D sampling interface of PIC single-chip microcomputer, then the signal is converted into frequency signal after processed by software. The actual application shows that the circuit can meet with requirements of various current type sensors accessed in coal mine safety monitoring and control system.

Abstract:
In view of problems of high cost and inconvenient installation by use of piezoelectric force sensor and impact force sensor to measure impact frequency, a low-frequency impact frequency measuring circuit with resistance strain force sensor was designed. According to working principle of resistance strain force sensor, the circuit firstly uses amplifying circuit to amplify output signal of the sensor, then uses voltage comparing circuit to generate square wave signal, and uses monostable trigger circuit to make shaping for the square wave signal at last, so as to get standard square wave signal. The actual application shows that the circuit has stable running with higher measuring precision.

Abstract:
In view of problems of complex routing, high labor intensity and inflexible setting of monitored points existed in traditional wired monitoring system of mine pressure, an intelligent collecting device of mine pressure based on ZigBee wireless sensor network was designed. The device is distributed in roadway and working face as node of ZigBee wireless sensor network, data collected by each node is aggregated to relate base station through ZigBee wireless sensor network and then is transmitted to central control room through wired network. The actual application shows that the device has characteristics of convenient setting, high precision and meets with requirement of dynamic extension of tunneling face.

In view of problems of bad stability and low working efficiency of traditional control system of decanter centrifuge, a frequency-conversion speed-regulation and PLC control system of decanter centrifuge was designed. In view of problems of high energy consumption, many fault points and bad reliability caused by TKD speed-regulation mode used by electrical control system of hoist of old auxiliary shaft of a Coal Mine, the paper proposed a reform scheme of medium-voltage frequency-conversion speed-regulation system with double three-level based on PLC. It introduced hardware structure, working principle and functions of high-low voltage distribution system, back-to-back medium-voltage frequency converter with double three-level, multi-PLC network control system and upper computer monitoring system. The actual application shows that the reformed system has low energy consumption, stable and reliable running.

Abstract:
In view of problem that there is not well communication among belt conveyors and related personnel cannot real-timely know production process of transportation system of belt conveyor in original control system of belt conveyor of a Coal Mine, the paper proposed a reform scheme of centralized control system of belt conveyor. The system takes ControlLogix PLC as core and uses iFIX configuration software to collect and monitor data of each belt conveyor under premise of no changing local control mode of original system, which realizes centralized control function for transportation system of belt conveyor by dispatching center. The actual application shows that the reformed system makes each independent electrical control system to be integrated in one system, which enhances coordination of belt conveyors and improves safety and reliability of device.
Development of a New Type of Safety Pin Used in Trip Lifting System of Inclined Shaft

Abstract:
In view of problems that current standard safety pins of mine car use manual operation when bolting and pulling and cannot realize automatic uncoupling, a new type of safety pin used in trip of mine car was designed. Structure, working principle, installation and characteristics of the safety pin were introduced, and design of automatic uncoupling and pulling system taking the safety pin as core was given. The actual application shows that the safety pin meets with actual application requirements of simple structure, reliable self-locking, easy to pull, low cost and less modification for structure of mine car.
Development of Blocking Function of Leakage Communication and Shaft Hoist Signal

Abstract:
In view of problem of higher requirement for safety factor in shaft operation, a blocking function of leakage communication and shaft hoist signal was developed, which was used to realize blocking and unlocking operation for hoist signal by dotting of hand-held interphone of leakage communication in maintenance process of shaft. Implementing schemes through two ways namely reforms of hoist signal system and electrical and control system of hoist were introduced in details. The actual application shows that operation personnel of shaft can participate in hoist control directly and can block hoist signal when need not startup, which improves safety in shaft operation.
Design of Constant Pressure Air Supply System of Air Compressor

Abstract:
In view of problems of big pressure fluctuation and difficult adjustment in main pipe of air delivery when air compressor of a Coal Mine transports high-pressure air from interface to underground, a constant pressure air supply system of air compressor based on frequency-conversion speed-regulation and close-loop negative feedback control was designed. The system collects real-time pressure signal through pressure sensor in main pipe of air delivery, the pressure signal is compared with input pressure signal to get deviation signal. PLC analyzes and processes the deviation signal and outputs relative adjusting signal of frequency converter to make the frequency converter change power frequency of motor of air compressor, so as to adjust pressure of main pipe of air delivery. The actual application shows that the system realizes constant pressure transmission of high-pressure air in main pipe of air delivery with stable and reliable running.

Abstract:
The paper introduced installation framework, application characteristics and existed problems of model KJ95N safety monitoring and control system in No.1 Mine of Honghui Coal Mine. It indicated that the system should be reformed from four aspects, namely reformation from single-channel to multi-channel, reformation from single-bus to industrial Ethernet +field bus, reformation from master-slave to non master and reformation from simple data monitoring to integrated data analysis.

In view of problem of actual application requirements of a safety monitoring and control system in Xiezhuang Coal Mine, opening control of the system was used to extend other functions, namely adding automatic water supplement device of pipe reducing valve, automatic monitoring device of dustproof water, water pressure monitoring device of dustproof pipe and automatic operating device of exhausting ventilator. Working principle and application effect of the above devices were introduced. The actual application showed that the development of the above functions expands monitoring range of the safety monitoring and control system and improves automation level of mine.

In view of problem that safety monitoring networking system of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. cannot real-timely monitor abnormal measured points of basic units because of multiple business and large amount of data, the paper proposed a pre-warning mechanism of safety monitoring networking system. The mechanism combines with instant communication system and is fitted with pre-warning module and grade alarming module to make manager and operator real-timely get alarming and fault information in range of managed businesses and improve attention-degree for alarming and fault information, so as to realize supervision and monitoring for production environment of basic units.
