Application of Double-pipe Pressure Grouting Technology in Gas Pressure Measurement

Abstract:
A technique of gas pressure measurement with hole sealing by use of double-pipe pressure grouting technology and M-Ⅱ gas pressure detector was proposed for coal seam with high pressure water in roof or floor and fracture development. The technique uses casing pipe to avoid influence of hole wall collapse of surrounding rock, uses high-pressure grouting to fill surrounding rock cracks and cut off leak channels of gas, and uses M-Ⅱ gas pressure detector to measure gas pressure accurately and reliably. The test result of gas pressure measured with the technique showed that the technique completely fills wall rock cracks and water bearing channels, which makes drilling hole for pressure measuring more firmly and stably, removes interference of pressure water on pressure measurement, relieves restriction for pressure grouting because of drilling collapse, so gas pressure can be measured accurately.
Design of Wireless Monitoring System of Shearer

Abstract:
In order to obtain parameters of running state of shearer accurately, a design scheme of wireless monitoring system of shearer was proposed. The wireless sensor nodes with specific-function are installed on appointed part of shearer frame,which are used to collect working signal of shearer. The signal is real-timely processed by DSP and is transmitted to wireless bridge AP by wireless MESH network, then it is transmitted to center computer by fiber. The working signal of shearer is analyzed by software of the center computer which makes alarming or other processing according to set threshold. The result of actual test showed that the system runs well and the signal intensity of wireless network can meet with requirements of wireless monitoring system of shearer.

Abstract:
An intrinsically safe type electromagnet for underground hydraulic unloading valve was designed. The main technical indexes, performances and structure principle of the electromagnet were introduced, and selection of structure of the electromagnet was analyzed. The design of magnetic system of the electromagnet was expounded emphatically. The actual application showed that the electromagnet has features of small power, big suction and flexible action.
Research of Automatic Data Collection and Processing Method of Characteristic Experiment of Safety Valve

Abstract:
At present, the judgment of characteristic parameters of opening pressure, closing pressure and pressure fluctuation value of safety valve are all summarized by test personnel according to experience. The accuracy of these data should be verified. In view of the problem, the paper proposed a new automatic data collection and processing method suited for characteristic experiment of safety valve with small flow. It analyzed overflow process of small flow by taking plunger type safety valve as example, gave diagram of hydraulic system used in the experiment, and introduced design and implementation of the data collection and processing software in details. The experiment result showed that the method can directly measure characteristic parameters of opening pressure, closing pressure, maximum pressure, minimum pressure and pressure fluctuation value in overflow process of safety valve, and can automatically judge whether these data accord with demands of the standard of MT419-1995 the valve for hydraulic support. It has features of simple operation and interface humanization.

Design of Quantitative Detection System of Broken Wire for Steel Rope Based on BP Neural Network

Abstract:
In view of the problem of low detection precision existed in traditional quantitative detection system of broken wire for steel rope, the paper proposed a design scheme of quantitative detection system of broken wire for steel rope based on BP neural network. The system uses flux leakage detection and processing circuit to get damage signal of steel rope, and the signal is sampled with equal-space by single-chip microcomputer controlled by encoder. Then the signal is uploaded to industrial computer, and the industrial computer calls Matlab software to train it with BP neural network to get weight matrix and thre shold matrix, then a forward calculation of BP neural network is made by single-chip microcomputer program, so as to realize judgment of broken wire of steel rope. The detection result showed that the recognition rate of broken wire of steel rope detected by the system is 86.9%, which has certain practicality.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of centralized lubrication system with distributed type based on RS485 bus. It gave general structure of centralized lubrication system with distributed type, and detailedly introduced design of interface circuit of RS485 bus of oil supply terminal and communication protocol and communication program between main control cabinet and oil supply terminal. The actual application showed that the system can meet with demands of oil supply by need, independent of each other, centralized monitoring and easy extension.

Abstract:
In order to reduce energy consumption and balance network overhead, the paper proposed a TSSM algorithm with high efficiency and energy saving. The algorithm formulates network to be divided into clusters when it is initialized, and member nodes within each cluster will not change in subsequent rounds, which can reduce energy consumption of multiple clustering. It spreads network overhead through circularly electing cluster head node. It reduce redundancy of network effectively through dividing virtual cells, regulating non-active node sleeping and setting soft and hard threshold of active node. It makes energy consumption of nodes which are far from gateway spread to the other cluster head nodes in network through method of inter-cluster multi-hop. The simulation result showed that TSSM algorithm can make use of network resources more effectively, balance distribution of node energy and prolong lifetime of network.

Abstract:
According to distribution condition of joint fissures of top coal in front of fully mechanized coal face of one coal mine, a numerical calculation model of fully mechanized coal face was built, UDEC software was used to make numerical simulation for fully mechanized coal face with different mining heights under condition of same geology, and deformation features of coal and rock in front of fully mechanized coal face and force condition of top coal were analyzed. The research result showed that reasonable mining height is important factor to ensure stability of roof.

In order to meet with requires of high reality and verisimilitude of walkthrough system of 3D roadway, the paper proposed a common framework model of walkthrough system of 3D roadway based on engine-mode. It discussed functions and working flow of main control module, physical system module and rendering system module in the framework in details and gave solution scheme of the system under B/S mode. The simulation result showed that walkthrough system of 3D roadway based on engine-mode has higher degree of simulation and faster speed of walkthrough comparing with walkthrough system of 3D roadway based on basic API.
Research of Multi-step Forecasting for Short-term Wind Speed

Abstract:
In order to improve forecasting precision and forecasting scale of short-term wind speed of wind farm, a short-term multi-step forecasting molding method for time sequence of wide speed combining with wavelet transform, empirical mode decomposition and least square support vector machine was proposed. The method uses wavelet transform to decompose wind speed data which can be decomposed into high-frequency and low-frequency components, uses least square support vector machine to construct forecasting models relevant to the components, then adds forecasting values of the models to obtain forecasting result which is called result of model I. Secondly, the method considers forecasting result of model I as training sample, and uses empirical mode decomposition to decompose the training sample into several intrinsic mode functions and trend term. Then it uses least square support vector machine to build forecasting models for each intrinsic mode functions and trend term, meanwhile extends forecasting scale of the models, and adds forecasting values of the models to obtain forecasting result which is called result of model II. Finally, it adds forecasting results of model I and model II to obtain forecasting result. The experiment result showed that the value of RMSE is 0.153 and proved the effectiveness of the method.
Direct Torque Control System of Salient Pole Synchronous Motor with Stator Flux Observer Based on Recurrent Neural Network

Abstract:
In view of the problem of drifting of integrator existed in stator flux observer of traditional direct torque control system of salient pole synchronous motor, the paper proposed a design scheme of direct torque control system of salient pole synchronous motor with stator flux observer based on recurrent neural network. In the scheme, two-phase voltage and current transformed from three-phase voltage and current by 3S/2S are sent to trained stator flux observer based on recurrent neural network whose outputs are α, β components of stator flux, that is Ψsα, Ψsβ, then amplitude and space angle of stator flux are obtained after Ψsα, Ψsβ are processed by vector analyzer, so as to obtain sector location of stator flux accurately. The simulation results showed that the system has good dynamic and static performance comparing with direct torque control system of salient pole synchronous motor based on traditional U-I model.
Design of a Control Scheme of Fast Braking and Accurate Location for DC Brushless Motor

Abstract:
A new type of control scheme of fast braking and accurate location for DC brushless motor was introduced in the paper. The scheme makes supply terminals of the motor shorting when the motor is in braking and uses braking unit to make current produced by inertia of the motor produce rotating magnetic field whose direction is contrary to rotating direction of inertia, so as to produce bigger damping magnetic field which can make the motor brake fastly. When the motor is in braking of power off, rotation speed of the motor is detected by three angular displacement sensors and starting control point of the motor is calculated and determined according to the rotation speed of the motor. The starting point is transmitted to PLC, then the PLC control the motor to stop at designed position, so as to realize accurate location. The result of experiment showed that the scheme is reliable and accurate.

Abstract:
In view of the problems of long time of modifying and updating and high cost existed in harmonic monitoring systems of coal mine grid which take hardware as core, the paper proposed a design scheme of harmonic monitoring system of coal mine grid based on virtual instrument which takes software as core. It analyzed working principle and hardware structure of the system, introduced implementation of harmonic measurement method based on wavelet transform and FFT transform in details, and gave software design of the system. The simulation result showed that the system can meet with demands of harmonic monitoring of modern coal mine grid well.

Abstract:
In view of the problems existed in traditional photovoltaic grid-connected power system such as low output voltage, big fluctuation range, high energy consumption and bad reliability, the paper proposed a design scheme of Z-source photovoltaic grid-connected inverter based on one-cycle control. It analyzed circuit structure and characteristics of Z-source inverter, introduced implementation of one-cycle control strategy of Z-source inverter in details, and built simulation model with Matlab/Simulink. The experiment result showed that the Z-source inverter has good boost effect which reduces requirement of photovoltaic cells' voltage level, and using one-cycle control technology can track network voltage well which realizes unity power factor.

In order to meet transportation requirement of low-height crawlway of Shendong Group, the paper proposed a design scheme of WC5 low-height explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicle. The low-height vehicle was designed with mature design technology of WC5 explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicle. Its part of front stand higher than regulation height was reformed combining with characteristics of driving in crawlway, back carriage was redesigned and safety design was also added to the low-height vehicle. The practice proved that the low-height vehicle decreases labor intensity of underground workers and improves work efficiency, safety and comfortableness.

Abstract:
In view of the problem existed in hydraulic driving system of FMC3500 apron feeder such as high demands for maintenance technology, complex process and high fault rate, the paper discussed feasibility of reforming hydraulic driving system of FMC3500 apron feeder into frequency-conversion driving system. It introduced main devices and type selection design of frequency-conversion driving system of FMC3500 apron feeder, and made comparison between hydraulic driving system and frequency-conversion driving system from investment cost of devices and operation maintenance. The analysis result showed that the frequency-conversion reform for driving system of FMC3500 apron feeder is feasible, which can improve production efficiency of semi-continuous production system.

Abstract:
The paper introduced communication protocol and data format of remote transmission of monitoring data, processing method and performance requirements in remote monitoring system of coal production. It also described anti-tampering technology based on active power monitoring, image monitoring and working state monitoring of metering device. The remote monitoring of coal production and its anti-tampering technology have been adopted by MT1082-2008 general specification of remote monitoring system of coal production and MT1082-2008 usage and management standard of remote monitoring system of coal production. The two industry standards have been issued and implemented.

Abstract:
When main ventilator of mine is switching, high outburst mines will appear over-limit phenomenon of gas concentration in short blowing-out time of switching ventilator. To solve the problem, the paper proposed three switching ventilator control schemes without blowing-out of main ventilator of mine, namely switching ventilator control scheme of speed adjustment of main ventilator of mine, switching ventilator control scheme of adjusting wind resistance by air door and switching ventilator control scheme of installing louver air door at entrance of ventilator. It determined the switching ventilator control scheme without blowing-out implemented by installing louver air door at entrance of ventilator is the most reasonable after comparing advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes. It introduced implementation and application of the scheme in the fifth coal mine of Pingdingshan Mining Group. The actual application showed that operation effect of the scheme reaches expected target.

Abstract:
The LD-Ⅱ monitoring and positioning system of lightning of mining area was built to analyze thunder density of surface, polarity and amplitude of lightning current, thunder time and position of thunder point in mining area of Yanzhou Mining Group, and distribution of lightning nearby areas of high-voltage lines of mine was researched. A mathematical method was used to make simulation calculation for lightning of three typical towers and lines of the mine grid. Some measures were proposed to improve ability of lightning protection and lightning resistance of the mine grid based on statistical analysis and mathematical calculation, the measures were reducing grounding resistance of towers, using creepage adjustment and adding arrester. The actual application showed that the measures have certain feasibility.
