Research of Key Technologies of a Novel Multi-wave and Multi-component Exploration System with Seismic Reflection Method of Mine

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of biggish error existed in interpreting result of engineering application of DTC-150 explosion-proof advanced geology detector, the paper put forward necessity of developing a novel multi-wave and multi-component exploration system with seismic reflection method of mine. It analyzed characteristics of frequency of effective seismic wave in coal-rock, and put forward that effective distributing way of the system is laying seismic source in distal area of heading face and adopting once stimulate multi-channel receiving method. It also introduced circuit design of multi-channel data acquisition module with high speed and high precision of the system, and gave treating methods for eliminating interferences of diffraction wave of heading face and sound wave in tunnel caused by blasting. The system has been developed. The experiment result showed that the system has a little background noise and high reliability and stability.
Design of a Novel Electrical Control System for Boom-type Roadheader Based on Power Panel and PCC

Abstract:
The paper analyzed function requirements of electrical control system of roadheader, put forward a design scheme of a novel electrical control system for boom-type roadheader which takes Power Panel and PCC as controllers, and introduced software and hardware designs of the novel control system and its implementation method in details. The novel electrical control system takes PCC as lower computer and Power Panel as upper computer, and has functions of automatic forming of mine laneway section, constant power auto-traction and speed regulation of cutting arm, auto-detection of body position, directional excavation and full-function remote control, which realizes computer control of laneway automatic cutting and directional excavation system and lays a foundation for automatization and intellgence of boom-type roadheader. The actual running result showed that the system has perfect control effect.
Design of a Novel Protection Device of Mine-used Diesel Locomotive

Abstract:
For problems of single function and poor function-expanding caused by centralized control mode of current protection device of mine-used diesel locomotive, the paper put forward a design scheme of novel protection device of mine-used diesel locomotive based on CAN bus and introduced software and hardware designs of the protection device in details. Components of the protection device adopts distributed control mode and exchange data through CAN bus. The protection device can realize monitoring functions of operating parameters of mine-used diesel locomotive such as rotational speed, speed, oil pressure, gas concentration and so on, and functions of acousto-optic alarming, fault detection and pre-alarming, and has perfect function-expanding performance, which provides a completed resolution for explosion-proof diesel locomotive.
Research of Gas-generation Pretreatment System

Abstract:
In order to solve problems that current gas-generation pretreatment system used in coal industry cannot fully meet requirements of mine safety and its automation degree is not high, the paper put forward a design scheme of gas-generation pretreatment system which accords with coal mine safety regulation, and expounded structure, realizing methods of each function part and software design scheme of the system. The system has some innovative designs about structure and control method, namely adding a fire-prevention and explosion-proof unit, adding a separator of gas and water and automatic drainage device in dehumidification part, and using PID controllers to control key links. The actual application showed the system improves output power and generating efficiency of generating units and prolongs running time and life of the units compared with current gas-generation pretreatment system, which has higher safety and reliability.
Risk Pre-control Management Information System of Coal Mine Safety

Abstract:
In order to realize pre-identification, pre-evaluation and effective management for risk of coal mine safety, the paper proposed a design scheme of risk pre-control management information system of coal mine safety. It introduced process of risk pre-control management and functions of function modules of the system by taking risk pre-control management information system of coal mine safety in intrinsically safe management system of Antaibao Opencast Coal Mine as an example. The actual application showed that the system provides advanced and reliable management means for realizing safety target of coal mine.
Design of Mine-used Ultrasonic Open-channel Flowmeter

Abstract:
In view of problem that open-channel flowmeter ca't work normally because mine water contains impurities of coal powder and sediment which deposit on surface of probe of open-channel flowmeter, a mine-used ultrasonic open-channel flowmeter based on M-Bus was designed. The flowmeter is composed of water-level weir slot and intelligent ultrasonic flow sensor, which can get formula between real-time flow and measured height of water head by water-level weir slot and calculate real-time flow by intelligent ultrasonic flow sensor to measure height of water head. The actual application showed that the flowmeter has advantages of accurate measurement, high reliability and simple operation.
Data Analysis System of Roadheader Status Monitoring Based on Data Mining Technology

Abstract:
A data analysis system of roadheader status monitoring was built by use of data mining technology. The system collects status parameters of mechanism system, hydraulic pressure system, electrical system and transmission system of roadheader through data collection system of roadheader status monitoring, sends the parameters to data analysis platform of roadheader status monitoring through Internet, and mines and analyzes the parameters by use of data mining technology on the data analysis platform. The system can realize functions of remote maintenance and fast fault location and processing, and updates analyzing experience base of working status data of roadheader, which provides knowledge experience support for fault processing of roadheader.
Research of Running State Monitoring and Over-speed Protection System of Endless-rope Continuous Towing Vehicle

Abstract:
In view of problems existed in current running state monitoring and over-speed protection device of endless-rope continuous towing vehicle, the paper proposed a design scheme of running state monitoring and over-speed protection system of endless-rope continuous towing vehicle. The system uses structure of upper-lower computer. The upper computer based on LabVIEW realizes functions of parameter setting, data storage, running state display and remote control. The lower computer firstly collects signals of running speed and pressure of accumulator of braking system and brake oil-cylinder, then analyzes, processes and judges the signals with some algorithm by use of single-chip microcomputer. The lower computer can output corresponding fault signal if the vehicle has faults of over-speed, under voltage and broken rope. The upper computer communicates with the lower computer with wireless mode. The actual application showed that the system can realize effective monitoring for running state and correct judgment for over-speed fault of the vehicle.
Design of a Mine-used Wireless Search and Rescue Apparatus

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design scheme of mine-used wireless search and rescue apparatus and introduced circuit design of hardware and realizing flow of software of the apparatus in details. The apparatus uses LPC2136 microcontroller and CC2520 wireless transceiver chip with simple periphery circuits and low power consumption, and can locate position of underground personnel according to information collected by marking card of personnel, which provides an excellent resolution for underground search and rescue.
Design of a Surveillance System for Fieldwork Mobile Warehouse Based on Single-chip Microcomputer

Abstract:
The paper introduced a design and realizing scheme of surveillance system for fieldwork mobile warehouse. The system takes C8051F120 single-chip microcomputer as main controller, STC89C52 as slave controller, D203S pyroelectric infrared sensor as a core of human-body detection module and MQ-2 smoke sensor as a core of smoke detection module, and adopts CRM2400TNC wireless module to realize communication between main controller and slave controller. The system realizes functions of personnel monitoring and smoke detection in warehouse, monitoring of valuables into and off the warehouse as well as alarming. What's more, alarming system cannot be closed until inputting correct password. The testing result showed the availability and reliability of the system.
Design of an On-line Harmonic Detection and Analysis System

Abstract:
For problem that current harmonic detection and analysis devices are too expensive, a simple on-line harmonic detection and analysis system was designed. The system uses digital signal processor TMS320F2812 to build circuit of harmonic detection device, which could collect and transmit harmonic data fast, and adopts LabVIEW virtual instrument to develop upper computer system, which could display detected harmonic real-timely and do harmonic FFT analysis. The system has simple structure and convenient operation. The experimental result showed validity of the system.
Remote Monitoring System of Leakage Current of Power Transmission Line's Insulator

Abstract:
For the problem that dirt on surface of power transmission line's insulator of power system could cause flashover and lead to braking and power-off, the paper introduced a design scheme of remote monitoring system of leakage current of power transmission line's insulator based on dirt-flashover principle and relationship of dirt degree and leakage current of power transmission line's insulator. The system uses GSM wireless communication method and can realize on-line and remote transmission function for monitored data. Long-term running results on 500 kV, 220 kV and 100 kV high-voltage lines showed that the system is stable in performance and reliable in monitoring data.
Research of Urgency of Prevention and Treatment of Electromechanical and Transport Accidents of Coal Mine

Abstract:
The paper analyzed ratio of each type of accidents to all accidents and average death toll of each accident of roof, gas, water, fire, transport, electromechanical, blast and others in death accidents of nation-wide coal mines during 2005-2010, and pointed out that death toll of transport accidents is the third to all types and the one of electromechanical accidents is the fifth, whose total ratio is 13.72% to death sum. It pointed out that electrical fire source is the most main fire source which detonates gas explosion and the ratio of fire accidents caused by electromechanical accidents is 80% to the sum of mine fire accidents in 2010, and got a collusion that enhancing prevention and treatment of electromechanical and transport accidents is urgent for containing gas explosion and mine fire accident. Finally, it indicated that it is urgent to prevent and treatment electromechanical and transport accidents to reduce gas explosion and fire accidents caused by electromechanical and transport accidents.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed field environment factors which influence reliability of status monitoring platform of explosion-proof diesel locomotive including high temperature, high humidity and body vibration of locomotive and pointed out corresponding resolution methods. It also put forward items needed pay attention to in development process of status monitoring platform of explosion-proof diesel locomotive, including hardware methods of using redundancy method, anti-interference measures of power supply and protection circuit and software methods of adding watchdog program, fault diagnosis function and redundancy command.
Discussion on Monitoring Technology of Coal Mine Dust

Abstract:
The paper analyzed harm and characteristics of coal mine dust and standard of contact concentration of respiratory coal dust in air of working space, introduced developing status of monitoring technology of coal mine dust, and compared characteristics of sampling method and non-sampling method. It pointed out that non-sampling method should be a main monitoring method of coal mine dust and light-dispersion method in non-sampling method is most suitable for coal mine underground. Application of GCG1000 dust concentration sensor based on light-dispersion method in coal mine underground showed availability of the method.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of special construction, complex operation and poor reliability of normal contact forecasting method of coal and gas outburst at present, the paper put forward a design scheme of monitoring system of coal and gas outburst based on DSP and single-chip microcomputer according to basic principle that coal and gas outburst would accompany electromagnetic emission signal, and gave structure,function and realizing methods of software and hardware of the system. The system adopts dual-CPU working mode of TMS320C5409 DSP and AT89S5 single-chip microcomputer, namely TMS320C5409 completes tasks of data collection and procession and AT89S5 does tasks of coordination of the whole system and man-machine interaction, which greatly improves operating efficiency and realizes real-time and non-contact prediction of coal and gas outburst.
Design of Monitoring System of Gas and Environment of Coal Mine Based on CAN Bus

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of non-real time and higher error rate caused by artificial detecting mode of traditional gas monitoring methods of coal mine underground, the paper put forward a design scheme of monitoring system of gas and environment of coal mine based on CAN bus according to characteristics of complex production environment, long transmission distance and wide monitoring range in coal mine. The system takes AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer as core of lower computer system and can automatically monitor environment parameters of temperature, wind speed and gas concentration of underground by use of technologies of 1-wire bus and multi-sensor, then real-timely transmits the parameters to upper computer through CAN bus. The experimental result showed that the system has high stability, reliability and anti-interference ability.
Data Collection and Extraction of Similar Material Model Based on XJTUOM and Geomagic Studio

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of deformed model, limited collected data, complex operation, low efficiency and so on existed in measuring similar material model by use of traditional physical or mechanical measuring methods, the paper introduced a method of collecting and extracting point-cloud data of similar material model. The method adopts XJTUOM 3D white-light surface scanning system to collect point-cloud data of similar material model and point-cloud pre-processing software of the system to put the collected point-cloud data together and in order, then uses Geomagic Studio point-cloud processing software to extract pre-processed point-cloud data. The experimental result showed that the method can collect a large number of point-cloud data and has high measuring efficiency and precision of point-cloud data collection and procession and strong anti-interference capability.
Topology of Single-phase Transformerless Type Photovoltaic Grid-connected Inverter and Analysis of Its Common-mode Current

Abstract:
In view of the problem of common-mode current existed in topology of single-phase transformerless type photovoltaic grid-connected inverter, several topologies were introduced which can restrain common-mode current effectively, namely single-phase full-bridge topology with double-polarity modulation, full-bridge topology with AC bypass, H5 topology and NPC topology. Principle of restraining common-mode current of these topologies were analyzed in details, and these topologies were compared in terms of switching loss and system efficiency. Finally, it was pointed out that H5 topology has best performance.
Analysis of Ground Behavior Regularity of Fully Mechanized Face with Extra Thick Coal Seam

Abstract:
The paper used methods of field strata control observation and RFPA numerical simulation to analyze and study ground behavior regularity of fully mechanized face with extra thick coal seam of easy spontaneous combustion in Gengcun Coal Mine. The results showed that there is acute ground behavior in 12170 fully mechanized face of Gengcun Coal Mine and obvious phenomenon of periodic loading in main roof whose average interval was 16.06 m; in whole range of fully mechanized face, phenomenon of periodic loading in main roof has obvious variance, namely loading strength is large in middle-lower and lower areas while small in upper and middle-upper areas; hydraulic supports have enough supporting resistance and high reliability in stoping process, which can satisfy requirements of fully mechanized caving of 2-3 extra thick coal seam; the result of RFPA numerical simulation is consistent with the one of field strata control observation, which showed validity of the method of RFPA numerical simulation about analyzing strata behavior regularity.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a design of control circuit of proportional solenoid based on AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer. The circuit uses ADC circuit to convert collected analog signals into digital signals for further procession by AT89S51, and PWM signal output by AT89S51 to make proportional solenoid act after procession of power conversion circuit. The debugging and running results showed validity of the circuit.

In view of problems caused by trigger modes of unijunction transistor and specific integrated circuit used in trigger circuit of control circuit of electric vibrating feeding, a control circuit of electric vibrating feeding based on single-chip microcomputer was designed. Hardware structure and software design of the circulit were introduced in details. The Proteus simulation result proved correctness of the circuit.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a design scheme of motor protection device based on dual-CPU of DSP56F807 and W78E516B, and analyzed circuit designs of main control board and man-machine interaction board and protection algorithm of the device. The device uses DSP56F807 to realize functions of multi-channel AD conversion, electricity-quantity calculation, kinds of protection algorithm, real-time clock control, data storage, CAN communication and output control of switching value of relay, uses W78E516B to realize function of man-machine interaction, and uses Fourier algorithm that can compensate any decaying time constant and filtrate decaying DC component to improve precision and correctness of motor protection algorithm. The experimental result showed that over-current protection algorithm of the device is good in sensibility and reliability with better running effect.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed working principle of phase-controlled and magnetic bias arc-suppression coils, introduced characteristics of compensation current of the two arc-suppression coils in details and expounded working characteristics of the two arc-suppression coils when power grid is in state of normal running and single-phase grounding fault. The results are as following: phase-controlled arc-suppression coil with filtering circuit has certain filtering function and bad compensation effect because of filtering function; magnetic bias arc-suppression coil not only can filtering effectively but also has good compensation effect.

The paper put forward a design scheme of production management system of coal preparation plant based on ASP.NET, VB 2005 programming language and SQL Server 2005 database according to business flow of coal preparation plant and mainly introduced implementation methods of function modules and user interfaces of the system. The system uses B/S structure and includes function modules of user login, storehouse management, safety management, meticulous management and system maintenance with friendly interface and easy operation and maintenance.
Design of Adaptive Control System of Belt Conveyor of Coal Mine Underground

Abstract:
In view of problem of idle motion of belt conveyor existed in belt conveyor system of Wangzhuang Coal Mine, a design scheme of adaptive control system of belt conveyor of coal mine underground was proposed. Load current signals of four driving motors of present stage and pre-stage belt conveyors are collected by PLC and load of belt conveyor was forecasted dynamically after the signals are processed by control software, then control frequency signal is output according to the load, which controls frequency converter to drive belt conveyor with corresponding frequency, so as to make belt conveyor run with the best speed. The test result showed that the system can reduce no-load loss of belt conveyor obviously and save electric energy.

The paper put forward a design scheme of personnel-evacuating warning system of coal mine underground on basis of existing status of underground communication system of Tianzhuang Coal Mine, introduced working principle, functions and realizing method of each component of the system in details, and took underground gas accident as an example to describe working flow of the system. The system, which is based on technology of digital broadcasting amplification and takes industrial Ethernet as transmitting medium, can broadcast preplan information to each underground working face according to alarming information and realize function of real-time voice communication, which provides reliable technique for mine emergency rescue.

In view of problems of frequent faults and low integration degree existed in traditional hydraulic and control system of loading station, the paper proposed a design scheme of hydraulic and control system of loading station based on bus-type servo valve. It gave hardware structure of the system and introduced software design in details, namely parameters setting of servo valve, configuration of industrial gateway and integration between industrial gateway and PLC. The actual application showed that the system runs stably and reliably, which meets requirements of coal transportation.

Abstract:
In order to solve unstability problem of signaling centralized and locking system in mine which uses sensors to distinguish and locate locomotives, the paper introduced a method of locomotive location of coal mine underground by use of speed-measured technology by video. The method uses distance-measured technology of binocular stereo vision to get running distance of locomotive, obtains real-time running speed of locomotive according to interval of two sequential images, and converts the running speed of locomotive to moving speed of a corresponding simulated ball, thus dispatchers can monitor running status of locomotive through observing moving status of the simulated ball, namely the method can realize function of locomotive location.

In view of feature that temperature of motor could increase in abnormal condition, the paper proposed a design scheme of temperature monitoring system of motor based on 1-wire bus. Taking motor of fuming furnace of some company as an example, it introduced hardware structure and design of upper computer software of the system in details and gave problems needed pay attention to in process of installation and debugging of the system. The actual application showed that the system has high measuring precision and meets engineering requirements.
