Abstract:
The paper analyzed current situation of safety monitoring and control systems of coal mine, established an assessment model for grading verdict of hazard level of operation areas based on safety monitoring, and designed an environmental safety assessment system of operation area in mine. It introduced design idea, structure principle and main functions of the assessment system in details. The assessment system can make dynamic analysis and comprehensive evaluation for change of environment parameters of main operation areas in mine underground, and give hazard level of the operation areas with different colours, which provides reference to insure environment safety for workers in mine underground. The assessment system can not only run independently, but also run as a function section of safety monitoring and control system.
Protection and Control Module of Motor of Shearer Based on TMS320F2812

Abstract:
In order to make on-line monitoring and earlier fault diagnosis of motor of shearer effectively, a protection and control module of motor of shearer based on TMS320F2812 was designed, and designs of hardware circuit and software of the module were introduced in details. The protection and control module can monitor running state of motor of shearer real-timely to achieve protection function of overheating, overload, short circuit and phase failure of motor of shearer. At the same time, the module can analyze harmonic of running current of motor of shearer to achieve self-diagnosis function of stator and rotor. The testing result in mine showed that the module has high reliability and good real-time.
Design of Fault Monitoring System of Mine Drainage Device Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:
In view of problems of rotor eccentricity, high temperature, excess vibration and blocking of drain-pipe in motors of traditional drainage devices of coal mine, a fault monitoring system of mine drainage device based on LabVIEW was designed. The system uses LabVIEW software and data acquisition card to collect data such as pipe flow, pipe pressure, vacuum degree of water pump and temperature and vibration of motor of the mine drainage device, and makes domain analysis, amplitude spectrum analysis and fault diagnosis of vibration signals, so as to realize early warning for over-limit signals.
Reforming Practice of Monitoring and Control System of Heavy-media Density in Chengzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract:
In view of the problem that existing monitoring and control system of heavy-media coal separation cannot reflect real-time information to field operating personnel real-timely in Chengzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, the paper proposed a reforming scheme with S7-300 PLC, SIMATIC WinCC and VB6.0 for current minotoring and control system. It introduced communication process of WinCC with VB6.0 and S7-300 PLC. The reformed system achieves a dynamic display of data and monitoring of main parameters through putting a piece of LED display screen in heavy-media coal separation workship, which makes operators on duty finish density control according to real-time data on LED display screen, and all coal separation workshops share information by OPC interface of WinCC, so as to realize centralized control and manage. Besides, cost of the system reform is low by using simple external program to collect and display data.

Abstract:
The paper introduced related technical process of coal mine main drainage system, summarized characteristics of coal mine main drainage system, designed automatic control system of coal mine main drainage, and introduced composition and software control strategy of the system in details. The system can control and monitor operation process and state of drainage devices automatically with decision-making of main control station to make drainage devices achieve the best working condition. Meanwhile, the system can control start and stop of water pump according to TOU tariff, water level of water sump and water inflow condition to save energy effectively, reduce labor intensity and extend service life of drainage devices.

Abstract:
In view of problems existed in usage of E-invoice system of current transportation and sale, the paper proposed a design scheme of integrated E-invoice management system of coal transportation and sale based on network. It introduced whole structure, technical characteristics, workflow and application effect of the system. The actual application showed that the system strenghtens supervision of management department and increases fiscal revenue obviously.

Abstract:
In view of problems of jumbled service level and long service period of integrated mine wide automation system, the paper put forward a scheme of using service level agreement to classify and grade in-sale services and after-sale services, and introduced categorization management and content of service level agreement in terms of five aspects of installation and debugging services,system promoton services, customizing and upgrading services, technique supporting services and annual operating services in details. The service level agreement can carry out the idea of IT service management in contract signing and implementation process of integrated mine wide automation system, and can play a big role in service period, project acceptance and received payments of contract.
Suppression of Electromagnetic Interference Noise of Single-chip Microcomputer and Its Optimization Scheme

Abstract:
Taking mine-used multi-function control driver as an example, the paper proposed an optimization scheme to suppress conducted EMI noise of single-chip microcomputer. The scheme can diagnose and suppress conducted EMI of device according to generating mechanism of conducted EMI noise. It gets common-mode component and differential-mode component through extracting modal of conducted EMI noise of single-chip microcomputer. Meanwhile, it detects internal impedance of noise source to design corresponding EMI filter to suppress conducted EMI noise of the single-chip microcomputer combining with corresponding noise modal. The practical application indicated that the scheme can suppress total conducted EMI noise of single-chip microcomputer effectively.
Analysis of Causes of Transportation Accidents in Underground Mine Laneway

Abstract:
In view of cases of transportation accident of underground mine laneway, the paper analyzed basic events which can cause transportation accident. Through investgation and analysis of accident mode constituted by twenty-two basic events, it obtained fault tree of transportation accident. Then it used the minimum cut set, the minimum path set and structural importance significance to make qualitative analysis of basic events causing accident and found out influence level of basic events on transportation accident. The paper helps to know the primary and secondary factors to prevent accidents, which has reference to transportation safety management for mine enterprises.
Design of Speed-regulation System of PMLSM Based on BP Neural Network PID Control

Abstract:
For characteristics of nonlinearity, time-varying volatility and nonstationarity to disturbance of hoisting system of PMLSM, an improved PMLSM speed-regulation system was designed on basis of established PMLSM d-q axis dynamic mathematical model and BP neural network PID control. The system modifies the fixed learning rate in BP neural network to a self-adaptive one, and adds momentum to reduce oscillation tendency in learning process, so it greatly improves convergence speed and avoid that network falls into a local minimum. The simulation result showed that using the improved BP neural network PID controller can make PMLSM speed-regulation system reduce adjusting time and overshoots greatly and accelerat response speed, and make the hoist system have better dynamic performance and robustness.
Analysis of Influence Factors on Coal Desulfurization with Dielectric Barrier Discharge

Abstract:
According to the theory of dielectric barrier discharge, coal desulfurization experiment of dielectric barrier discharge was done. The experiment result showed that influence factors of coal desulfurization with dielectric barrier discharge are electrode structure, medium composition and air-gap distance, for example, desulfurization effect of putting medium on discharge board is better than the one of putting medium in air-gap, the intensity of microdischarge of adding coal is stronger than that the one of unadding coal; the desulfurization effect changes in “U” type, so it can be deduced that desulfurization has a best applied voltage in certain external conditions with dielectric barrier discharge; the phase scope of discharge pulse expands gradually with increase of the voltage.
Numerical Simulation Research of Stability of Surrounding Rock of Inclined Soft Rock Roadway under Effect of Different Horizontal Stresses

Abstract:
Based on an actual project, the paper used numeral simulation software FLAC3D to analyze change rule of stress and displacement of inclined soft rock roadway under different horizontal stresses in condition of invariable vertical stress. It obtained conclusion as follows: the concentration range of stress of the roadway's sides had little change while the one of the roof and floor changed a lot, the peak stress moved to depth of the surrounding rock and the concentration level of shear stress of left shoulder was larger than the one of right shoulder with increasing of horizontal stress; the vertical displacement of roof and floor and horizontal displacement of sides of the roadway increased gradually; deformation of the soft rock roadway was asymmetric under the same horizontal stress.

Abstract:
Rectifying tower control system is a multi-variable control system with serious coupling among variables, and has many features such as nonlinearity, big lag time, large amount of random disturbance. It is hard to get an accurate mathematical model of rectifying tower control system and get satisfactory control effect by using traditional PID control. In view of above problems, the paper put forward a design scheme of rectifying tower control system based on fuzzy immune PID. It gave realization ways of hardware and upper computer software of the control system. The experimental result showed that fuzzy immune PID control has features such as smaller overshoots, shorter response time and smaller oscillation of transition process compared with common PID control, enhances accuracy, rapidity, stability and robustness of the rectifying tower control system, and greatly improves control effect.

Abstract:
Firstly, a simulation model of asynchronous generator based on Matlab/Simulink was built, and correlative parameters of the model of asynchronous generator were confirmed in M file in view of data of case asynchronous motor. Secondly, realization procedure and principle of modeling of four-stroke internal combustion in Matlab were explained in details. Finally, self-excited asynchronous generator system driven by internal combustion was established. The simulation results showed that the system has an obvious adjusting process when it is connected with load. The correctness of the model was verified through analysis of change of voltage with prime mover or not. It provided theoretical basis for developing actual self-excited asynchronous generator system driven by internal combustion.
Research of Counting Method of Bars Based on Concave Dots Searching

Abstract:
In view of problems that current counting methods of bundles of bars have low rate of calculation, great color bias and large calculated amount, and are easy to be influenced by vague or incompletion edge, the paper proposed a new counting method of bars by dividing adherent bars and counting connected areas. Firstly, the method pre-processes images of bundles of bars and uses Canny edge detection to obtain edge contour of adherent bars, then scans concave areas in the contour, takes the close concave dots as a concave dot group, and takes the most prominent point as a concave dot. Next, it uses concave dot matching condition to segment the image with those successfully matched concave dots. Finally, it counts connected areas segmented to achieve counting purpose. The experiment result showed that the method has a high accuracy for segmentation of adherent bars, and the segmented edge of image is very similar to the real edge of bundles of bars. The accuracy ratio of segmentation for steel bars whose diameters are above 12 mm is than 99.99%, while the one for steel bars whose diameters are between 10 mm and 12 mm is more than 99.80% without blooking, which satisfies the accepted standard of enterprises.
PID Neural Network Control System of Ball Mill Based on Modified PSO Algorithm

Abstract:
Ball mill system is a complex multivariable system, which has characteristics of strong coupling, nonlinearity, large delay and slow time-varying, so it is difficult to build its precise mathematical model and achieve satisfying control effect with conventional control strategy. In view of the problem, the paper proposed a multivariable PID neural network control strategy which is independent of the mathematical model of controlled object based on analysis of dynamic characteristics of the ball mill system. In order to improve the performance of controller further, a modified PSO algorithm was used to off-line optimize training of initial value of weights of PID neural network, and the weights were adjusted by BP algorithm on-line, so as to avoid that network falls into the local minimum,and ensure the system cannot overshoot and shake greatly. The simulation results showed that the strategy can guarantee robustness and adaptability of the control system of ball mill in a large range, and solve problems of coupling and time-varying, which has good coupling mechanism and control quality.

Abstract:
For belt conveyor driven by multi-motor, the problem of multi-motor power balance must be paid attention to for preventing equipments from being destroyed by unbalanced loading on individual motor. The paper introducd structure and working principle of hydro-viscous driver and principle of its hydraulic servo control system, gave principle of a current control method which uses hydro-viscous driver to achieve multi-motor power balance of belt conveyor, namely, the control oil pressure of the hydro-viscous driver is changed to adjust load of each motor by changing current of every electro-hydraulic proportional valve used in the hydraulic servo control system of hydro-viscous driver, so as to change currents of motors and make all the motors can work with the same power or with power difference within allowed range. The practical applications showed that adjustment of power balance of belt conveyor by the current control method not only meets requirements of startup and power balance of the belt conveyor, but also is convenient to install and maintain and economic.

Abstract:
In view of problems of short transmission distance, low communication rate, high cost and difficult maintenace existed in traditional water supply controller caused by networking mode of serial port, the paper proposed a new networking design of remote control system of water supply controller based on serial server. It introduced networking process, communication protocol and design of communication software taking CPS-21c water supply controller with frequecy conversion and constant pressure as an example. The actual application showed the system is stable in transmitting data and easy in operation, which greatly improves control efficiency.

Abstract:
In view of the problem that output frequency of traditional ultrasonic oscillation circuit is unstable because of using analog or digital self-excited oscillator, the paper proposed a design scheme of ultrasonic oscillation circuit based on direct digital frequency synthesis technology, and introduced basic working principle of direct digital frequency synthesis technology and implementation of hardware and software of the ultrasonic oscillation circuit in details. The practical application showed that the ultrasonic oscillation circuit with direct digital frequency synthesis chip AD9850 is stable and reliable, and is less susceptible to changes of temperature and humidity, which can completely solve the problem of frequency drift of ultrasonic oscillation circuit of mine-used instrument.

Abstract:
For the shortage that coal piling sensor based on limit switch cannot monitor fault signal of coal piling in time and accurately because the limit switch is easy to be influenced by external environment such as dust intrusion and humidity leading rust and corrosion, the paper proposed a design scheme of a novel mine-used I.S. sensor of coal piling based on mercury switch. The sensor uses mercury switch to send fault signal to protection and control system of belt conveyor once coal is piled up, so as to prevent continuous coal piling and protect belt conveyor. The practical application showed that the sensor is stable in running and has high reliability.

To solve the problem, the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent analysis system of integrated information. The system, which uses B/S model, gets intelligent decision through intelligently analyzing and comparing relationship of kinds of information and intelligently deducing by expert system, then issued the decision to terminals such as cell phone or PDA handheld devices, so as to make deciders know field situation at the first time, do decision according to analyzing result of the intelligent analysis system, and issue emergency measures.

Abstract:
In view of problems of complex routing, low reliability and network congestion existed in monitoring and control system based on centralized query server, the paper put forward a design scheme of monitoring and control system based on Ethernet and embedded Web server, and introduced designs of extend of hardware circuit and software architecture of the system in details. The system uses embedded Web servers to make each monitoring and control subsystem have own independent server, adopts Ethernet to network monitoring and control subsystem, and uses gateway to connect monitoring and control network to OA LAN in mine, so as to integrate field monitoring and control network and OA network together, and make managers real-timely monitor and control information of production field by browser of PC.

Abstract:
In view of problems of big impact to power grid, serious energy waste caused by operation mode of industrial frequency of blower and fan of boiler of Yuandian No.2 Coal Mine, the paper proposed an improved method with frequency-conversion technology, analyzed energy saving principle of frequency-conversion, control principle of frequency-conversion and effect of energy saving. By use of frequency-conversion technology for fan device to regulate speed and air volume of motors, output and input of air volume of boiler can be accurately adjusted, so as to improve thermal efficiency and combustion efficiency of boiler and reduce energy consumption remarkably with 30%~40% average value of saving energy.

The paper introduced working principle of underground personnel position and management system based on RFID technology and its application in Shanxi Gaohe Energy Co., Ltd. in details. The system can send information of dynamic distribution of personnel in all underground region to ground monitoring center in-timely and accurately, so that managers of coal mine can know current total of underground personnel and their distribution. The practical application showed that the system is stable and realizes monitoring, query, location and tracking management of underground personnel, which improves ability of resisting disaster of mine, and provides an important guarantee for coal mine safety production.

Taking the design of monitoring and control system of compressor house of north ventilation shaft in No.8 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tia'an Mining Co., Ltd. as an example, the paper introduced characteristics and parameters of TPC1063E touch screen and MCGS configuration software, and gave general steps of configuration of the touch screen. It also gave implementation of project analysis, engineering framework, data object, graphic making, flow control, program debugging, driver programm of connection device and integration testing according to concrete conditions. The practical application showed that the touch screen works well and has easy operation because of friendly interface, which provides a guarantee for safe equiblast underground.
