Abstract:
The paper introduced composition and working principle of mine-used sensor, analyzed form of false data of mine-used sensor and their generation causes. It put forward basic methods of filtering false data from design of anti-interference, design of low power-consumption and signal output way. The practical application showed that the method reduces probability of false data generation of mine-used sensor and improves stability of mine-used sensor and reliability of safety monitoring and control system.
Design of a New Type of Electromagnetic Valve Driver for Hydraulic Support

Abstract:
In view of problems of single function and no information collection function existed in traditional electromagnetic valve driver of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system , the paper put forward a design scheme of a new type of electromagnetic valve driver for hydraulic support, and introduced hardware composition, design of internal circuit and software of the driver. The driver has been successfully used in working face of automatic combination cutting-and-conveying unit and automatic coal plough unit, and has stable and reliable in running.
Design of Remote and Intelligent Controller of Mine Tunnelling Ventilator Based on CAN Bus

Abstract:
In view of problems that current ventilator of mine tunnelling roadway has low efficiency and low anti-interference ability in remote transmission of harmful gases signals, a remote and intelligent fuzzy controller with multivariable of underground tunnelling ventilator based on CAN bus was designed. The controller can collect concentration signals of harmful gases in underground tunnelling working face, uses multivariate fuzzy control method to control frequency of frequency converter intelligently, so as to adjust air volume of ventilator, reduce concentration of harmful gases and power consumption of ventilator. The controller solves the problems of anti-interference of remote transmission of harmful gases signals in tunnelling roadway.
Application of Vibration Monitoring Analyzer in Fault Diagnosis of Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipments

Abstract:
To solve problems of large volume, high power-comsumption, complicated installation at site and off-line diagnosis existed in application of traditional vibration analyzer in coal mine, a novel on-line and mine-used I.S. vibration monitoring analyzer was designed. The working principle and application in coal mine ventilator of the analyzer were introduced. The analyzer uses envelope demodulation technology and quantitative diagnostic identification technology to extract characteristic frequency of fault and make quantization calibration, so as to realize on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of bearing. The practical application showed that the analyzer can meet with requirements of real-time and accuracy in operation statue and on-line diagnosis of large-scale electromechanical equipments of coal mine, which has a wide promotional value.
Design of Remote Control System of Drill of Gas Extraction in Coal Mine Underground

Abstract:
In order to effectively put an end to accidents of coal and gas outburst, injury by drilling machinery, a remote control system of drill of gas extraction in coal mine underground was designed. The system adopts PLC control technology, video and audio monitoring technologies and remote wireless data transmission technology. Operators uses operating handle and button of ground operation platform to realize remote control drilling of drill and automatic loading and unloading of drilling rod with the help of remote video and audio, so as to achieve unmanned gas extraction in coal mine underground. The test result showed that the system is stable and reliable in running.

Abstract:
In view of problems of poor reliability, weak generality existed in traditional remote control devices, the paper designed a new type of remote control device of mining equipments, and introduced composition, hardware and software design of the device in details. The device adopts technologies of anti-interference design, communication error-controlling, detection of equipment state to improve reliability and generality. The practical application showed that the device can meet with control demands of large-scale mining equipments in coal mine at present.

Abstract:
In view of rigged problem of using remote control signal existed in current truck scale measurement mode, the paper proposed a design scheme of GPRS measurement and monitoring system of truck scale under ERP environment, and introduced design of hardware, software of the system and its function in details. The system adopts stepwise count and worksheet filtering method to process data, can automatically detect vehicle information without infrared positioning system, and can accurately send measurement data to supervision department of enterprise, so as to make the system break through limitation of use place, suit for field of truck scale which is unsuited to install infrared positioning system; the system uses wireless recognition technology to real-timely judge rigged data, and send these data information and alarm signal to enterprise supervision department through GPRS networks and make alarming. The practical application showed that the system is simple, practical and convenient in operation, which effectively prevents man-made cheating combining with enterprise ERP system, and improves working efficiency.

Abstract:
In view of problems of complex code program and poor portability in programming method of traditional digital filter, the paper proposed a design scheme of digital filter for voice noise based on LabVIEW. The filter uses graphical programming language LabVIEW 8.6 to realize functions of voice signal filtering, real-time measurement and storage, alarm, which has characteristics of low development fund, simple development process, convenient extend function and easy operation and usage compared with traditional filter.

Research of Automatic Control Method of Swing Speed of Cutting Arm of Roadheader

Abstract:
Because coal and rock in tunnelling roadway has phenomenon of sharp hardness change, so it's difficult to change swing speed of cutting arm of roadheader timely and effectively by manual control, then it will affect life of cutting head pick and cutting motor seriously. To solve the problem, the paper proposed an automatic control method of swing speed of cutting arm based on PID by analyzing relationship between swing speed v of cutting arm, cutting motor current I and hardness of coal and rock f, namely takes the difference of cutting motor rated current I0 and actual current I as input variable to control current I1 controlling valve port opening of electron-hydraulic proportional valve through linear combination of proportion unit, integration unit and differentiation unit, so as to control swing speed of cutting arm. The paper also proposed 5% control precision standard according to coal industry standard MT/T971-2005. The control method achieves aims of replacing artificial manipulation, protecting cutting head pick and cutting motor and makes cutting motor always work with full-load and constant power. Key words:

Abstract:
Based on special characteristics of mine-used 2-quadrant frequency converter and analysis and calculation of ripple current and ripple voltage of DC-link capacitor of frequency converter, a simple and easy selection method of DC-link capacitor was presented from point of current flows of inverter side. The correctness of the method was proved by use of Simulink software. At last, it illustrated film capacitors is superior to electrolytic capacitors as DC-link capacitor of frequency converter.

Abstract:
To solve shortcomings that coal mine underground broadcasting system has short transmission distance, bad anti-interference ability, need separate wiring and only makes whole network voice broadcasting because it uses analog audio broadcasting way, the paper put forward a design scheme of new kind of mine-used digital broadcasting system. It introduced structure, main function, software and hardware design of the system in details. The system adopts computer technology, network technology and audio stream technology, which will make collected real-time radio signal quantization, coding, compression, cache, and transmit to Internet radio terminals by IP packets and broadcast according to the network transmission agreement. The system solves shortages of traditional analog audio broadcast. The laboratory test and operation results showed that the system is stable and reliable, sound and video playback is fluent, operation is simple, which can meet with mine actual needs.
Monitoring of Surface Subsidence Based on D-InSAR Technology in Huainan Mining Area

Abstract:
In view of defects of long monitoring period, high cost and incomprehensive monitoring existed in monitoring technology of surface subsidence in mining areas by use of geodesic leveling and GPS measurements, a monitoring method of surface subsidence based on D-InSAR technology was proposed. Taking Huainan Coal Mining Area as experimental district, two-pass D-InSAR technology was used to get surface deformation image of Huainan Coal Mining Area in experimental time by use of experimental data of two scenes ALOS PALSAR data. The information of surface subsidence of coal mines of Huainan Coal Mining Area was analyzed. The result showed that the subsidence of mining area is 5~25 cm and corresponds to practice. Therefore, the monitoring method based on D-InSAR technology is an effective method to obtain information of surface subsidence for mining area.
Research of Application of Frequency-conversion Energy-saving System Based on PLC in Freezing Construction of Shaft

Abstract:
In view of problems of large installed capacity, high power consumption and characteristics of stage in freezing construction method, a frequency-conversion energy-saving system based on PLC was designed based on analyzing mechanical properties of screw brine units of freezing system under different working conditions and power consumption in various frozen phases. The system takes PLC as control core, makes information feedback of system condition by use of pressure sensor and liquid level gauge , and uses PID algorithm to control frequency output of frequency converter so as to regulate flow of salt water pump and control amount of cooling. The feasibility and high efficiency of application of the system in shaft construction was proved by experimental data.
Application Research of Acoustic Emission Technology in Crack Monitoring of Column Cylinder

Abstract:
In view of problem of fracture of cylinder in strength test and type test for column cylinder, the paper put forward a scheme of crack monitoring of column cylinder based on acoustic emission technology. The scheme uses acoustic emission technology to capture, analyze, process and display elastic wave of crack produced in compression process of column, uses time difference location method to get position of acoustic emission source, and uses wavelet packet technology to process acoustic emission signal to improve location precision. The test result showed that it is feasible to use acoustic emission technology to produce and development and make risk analysis of crack and weld of column cylinder.
A New Type of Arc Suppression Coil with Full Compensatio

Abstract:
To solve problems of low compensation precision of pre-adjusted type arc suppression coil and bigger residual current and slow compensation speed of grounding point of post-set arc suppression coil, the paper gave structure of a new type of arc suppression coil with full compensation combining with advantages of pre-adjusted and post-set arc suppression coil. It established a simulation model of characteristics of controlled reactor and 10 kV power network to ground with the new type of arc suppression coil. The simulation results showed that when 10 kV power network happened single-phase ground fault, the main arc suppression coil can quickly operate, and compensate most of capacitive current; subordinate arc suppression coil can compensate accurately with fine turning after response time. The new type of arc suppression coil can improve both speed and accuracy of compensation.

Abstract:
In view of problem that current control method of speed-regulation system of DC motor has poor control effect caused by fixed parameters of PID controller, the paper put forward an adaptive PID control algorithm with quadratic single neuron, namely quadratic performance indexes was introduced in adjustment of weighting coefficients, and expecting optimization effect was gotten by calculating control law. The Matlab simulation result showed that the method can improve dynamic process performance of control system, reduce overshoot, shorten settling time and has some certain anti-interference ability.

Abstract:
In view of problem of electric harmonic pollution produced by diode rectifier and phase-controlled rectifier, a three-phase unity power factor PWM rectifier was designed. The topology of power circuit, control strategy of PWM rectifier and design methods of hardware circuit and software were introduced in details. The experiment result showed that the PWM rectifier adopts control strategy of direct current of double loop-closed of voltage and current, which has high power factor and low total harmonic distortion in AC-side, and reduces pollution to power network.

Abstract:
A mathematical model of three-phases voltage PWM converter was established, two implementation methods of grid voltage orientation control of PWM converter were analyzed in details. According to vector relation of grid voltage and line voltage, an implementation method of grid voltage orientation of grid side PWM converter of doubly-fed power excitation system was determined. An experimental platform of three-phase voltage PWM converter was built by taking TMS320F2812 as main control chip, and zero-crossing comparator and software were designed. The experimental result indicated that the control method is correct and valid.
Research of DC Voltage Ripple of Single-phase AFE

Abstract:
To take single-phase PWM rectifier as AFE of cascaded H-bridge multi-level frequency converter can satisfy requirement that electric drive system of coal mine hoist must have capacity of bidirectional energy flowing, but there are third harmonic in its AC-side current because of the second ripple of output voltage. To slove the problem, a method of steady-state error feed-forward compensation was put forward, namely frequency-doubled sinusoidal error signal of output DC voltage is compensated to set signal of DC voltage in order to reduce influence of voltage ripple on distorted current of power grid. The results of simulation and hardware experiment showed that the method is effective.

Abstract:
The paper used point-plate discharging model to simulate roof air flashover, verified feasibility of using two factors of pulses and power current to monitor occurrence of roof air flashover by analyzing experimental data, and obtained change range of two factors. It designed fuzzy controller to monitor occurrence of flashover taking pulses and power current as input variables and verified the controller by use of collected data of laboratory.The experimental result showed that the controller can observed air discharge state at any time, and using the controller to monitor roof air flashover is feasible.

Abstract:
To ensure accuracy and timeliness of gas monitoring data and realize safety early warning for gas, an intelligent gas patrol management system was developed. The system uses wireless technology and sensor technology, can real-timely monitor, display and voice prompt information of gas concentration, time, battery voltage and other information, and can upload patrol information to computer which can generate patrol routes or gas prediction curve for personnel of mine safety monitoring and management after the information are analyzed by system software. The industrial experiment result showed that the system can operate in reliable and has low failure rate.

Abstract:
For the problem of frequent damage in application of LonWorks bus interface of mine-used products, main causes were analyzed including unisolating sending and receiving signals, electrical surge and long-distance transmission. Three protection circuits were gave which are composed of gas discharge tube, polymeric positive temperature coefficent, transient voltage suppressor and electro-static discharge protector. The test result showed that the three circuits can achieve corresponding standards about anti-interference testing of electrical surge and have good effect in use.

Abstract:
In order to prevent locomotive deviation accident caused by negligence operation of driver in coal yard of inclined shaft, safety control system of trailer operation of electrical locomotive was designed based on machine image recognition, wireless remote control, PLC control. The composition and control principle of the system were introduced. The practical application showed that the system is sensitive and accurate in identification locomotive, timely and reliable in braking, which effectively put an end to the locomotive deviation accident in coal yard of inclined shaft.

To solve problems of large dimensions, high cost and non-uniform programming interface existed in mine-used display, the paper introduced design of a mine-used LCD display platform based on embedded system. The hardware system of the platform adopts ARM9 and integrates many functions of display, communication and A/D sampling ; software system uses operation system of embedded Windows CE as platform and adopts embedded LabVIEW as user interaction software to edit display interface, and has advantages of convenient extend, efficient and beautiful interface. The platform can also match with electrical control devices through some communication methods to display state, alarm message of tunneling machine. The practical application showed that the platform has faster communication and display speed and good display effect.

Abstract:
In view of demand that some mine field is unconvenient for cable laying and need video transmission by wireless, wireless network interface of camera based on AR2524 chip was designed on platform of network camera. The wireless network interface uses IEEE802.11b/g protocol and can access Ethernet by wireless AP. The experiment result showed that the wireless network interface can realize wireless connection with wireless monitoring and control substation and transmit video signals, and has long transmission distance, clear image, smooth video, which meets with basic demands of mine video transmission.

In view of status of low desulphurization efficiency and no automatic control of desulfurization process in original flue gas desulfurization system of Thermal Power Plant of Daizhuang Coal Mine, the paper analyzed technical process of ammonia flue gas desulfurization, designed integrated automation monitoring and control system of ammonia flue gas desulfurization based on PLC. The system realizes monitoring and control of entire flue gas desulfurization process, and can complete automatic control of desulfurization process according to monitored data in field, which improves automation level of the thermal power plant.

Abstract:
A DC UPS used in underground exchanger was designed. The UPS uses MAX713 to make intelligent charging for Ni-Cd battery; it takes MSP430F147 as microprocessor, uses external interruption mode to monitor working state of mine-used AC, and it can switchover to start Ni-Cd battery supply when mine-used AC has fault, so as to ensure continuous work of exchanger. The test result showed that the UPS has certain practicality.

The power supply is based on switch regulator chip LM2596 and digital signal controller dsPIC30F4013, which combines high-efficiency of DC voltage-stabilized power and capabilities of high-precision data acquisition and processing of embedded system, and uses digital potentiomete MAX5478 to achieve adjustment of output voltage. The power supply has functions of output current protection, real-time display of voltage and current, matrix keyboard interactive feature. The test results showed that the power supply has advantages of stable output performance, strong load capacity and has practical value.

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design scheme of on-line calculation and analysis management system of theory line loss of power grid based on Web issue, introduced architecture and functions implementation of the system. The system uses SCADA system to obtain real-time data of power grid, and adopts data mining and data clustering algorithm to realize autofilter of the real-time data, and uses Web method to issue and summary calculation results of theory line loss of power grid, which can provide a good platform for fully grasping status of line loss of power gird and proposing reduction loss measures.

Abstract:
In view of problem of distortion of signal of long-distance transmission when using conventional switch quantity, analogue control method to control frequency converter, the paper put forward a method which adopted Modbus protocol to communicate between S7-226 PLC and lenze frequency converter, introduced its communication debugging procedures in details. The actual application showed that the method can effectively resolve problem of signal in distortion process of long-distance transmission, and PLC can easily control running state of frequency converter and read running information of frequency converter under communication mode, so as to achieve purpose of monitoring of running status.

For problems of large voltage fluctuation, low power factor, large line loss, difficult starting of device and so on of power supply system in working face, the paper proposed a technical route of var compensation which takes SVG as a core, and introduced design scheme of mine-used 3.3 kV static var compensator based on SVG. The industrial test result showed that the compensator has performances of quick response speed and smooth and correct compensation, which improves power factor of power device in starting and running process, shortens starting time, improves stability of starting and running voltages, restrains harmonic wave efficiently, and has obvious energy-saving effect.

Abstract:
In view of problems of fuzziness and uncertainty of output signal of gas sensor used in coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of gas monitoring system based on BP network and D-S evidence theory. The system uses improved BP algorithm to get basic probability assignment of underground environment and uses D-S evidence theory to fusion information of output of BP network, so as to make judgment and decision of underground gas state. The experiment result showed that the system improves accuracy of monitored gas information and rapidity of decision.

The paper introduced working principle of power balance technology in multi-motor driving system of coal mine and gave application of the technology in belt conveying system of a coal mine.
