Abstract:
The paper proposed a technology scheme of building unified communication platform of coal mine Internet of Things, which takes TCP/IP protocol as core, takes high-speed industrial Ethernet as backbone network, takes wireless local area network, wireless sensor network, field bus and RS485 bus as extensions. It mainly discussed architecture of unified communication platform of coal mine Internet of Things, key gateway devices, protocol system, network virtual access and implementation method of architecture of service-oriented communication platform.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed development requirements of communication system of coal mine in China and existed problems of main communication technologies of coal mine at present, and proposed a scheme of wireless communication system of integration of underground and surface based on TD-SCDMA. It introduced networking structure and functions of the system. The test result showed that the system can seamlessly cover underground operation area, surface dispatching control area and living area, which not only can meet with communication requirements of safety production but also realize command and dispatching under special situation.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of control system of flywheel battery based on dsPIC30F3011 according to charge-discharge process of flywheel battery. It gave structure and control principle of the system and introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details. The debugging result showed that the system fully makes use of high-speed calculating ability and rich chip peripheral resources of dsPIC30F3011, and makes flywheel battery not only has good steady characteristics but also higher dynamic quality in energy storage process.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of temperature instrument of WIA-PA wireless industrial network, analyzed technical features of WIA-PA and detailedly introduced design of hardware and software of the temperature instrument. The actual application showed that the temperature instrument runs stably and meets with working requirements of WIA-PA for field devices of wireless industrial network.

In view of problem of blocked sight line of driver of underground locomotives, a kind of mine-used onboard display device based on LCD driving chip MST717 was designed. General structure of the device and application design of MST717 in the device were introduced. The actual application showed that MST717 simplifies hardware structure and improves reliability of the onboard display device.

In view of problems that monitoring and control device of mine-used explosion-proof diesel locomotive cannot monitor multi-parameter and only has single display picture because it uses centralized control mode, the paper proposed a design scheme of multi-function display of mine-used explosion-proof diesel locomotive based on distributed control. It introduced design of hardware and software of the display in details. The test result showed that the display has visual operation and simultaneous display function for multi-parameter.

Abstract:
Taking construction of automation system of one coal mine as example, the paper proposed a design scheme of auxiliary decision support system of coal mine production based on mass data analysis. The system makes convergence statistic analysis of subsystems and integrated statistic analysis of whole system through fusing data collected by various sensors to judge states of health status, fault and operation energy consumption of various electromechanical equipments in coal mine production process, so as to realize auxiliary decision support of coal mine production. The actual application showed that the system runs well and improves production efficiency and management level of coal mine.
Key Management Scheme of Mobile Sink in Wireless Sensor Networks

Abstract:
In view of problem of low anti-capture ability of traditional key management scheme of mobile sink, namely minimum energy consumption scheme, probabilistic scheme and polynomial scheme, the paper proposed an improved key management scheme of mobile sink. The implementing principle of the scheme is as follows: all nodes share a polynomial pool F, size of polynomial loop of sensor is 1 and size of polynomial loop of mobile sink is |F|; using advantage of abundant storage resources of mobile sink to ensure exist a shared polynomial in mobile sink and any sensor nearby, then to calculate shared key through the polynomial. If regulating distributed times of each polynomial are less than orders of the polynomial, it can ensure absolute security of polynomial, so as to realize the best anti-capture ability of nodes. The experiment result showed that the scheme improves anti-capture ability and reduces energy consumption effectively of nodes comparing with probabilistic scheme.

Abstract:
In view of problems that current acoustic emission instruments have only collection function of acoustic emission data, but no function of data processing and analysis, the paper proposed a design scheme of an intelligent acoustic emission instrument. The instrument is built on digital acoustic emission instrument and known defects pattern base, and uses fuzzy recognition model to make type identification for activity defects and grad evaluation. The next research work is to build up a complete standard data base of acoustic emission resource for implementation of intelligence of acoustic emission instrument.
Modeling and Control of Light HVDC Transmission System Based on MMC

Abstract:
In view of problems of low-order harmonics in output voltage, needing filter and transformer with big volume and dynamic voltage balancing of series components of HVDC transmission system based on VSC, the paper proposed a design scheme of light HVDC transmission system based on MMC. It detailedly introduced implementation of control strategy according to built mathematic model of MMC-HDVC transmission system. The control strategy controls MMC-HDVC transmission system in term of device level and system level, which separately realize balance control of capacitor voltage of submodules and power decoupling control of the system. The simulation result validated feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
Research of Influence of Grid Connection of Distributed Generation on Current Protection of Distribution Network

Abstract:
The paper analyzed influence of grid connection of distributed generation on traditional current protection of distribution network, used Matlab/Simulink simulation software to prove influence of different capacities and grid connected positions of distributed generation on each section of current protection of distribution network, and proposed an improved scheme which can meet with protection requirement of distribution network after grid connection of distributed generation. The implementing principle of the scheme is as follows: for downstream protection of distributed generation, taking power supply of power system and distributed generation as a whole, resetting set values of each section of current protection; for upstream protection of distributed generation, installing a direction relay based on fault current component on each protector, so as to ensure reliable action of protection when over-current relay and direction relay start simultaneously.
Research of Fault Arc of Low-voltage Distribution Line Based on Mayr Model

Abstract:
In view of problems of high cost and difficult operation in practice because fault arc's research need build special experimental environment to simulate series fault arc, parallel fault arc and grounding fault arc, the paper proposed a design scheme of Mayr arc model which can work in Matlab7 software. It introduced physical meaning of Mayr arc model equation, makes simulation of series fault arc happened in low-voltage AC line by use of Mayr arc model packaging subsystem, and simulates experiment of series fault arc happened in low-voltage AC line according to simulation circuit. The results of simulation and experiment showed that fault arc current of Mayr arc model is similar to fault arc current collected by the experiment, so it has certain feasibility to use Mayr arc model in simulation of fault arc of low-voltage AC line.
Research of Vector Control of Vienna Rectifier Based on SVPWM

Abstract:
In view of problems of big switching loss and complex control of three-level rectifier, the paper proposed a vector control strategy of Vienna rectifier based on SVPWM. It analyzed working principle of Vienna rectifier and introduced implementation of the control strategy in details. The simulation result showed that Vienna rectifier based on SVPWM has simple control and good dynamic and static performance, whose current of AC side keeps good sine degree.

Abstract:
In view of problems of bad real-time performance and short communication distances in master-slave communication mode based on RS485 bus used in monitoring and control and early-warning system of mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used communication substation based on CAN bus. It introduced design of hardware and software of the substation in details. The substation realizes upload urgent data timely by function definition of ID number and data of CAN message in application-layer protocol of CAN bus. The experiment result showed that the substation meets with communication requirements of coal mine underground with reliable communication and high real-time performance.
Analysis of Influence of Anchor Parameters on Stability of Surrounding Rock of Roadway with Rock Burst Hazard

Abstract:
For operation roadway of anchor net support with rock burst hazard, the paper analyzed mechanism that anchor of roadway restrains hazard of pressure bump by use of dynamic theory and researched influence degree of different anchor parameters on surrounding rock of roadway with rock burst hazard by use of numerical simulation software FLAC3D. The research result showed that main influencing factors of deformation of surrounding rock of roadway are lengths and distances of anchor bolt, sensitivity of deformation of roadside for anchor parameters is higher than roof and bottom of roadway.
Application of Neural Network in Water Source Distinguishing of Mine Water Inrush

Abstract:
The paper proposed a method of using improved SOM neural network to distinguish water source of mine water inrush. The method takes seven irons contents of Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, SO2-4 and HCO-3 in water as distinguished factors and combines with improved SOM neural network model to classify 20 samples of water source. The experiment result showed that mistake rate of the method is 0 and can distinguish water source of mine water inrush accurately.
Method of WIA-PA Health Evaluation Based on FAHP

Abstract:
In view of problem that whole performance of WIA-PA will be reduced in long-term running because of energy consumption and node fault, the paper proposed a method of WIA-PA health evaluation based on FAHP. The method builds fuzzy consistent matrix through selecting six indexes that have great influence on network, namely numbers of failure node, signal intensity, node energy, link quality, packet loss rate and network delay, then it calculates evaluating score of each index to obtain average score of whole network, so as to realize judgment of level of WIA-PA health state. The experiment result showed that the method can judge network state effectively.

Abstract:
In view of problem that cutting section will take place error when pose of boom-type roadheader has error and will influence on directional mining seriously, the paper proposed a method that controlling cutting arm to make automatic compensation for cutting section. It analyzed control principle of rotary and lifting swing of cutting arm, built a combined model of rotary and lifting of cutting arm, and gave Matlab simulation verification of the model and application method of boundary compensation of cutting section by controlling cutting arm. The simulation result validated correctness of the method.

The paper introduced working principle and structure of model JSG-8 fire monitoring system with beam tube. For problem of difficult collection of gases of coal spontaneous combustion in coal face and goaf, it discussed layout scheme of beam tube monitoring points of the system in coal face and goaf in details, and indicated that it need consider influence degree on coal face production when making layout of beam tube monitoring points in coal face.

Abstract:
In view of problem that high gas outburst mines would appear over-limit phenomenon of gas concentration in short stop time of ventilator when main ventilator makes switchover, the paper proposed a design scheme of automatic switchover system of mine ventilator without blowing-out based on S7-300 PLC. The system uses scheme of installing bypass air door to start standby ventilator, namely starting standby ventilator before main ventilator stops running and through coordination of open degree of main and side air doors to ensure stability of air flow of switchover system of ventilators. The actual application showed that the system can ensure safety in switchover process of ventilators without blowing-out effectively.

In view of problem of no remote tripper to trip opposite switch when 220 kV system appears dead-zone fault, the paper detailedly introduced design scheme of using current protection devices to trip opposite switch to clear fault quickly by taking 220 kV system of one substation as example. The actual application showed that concerned secondary circuit of remote tripping opposite switch runs well when the 220 kV system appears dead-zone fault, which validates correctness of the design scheme.

Abstract:
In view of problem of non-ideal dust suppression effect on fully mechanized coal face, the paper proposed a design scheme of dust suppression device with dust source tracking and high pressure spray on fully mechanized coal face. Working principle of the device is as follows: when infrared receiver installed on one position of hydraulic support detects infrared signal sent by infrared emitter installed on body of shearer, controller of high pressure spray at the position uploads corresponding position information to main controller which downloads the information to all online controllers of high pressure spray which will judge whether open electromagnetic valve according to program and parameters set by main controller, then sprinklers are controlled to spray for dust suppression by electromagnetic valve. The actual application showed that the device runs well and reaches prospective goal.

In view of problems of inconvenient operation and low automation level in traditional operation system of shuttlecar, the paper proposed a design scheme of handle centralized control system of AC electrical haulage shuttlecar. The system can finish shuttlecar control of forward, fallback, increasing speed, deceleration and turning through one handle and can realize shuttlecar control of lighting, ringer, start-stop and positive invertion of motor through button on handle. The actual application showed that the system has convenient operation and high integrated degree.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed requiements of underground devices for power device IGBT of frequency converter and electrical parameters which should be considered in type selection of IGBT, and designed a drive and protection circuit of IGBT by use of 2SD315 module. The actual application showed that frequency converter is stable in running and effective in IGBT drive with perfect protection after using selected IGBT and designed drive and protection circuit by use of methods described in the paper.

Abstract:
In view of problems of adding cost and going against integrated monitoring and control for technological process and information collection of all devices because monitoring and control for each section of mineral seperation plant is realized by adding remote I/O station or setting individual control room, the paper proposed a scheme of using Profibus-DP protocol to realize data communication between CS3000 and SIEMENS PLC subsystem. Taking ALP111 communication module of CS3000 as example, it introduced configurations of hardware and software of the scheme. The actual application showed that the scheme realizes reliable data communication between CS3000 master and SIEMENS PLC subsystem with good effect of field monitoring and control.

In view of problem of low transmission efficiency of traditional emergency command system of coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of visual emergency command system of coal mine. The system uses SOA data integration technology to integrate database of underground position system which can make various information be sent to visual emergency command system at first time; it uses JNI technology to integrate DVR which can get video information of monitored points real-timely; it uses expert database module to analyze data needed by emergency command process; it uses holographic technology and GIS engine to display accident area. Abstract:
In view of problem of bad reliability that original belt transportation system of one metal mine is controlled by relay, the paper proposed a reform scheme of belt transportation control system based on ControlLogix technology. The system uses ControlLogix technology to realize any combination of driving and motion control of belt transportation system; it uses fiber communication and network redundancy technology to realize functions of device configuration, data collection and remote fault diagnosis; it uses electronic overload relay to realize protection for motor; it uses visual man-machine interface to realize real-time monitoring and control for working state of belt transportation system. The actual application showed that the system improves reliability of belt transportation system.

Measuring System of Wellhead Gas Components of Petroleum Drilling

Abstract:
In view of problems of high cost and big volume of petroleum gas measuring system by use of imported equipment, the paper proposed a design scheme of measuring system of wellhead gas components of petroleum drilling. The system uses catalytic combustion type gas sensing probe and takes wheatstone bridge as measuring unit. When gas sensing probe meets measured gas, resistances of wheatstone bridge would change with changing of temperature if the gas could be ignited by electrode, so as to obtain gas concentration. Results of measured gas concentration are displayed, stored and generated report automatically through upper computer LabVIEW program. The actual application showed that the system has low cost, convenient operation and sensitive response, whose measured results are synchronous with imported equipment.

Abstract:
According to requirements of management of safety production information of coal production group, the paper proposed a solving scheme of integrated information management system which takes safety production management mode as core. The system uses OPC method to collect real-time data and alarming information of automation system of each coal mine, builds real-time/history database through Historian, stores data results into SQL Server database through data mining analysis, and reads real-time/history data through OLE DB and ExcelAddin interface, so as to realize aggregation of production process information, safety and industrial video information. The actual application validated feasibility of the system.

Abstract:
The paper introduced design of a real-time pressure monitoring system of fully mechanized working face taking 120204 fully mechanized working face of Yangchangwan Coal Mine as example. According to parameters of pressure of front prop, back prop and front beam of each support collected by pressure monitoring units, the system can give quantitative analysis results through analysis software of surface host, namely pressure change of front prop, back prop and front beam of support, working performance of prop, frequency distribution of circulation resistance of prop, roof pressure distribution; the system can analyze relation between pressure change of support and breaking result of top coal according to analysis results of working performance of prop, so as to provide evidence for improving efficiency of top coal caving. The actual application showed that the system has perfect functions and can reflect process of pressure change of working face effectively.

The system uses remote data collection module suitable for bad environment and KingView monitoring software to realize remote protection for each driving unit through collection, monitoring and alarm of electric parameters of each driving unit. The actual application showed that the system runs reliably and ensures precision of coal sampling.
