Abstract:
For the problem that current coal mine safety monitoring systems cannot remind workers of abnormal gas changes when the gas concentration is at a low level caused by lacking of analysis function of gas trends, a gas abnormality early-warning system of coal mine was designed. Monitoring data of safety monitoring system and integrated automation system is accessed by approach of file and OPC. Combined with actual mine ventilation, reference value and state of early-warning of checked points are calculated by fixed threshold model, mean square deviation early-warning model and time-sharing mean square deviation early-warning model. And early-warning information is released through message client, short messages and other means. The application showed the system achieves effective prevention of gas disasters and provides a reference for ensuring safety of underground workers.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of intrinsically safe mine-used IP broadcast and talkback system, and described constitution, main functions and design of main devices of the system. The system is based on existing Ethernet platform in coal mine and TCP/IP protocol, and converts voice signal to standard IP packet to transmit in Ethernet by use of technologies of computer, network, VOIP and embedded system. The system is simple in connection, convenient in layout, far in transmission distance and good in voice quality, stable and reliable, and can realize functions of sound amplifying broadcast and talkback, which provides guarantee for coal mine safety production and dispatch, safe avoidance of danger and emergence rescue.

Research of Control Method of Coal Mine Pump System Based on BP Neural Network

Abstract:
In coal mine drainage system, the most common method to determine pump start or stop is according to several key factors or experience to directly determine. The method lacks theoretical basis and often needs to modify the arrangement according to site conditions. For the problem, the paper presented a pump control method based on BP neural network, which selects four key parameters including water level, water inflow, time period and cumulative running time to establish a network, and gets a stable network model through continuously adjusting and optimizing the network. The model is then used to determine start and stop time of pump, so as to achieve reasonable arrangement of multiple pumps. Matlab simulation results showed that it is reasonable and effective to control pump system by BP neural network, and the method has a positive significance to achieve safe production and energy saving of coal mine.

Abstract:
The paper introduced requirement analysis and key technologies of remote technical support service platform of coal mine application system, and described design of structure and function of four modules of the platform including system management module, technician management module, customer service management module and remote assistance module in details. The application showed that the platform can effectively and quickly solve problems encountered in use of coal mine application system, and reduce work intensity, save cost, and improve efficiency of technical support.

Abstract:
A brief introduction of technologies of TD-SCDMA and WiFi was given. Combined with demand of coal industry applications, performances of technologies of TD-SCDMA and WiFi were compared and analyzed from aspects of wireless link budget, voice quality, system capacity, switch quality, power control and applicability of the technologies in coal mine. And the results showed that TD-SCDMA technology was more suitable for mine communication system.

Research of Application of Optimized Grey Model in Power Load Forecasting

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of low forecasting accuracy of traditional grey model when power load increases fast, the paper presented a method of using crossover genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm instead of least-squares algorithm to optimize parameters a and b in GM(1, 1) model, introduced grey prediction theory and its mathematical model, CGPSO algorithm and optimized grey model, and completed simulation based on actual load data. The results showed the prediction accuracy of the optimized grey model was significantly higher than GM (1, 1) model when power load increases fast, and the optimized grey model could be applied to forecast medium and long term load of power system, so as to expand applying scope of grey model.

Abstract:
Three existing mine network structures of Line structure, Meshroof structure and Meshchain structure were analyzed and compared in details, and a Line-2 network structure of 2-coverage and 2-connectivity was designed to optimize configuration of underground wireless network sensor nodes based on Line structure and Meshroof structure. The simulation results showed that the coverage redundancy of Line-2 network is lower than Meshroof network, and Line-2 network has more simple structure, and better adaptability to coal mine environment.

Abstract:
For problems of difficult commutation and low output frequency of AC-AC converter with SCR as main control components used in coal mine underground, the paper put forward a design scheme of AC-AC converter which is similar to plugged pulse-chopping AC-AC converter. The scheme uses single IGBT as main control component, and adopts composite speed regulation scheme of frequency conversion/transformation and synchronous control method to reduce working hours of inverter components and heating power consumption of the converter. The converter similar to plugged pulse-chopping AC-AC converter has important significance for heavy load starting of equipment of coal mine. Because it has not been used in coal mine, it need to be further explored and researched.
Underground Risk Assessing Method Based on Rough Set and D-S Evidence Theory

Abstract:
For problem of difficult obtainment of abundance, comprehensive and accurate environmental information when data from a single sensor is as basis of underground safety assessment, an underground risk assessing method based on rough sets and D-S evidence theory was proposed, and analysis of specific example was given. The method makes first data fusion based on rough set and secondary data fusion based on D-S evidence theory to fuse data collected by multi-sensor, achieves integration of a variety of underground information, and optimizes existing risk assessment methods. Tests showed that the method can guarantee completeness and independence of forecasting information and realize dynamic prediction of mine safety trend.
Research of Fault Line Selection Method in Distribution Network Based on Transient Zero Sequence Component

Abstract:
The method of reducing single-phase grounding short-circuit current of small current grounding system through installing arc-suppression coil may result in failure of fault line selection device. The paper introduced a method of fault line selection in distribution network based on transient zero sequence component.The method uses db10 wavelet packet to decomposition transient zero sequence current flowing through every feeder line when the fault occurs, finds two feature bands with the largest and the second largest energy, and makes correlation analysis between wavelet packet decomposition coefficients of the two bands, so as to select the fault line.It took system with neutral grounding via arc suppression coil as an example to build simulation model, and made simulation experiment of grounding fault in both overhead line and cable. The experimental results demonstrated effectiveness of the method.

Abstract:
A design scheme of closed-loop inspection information collection system of mine electromechanical equipments based on Zigbee wireless sensor network was presented. A multi-star network topology was designed, and hardware and software design of the wireless sensor network nodes and smart handheld devices were introduced in details. The test results showed that the system effectively completed data collection of a number of wireless sensor network nodes in different regions and had good stability.

Abstract:
For problem of time-consuming and hard sledding of traditional manual measuring method which uses convergence gauge to measure 2-sides deformation of mine roadway, the paper proposed a design scheme of measuring system of 2-sides deformation of mine roadway based on ultrasonic distance measurement. The system uses C8051F340 single-chip microcomputer to control ultrasonic probe to transmit and receive ultrasonic, measures real-time environment temperature by temperature compensation module, gets actual ultrasonic speed according to relationship between temperature and ultrasonic speed in the air, and calculate the distance between two sides of the roadway according to ultrasonic distance principle. Actual test results showed that the system implemented real-time measurement of the distance between two sides of the roadway with accuracy of 1 mm.

Abstract:
Dynamic voltage restorer is a device with effective suppression of impact of voltage sag on sensitive load. When dynamic voltage restorer is working in asymmetric voltage, the inverter will continue to absorb active power from the supply side, trigger DC voltage rise, even damage energy storage and power switching devices in severe situation. For the problem, the paper proposed a composite control strategy, which uses phase shift control technology to reduce active power absorbing of the inverter, so as to suppress the rise of DC voltage of dynamic voltage restorer, and uses double closed loop control to suppress voltage sag of power grid to improve load stability. Simulation results showed that the composite control strategy allows the dynamic voltage restorer with better load adaptability, and makes the DC voltage well suppressed.

The paper introduced structure and composition of frequency conversion starting system of load commutated synchronous motor, which has three commutation methods, namely intermittent commutation, rotor position detector and indirect rotor position detection. It also gave related simulation modeling method and simulation results of the system. It was verified that the simulated wave is basically the same as the one of actual system.
Detecting Method of Moving Human in Intelligent Video Monitoring of Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract:
Manual surveillance method of digital video monitoring system may lead to fatigue failure. The paper proposed a detecting method of moving human in coal preparation plant. The method uses background subtraction method to separate moving targets, uses Gaussian mixture model for background modeling, and continuously updates the background model to improve accuracy of motion detection. On the basis of accurate detection of moving targets, the method would detect and mark the human target combined with body shape information. Experimental results showed the method can accurately segment some targets of moving human, and meet with real-time requirements. But the method cannot segment some obscure or connected targets of moving human which needs further studying.

Abstract:
Basic principle of brushless doubly-fed machine were introduced, and its d-q mathematical model was studied. The dynamic simulation of brushless doubly-fed machine under open-loop was realized on Matlab/Simulink platform by use of constant V/F control strategy, while open-loop speed regulation experiment of brushless doubly-fed machine was completed on the experimental platform based on two-three-level inverter. Simulation and experimental results verified operation mechanism and good dynamic characteristics of brushless doubly-fed machine.

Abstract:
Traditional setting-out methods always affect construction schedule because of inconvenient communication between setting-out person and the observer, so the paper proposed a design scheme of ZigBee wireless transmission system, and described overall structure and design of hardware and software of the system. The system uses a star network structure, sends difference between setting-out point and target point from coordinator node connected with total station instrument to RFD node held by setting-out person, and finally displays the results on LCD. The tests showed that the system can realize real-time data transmission with low error rate.
Research of Modeling and Simulation of Six-phase Induction Motor Based on Magnet

Abstract:
Six-phase induction motor model was established in Magnet environment and driven by trapezoidal-wave phase current. Analysis of relationship between torque current and rotor current indicated that trapezoidal-wave phase current achieved separated control of excitation current and torque current. 2D transient magnetic field simulation was done and the distribution of magnetic equipotential, magnetic induction waveform, and relationship between steady-state electromagnetic torque and torque current were analyzed. 2D dynamic simulation of start performance of the motor was done by adding a Motion unit. Simulation results showed that the electromagnetic torque responses quickly without obvious torque ripple and speed ripple, which indicates the method of using trapezoidal-wave phase current to drive motor is feasible, and simulation parameters is reasonable, which provides a reference for eventual optimization of motor performance.
Rejecting Method of Abnormal Samples in Analysis Model of Coal Quality of Near-infrared Spectrum

Abstract:
In building of quantitative analysis model of coal quality of near-infrared spectrum, abnormal samples in training set seriously influence forecast precision of the model. So the paper proposed a new method of rejecting abnormal samples by twice diagnoses: get suspicious samples by clustering training samples based on fuzzy C-mean algorithm, and taking suspicious samples as validation set, reject abnormal samples by secondary diagnosis through PCA-GA-BP model. An experiment was done to compare predicting ability of the model with and without abnormal samples in training set by 15 groups of samples, and the result showed that the method can reject abnormal samples accurately, and improve forecasting precision effectively.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a rapid determination technique of underground cable failure point.The technique firstly determines type of failure when optic transmission monitoring device starts to alarm, then uses methods of OTDR measurement, external line detection and fixed light source measurement successively to determine the fault location. Taking failure maintenance of underground monitoring network of Yangzhuang Coal Mine as an example, it illustrated specific determination process. Field application showed that the technique can accurately determine location of failure point, and provide accurate information for timely maintenance.

Abstract:
In order to prevent high concentration of CO and gas explosion caused by spontaneous combustion of coal during drilling for coal seam gas drainage, the paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used safety protection device for preventing fire during drilling. The device monitors concentration of CO and gas by sensors, and uses single-chip microcompute to achieve automatic switching of high-pressure air and pressure water. Field tests show that the device can realize automatic switching of high-pressure air and pressure water and crush out burning coal when spontaneous combustion occurs during drilling.

The paper introduced functions, composition, working principle of frequency conversion control system of mine-used endless rope winch and its application in Huating Coal Mine.The system has functions of control, protection, display, voice prompt and emergency operation, and has been successfully used in 160 kW endless rope winch with double ropes in Huating Coal Mine to relocate 38 t hydraulic supports in a working face, which greatly reduces relocation time and improves work efficiency.

In view of problems such as duplicate input, time-consuming, error-prone and so on existed in manually compiled inspection reports with format of Word, the paper proposed a compilation scheme of mine-used products inspection report based on VBA.The scheme provides user input interface through VBA program in Word document, calls relevant Excel and Word documents automatically and completes extraction and preservation of required information and writing of inspection reports. The scheme can avoid duplicate input and promote efficiency and level of office automation. The practical application result is good.

The paper analyzed problems of current gas monitoring system, pointed out that fixed gas monitoring system has blind spot and inconvenient maintenance, and mobile gas monitoring system ca't connect to network and has information island. It described a wireless mobile gas monitoring system which adds a wireless communication module in portable gas detector, realizes continuous coverage of underground wireless signal by sub-station, wireless signal transceiver and leaky cable, and solves the problem of positioning of portable gas detector by arranging a certain number of locators in working faces and other places. Wireless mobile gas monitoring system realizes centralized and unified management of portable gas detectors and real-time and automatic upload of gas detection data.

Abstract:
Coal mine automation systems are independent each other, and have diverse interfaces and protocols. For the problem, a system design scheme was proposed which achieved integration of informatization and automation of coal enterprise by collecting coal industry field data through ARIOC controller and its modules ARI201, and integrating the collected data through real-time monitoring platform ARIDT. The application showed the system is of strong adaptability and stability, simple construction, and easy maintenance.

The paper introduced basic principle of energy saving with high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation of exhaust fan, and reformation scheme and effect of energy saving with high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation in Dong’er air shaft. The frequency conversion speed regulation system of exhaust fan of Dong’er air shaft used “one driving two” manual bypass mode which uses a frequency convertor to drive motors of two fans with one running in variable frequency and the other running in power frequency. The running result showed the scheme saved energy of about 62%.

Abstract:
The paper introduced working principle and design of hardware and software of double local-fans automatic switching system of underground working face. The system is consisted of main circuit and switching control circuit, uses PIC microcontroller as control core, and detects information of air volume through wind speed sensor. When there is ventilation failure or electrical failure, the switching control circuit sends switching signal to the main circuit, then the main circuit switches to make the main ventilator stop working and the backup one start working, thus ensures continuous ventilation. The system can reduce unplanned off-blast of underground heading face, further ensure safety of underground production, and improve work efficiency.
