Abstract:
For problems of obturation of drilling hole's sealing section, collapse of soft hole-wall of multi-seam and pressure distinguishing caused by hole-wall fissure connecting of multi-seam in detecting gas pressure by puncturing multi-seam, the paper proposed a technology of detecting gas pressure by puncturing multi-seam based on M-Ⅱgas pressure detector and casing method. It expounded principle and technique of the technology and introduced concrete application of the technology in detecting gas pressure in some coal mine. The test result by indirect calculation method of gas pressure in coal seam showed that the technology can detect original gas pressure in coal seam accurately and quickly with good effect.
Design of Electrical Control System of Controllable Speeder of Belt Conveyor

Abstract:
In view of problems of great investment at early stage and complex structure of CST soft start device of belt conveyor, the paper proposed a design scheme of controllable speeder of belt conveyor. It briefly introduced composition and working principle of the device and gave implementation of soft start function and control strategy of power balance with multi-motor driving, and detailedly introduced hardware and software design of electrical control system of the device. The result of experiment test showed that the device has good performance and high performance-price ratio, which is ideal driving device for belt conveyor with large-capacity and long-distance.
Application of Web Map of Coal Mine Based on SVG

Abstract:
For problem of limitation of expansibility and compatibility of Web map because that application of Web map need use some tool provided by the third party to realize graph drawing, the paper proposed an application scheme of Web map of coal mine based on SVG. Taking Web global networking of data of underground personnel position system as example, it introduced application of Web map based on SVG in the system. The actual application showed that the scheme has good effect, which breakthroughs limitation of expansibility and compatibility of Web graph drawing technology and makes Web graph drawing need't use tool of the third party.
Design of a Data Collection Card with High Performance and Low Noise

Abstract:
In view of problems of low precision, low sampling rate and low data transmission rate existed in current data collection products based on USB interface in China, a data collection card with high performance and low noise was designed. The card uses high-speed differential amplifier AD8132 to make preamplifier; uses CPLD and SRAM to compose large capacity FIFO; uses USB2.0 bus technology to transmit data; uses independent clock to provide accurate synchronous clock signal for CPLD and AD converter to reduce clock phase noise; uses VC++ to design application program of upper computer to realize data analysis and processing. The test result showed that the card has advantages of low noise, rapid transmission rate and high precision.
Research of a Scheme of Unmanned Storage of Taking Crane as Execution Unit

Abstract:
In view of problem of low efficiency existed in traditional storage which separates crane control and storage management, the paper proposed a scheme of unmanned storage which takes crane as execution unit based on an example of waste storage management. The scheme uses PLC to collect height, transport time and stirring time of waste at different locations and uses IPC to process data and determine where waste should be transported, stirred and charged, and then IPC sends action triggering instruction to PLC which controls motion of crane. The result of technical test showed that the scheme can realize unmanned storage and improve production efficiency greatly.

Abstract:
In view of problems of bad performance of anti-interference and difficult maintenance, the paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used intelligent combination switch based on PLC. It gave general structure of main electrical circuit of the switch and introduced design of hardware and software of electrical control circuit namely PLC system of the switch in details. The result of actual test showed that the switch runs reliably and can realize various protections rapidly, which ensures safety and continuity for underground production.
Research of Movement Theory of Fire Smoke Flow of Mine Roadway

Abstract:
A lot of poisonous and harmful smoke flow with high temperature will be produced when there is a fire in coal mine underground. The smoke flow will move along mine roadway and have serious danger for underground personnel and devices. So the paper researched movement rule of fire smoke flow of inclined roadway and horizontal roadway: when fire happens in upstream ventilating roadway, fire smoke flow will move downstream of fire area because of functions of fire pressure and buoyancy effect; when fire happens in downstream ventilating roadway, fire pressure is smaller at early stage of fire, so fire smoke flow will move downward along direction of air flow of roadway; with increasing of fire, fire pressure increases constantly, fire smoke flow will move along direction of fresh air flow when air speed of upstream is lower than critical air speed; function of throttling effect is not obvious at early stage of fire in horizontal roadway, fire smoke flow will move along direction of fresh air flow; with increasing of fire, function of throttling effect increases, fire smoke flow will make reverse movement when value of throttling effect is as big as value of ventilating resistance of roadway. The paper has certain guilding function for relief work of fire of roadway.
An Improved Method of MPPT of Photovoltaic Array

Abstract:
In view of problems existed in common control methods of constant voltage method, disturbance observation method and conductance adding method in MPPT of photovoltaic array, the paper proposed a fast MPPT control method which combines constant voltage method with disturbance observation method. The method uses constant voltage method to obtain approximate voltage of maximum power point of photovoltaic array, then according to difference between output voltage of photovoltaic array and the approximate voltage to determine disturbance step: if the difference is big, it indicates that working point of photovoltaic array is far from maximum power point, the bigger disturbance step need to be used; if the difference is small, the smaller disturbance step need to be used, so as to reduce power oscillation. The results of simulation and experiment showed that the method not only can track maximum power point of photovoltaic array rapidly, but also can reduce power oscillation effectively.
Research of Pre-peak Deformation Detection of Rock with Fiber Bragg Grating Sensing

Abstract:
In order to obtain more precise test data of deformation and damage of rock, the paper proposed a method which uses fiber bragg grating sensing technology to detect deformation and damage process of rock. The method makes fiber bragg grating paste on axial direction of rock sample and makes single cycle load experiment at 815MTS hydraulic servo-machine for the rock sample, which is used to detect axial displacement of pre-peak deformation stage of rock. The experiment is stopped when the rock sample is damaged. The experiment result showed that strain value of fiber bragg grating sensing technology converted by transfer coefficient has good consistency with strain value of MTS, and relative error rate is only 3.2%, so using fiber bragg grating sensing technology can realize high-precision test of pre-peak deformation of rock.
Application of Rough Set in Fault Diagnosis of Power Transformer

Abstract:
Power transformer is a complex system. It is difficult to gain complete experiment data in actual fault diagnosis. To solve the problem, the paper proposed a new method of fault diagnosis of power transformer based on rough set. The implementing steps of the method are as follows: analyzing collected history fault data of power transformer to determine condition attribute set and decision attribute set; deducting condition attribute set to remove redundant information and extract key information, so as to gain relative rule set; making fault diagnosis for power transformer by use of the rule set. The case analysis proved validity and effectiveness of the method.
A Protection Algorithm of Filtering Decaying DC Component

Abstract:
When input signal contains decaying DC component, full-wave Fourier algorithm based on periodic function will lead to larger error. To solve the problem, the paper proposed an improved algorithm based on full-wave Fourier algorithm. The algorithm need't increase sampling numbers, only need divide even or odd of sample sequence and makes Fourier calculation respectively, then accurate formula for each periodic component can be obtained. The simulation result showed that the algorithm has simple calculation and short data window, which can eliminate effect of decaying DC component effectively.
Research of Voltage Source PWM Rectifier Based on LCL Filter

Abstract:
In view of problems that high harmonics of switching frequency of voltage source PWM rectifier pollute power grid and traditional control strategies of voltage source PWM rectifier are all based on two-phase rotating coordinate which has cross coupling member of current and large calculation, the paper proposed a control algorithm of voltage source PWM rectifier based on LCL filter under two-phase static coordinate. The algorithm makes voltage source PWM rectifier system under three-phase static coordinate transform voltage source PWM rectifier system under two-phase static coordinate by use of Clark transform system, which avoids cross coupling member of current under two-phase rotating coordinate; the algorithm uses quasi-resonant regulator to control current of the rectifier, which realizes tracking control for current. The Matlab simulation result proved correctness and feasibility of the algorithm.
Research of Image Enhancement and Contour Extracting Based on Visual C++

Abstract:
Collected video image is not clear because of grey environment of coal mine underground. Especially, field image need image enhancement and contour extracting when accident happens. To solve the problem, the paper introduced a design method of image enhancement and contour extracting based on Visual C++. The method uses Visual C++ to process bitmap image, uses gray level transformation method to realize image enhancement and uses template matching method to realize edge detection for outstanding contour. The experiment result showed that the image processed by the method is enhanced and its contour is extracted preferably, which achieves expected effect.
Video Detection Algorithm for Object in Dangerous Area of Mine Based on Background Registratio

Abstract:
In view of problem that background of field video of video monitoring in dangerous area of mine is complex, so as to be difficult to realize accurate extraction of video object, the paper proposed a video detection algorithm for object based on background registration. Implementing steps of the algorithm are as follows: extracting SIFT feature points and calculating H-S optical flow vector of the feature points area; extracting motion area of background by analyzing area motion performance and making frames matching for feature points of motion area of background; calculating affine parameters and extracting accurate object area after registration and difference. The experiment result showed that the algorithm can remove influence of feature points of foreground object on background registration and can gain accurate object area.
A New Algorithm of Automatic Generation of Double-line Laneway Based on Centerline

Abstract:
In view of problems existed in current algorithm of automatic generation of double-line laneway, the paper proposed a new algorithm of automatic generation of double-line laneway based on centerline. The principle of the algorithm is as follows: offsetting 1/2 of laneway width from laneway centerline to both sides to generate double-line laneways with different widths, connecting initial and ending of the double-line to form polygon area; selecting two laneways arbitrarily, finding intersection points of polygon area of one laneway and double-line of another laneway and judging whether double-line between two adjacent points is in region of the polygon area, if it is in the region and one laneway is above another laneway or both laneways are interpenetrate, then clipping the double-line laneway; traversing and processing all laneways by use of the above method, which can generate interpenetrate or crossed double-line laneway graph.

Abstract:
In view of problems of bad precision and anti-interference ability existed in PWM control system of DC motor based on single-chip microcomputer and being difficult to meet with requirement of real-time performance existed in PWM control system of DC motor based on DSP, the paper proposed a design scheme of PWM control system of DC motor based on FPGA. It detailedly introduced implementing principle of the system in four operation states of strong acceleration, weak acceleration, deceleration and constant speed of DC motor. The simulation result showed that the system has certain feasibility and can be applied in speed-regulation control system of DC electric locomotive of coal mine underground.

Abstract:
Most mine-used substations use analog signal transmission mode to communicate with sensors. The transmission mode is easily influenced by electromagnetic interference of coal mine underground, which would reduce stability and reliability of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine. To solve the problem, a mine-used substation with high reliability was designed which uses digital transmission mode to communicate with sensors. Structure and design of hardware and software of the substation were introduced in details. The test result showed that the substation passed anti-interference performance test regulated by AQ 6201-2006 General Specification of Safety Monitoring and Control System of Coal Mine and has higher stability.

Abstract:
In view of problem that there are many kinds of sensor bus network composed by intelligent sensors in low level networks of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of communication substation which is compatible with many kinds of communication modes. On the one hand, the substation can collect data of intelligent sensors with many kinds of digital interface. On the other hand, it not only can communicate with monitoring computer by traditional bus mode, but also can communicate with monitoring computer by optical fiber or industrial Ethernet. The actual application showed that the substation has good compatibility and reliability.

Abstract:
In view of problems of complex drawing, abstraction and easy to make mistake existed in traditional 2D design of coal bunker, the paper proposed a scheme of 3D CAD of coal bunker. Taking -600 coal bunker and surge bunker of main shaft of Hengyuan Coal Mine as example, it introduced implementation of 3D CAD and animation demonstration of the coal bunkers in details. Abstract:
In order to solve problems of early corrosion of contour and early surface coating spallation of sheet metal parts, production process of a pitch of body of sheet metal parts of one product was tracked, and influence of techniques of burrs removing and coating on coating quality were analyzed. The analysis result showed that remained burrs is main cause of early corrosion of contour and existing of oxide films is basic cause of early surface coating spallation.

Abstract:
It can find fault of slurry pump timely and can avoid phenomenon of bearing burning and roll damage that detects temperature of rolling bearing real-timely. According to the principle, the paper proposed a design scheme of temperature monitoring system of bearing based on CAN bus. It mainly introduced hardware design of the system, namely design of main controller, temperature sensor, CAN communication circuit, display circuit and alarming circuit, and gave anti-interference measures of hardware. The actual test result showed that the system can realize detection for temperature of bearing effectively, which ensures safe running of slurry pump.

Abstract:
In view of problem of difficulty in maintenance and exchange of devices existed in traditional address curing method, the paper proposed a design scheme of embedded intelligent address allocation system. From the first communication module namely the first device, the system numbers in sequence automatically. The address number stores in data memory of corresponding communication module and can be output through serial port. Hardware and software of all communication modules of the system are the same, which will have no influence on maintenance and exchange and no limitation to position of the devices. The actual application showed that the system has reasonable design and can allocate address accurately.

Abstract:
In view of problems of difficult building, high cost, inconvenient carrying and easy damage existed in wired data transmission system of oil drilling machine, the paper proposed a design scheme of wireless data transmission system of oil drilling machine based on GPRS which taking domestic model Z12V190B diesel drilling machine with 12-cylinder as monitored object. The system uses embedded mode to realize functions of remote collection, wireless transmission and real-time monitoring of data combining ARM chip with GPRS module. The result of field test showed that data transmission of the system is stable and reliable, which ensures safe and powerful operation for drilling machine in field.

In view of problems of low measuring precision, bad stability and bad real-time performance existed in general gas monitoring system, and high cost of development and maintenance existed in gas monitoring system with high measuring precision, strong stability and real-time performance, the paper proposed a design scheme of underground gas monitoring system based on FPGA. It introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details.The result of simulation test showed that the system has characteristics of high monitoring precision, good stability, rapid response speed and low cost of debugging and operation.

Abstract:

In view of problem existed in SCADA-EMS power dispatching system of coal mine that time between master station and RTU of remote substation can not synchronization to influence accuracy of collected data, the paper proposed a design scheme of SCADA-EMS power dispatching system of coal mine based on GPS. The system real-timely monitors operation condition of power system through SCADA-EMS and can make remote access through client, and uses method combining GPS with PLL to realize real-time performance and accuracy of collected AC data of RTU. The actual application showed that the system can ensure stable operation of power system of coal mine effectively.

Abstract:
In view of problem that it is difficult to integrate data of each intelligent control subsystem of Coal Preparation Plant of Hongshuliang Coal Mine under heterogeneous condition, the paper proposed a design scheme of integrated automation platform. The scheme integrates each intelligent control subsystem into the platform by some methods, so as to realize comprehensive analysis and real-time statistics and evaluation of data; personnel of central control room monitors and controls main equipments of production real-timely and evaluation, so as to realize informatization of data collection, production scheduling and decision-making and command. The actual application showed that the platform runs stably and reliably, which impoves information management level of production of coal preparation plant.

Abstract:
In view of problems of uneven powder supply, slagging, inadequate burning and unstable negative pressure existed in current combustion system of pulverized coal boiler, the paper proposed a design scheme of DCS of combustion system of pulverized coal boiler by taking a 20 t heat-conduction boiler as control object. It introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details. The test result showed that the heat-conduction boiler runs stably and each technical index accords with design requirements, which realizes optimal control for combustion system of pulverized coal boiler.
