Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of low precision of handfeel detection in traditional vibration wave method for wire rope tension of mine hoister, the paper put forward a scheme that uses sensor in stead of handfeel to detect vibration period and selects the second vibration period as basis of tension calculation. It introduced hardware and software design of detecting system of wire rope tension of multi rope hoister based on sensor and single chip microcomputer in details. The system not only overcomes influence of personal factor and improves accuracy of tension measurement result, but also reserves advantages of convenience of vibration wave method.

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design scheme of new type of mine used infrared data collector with low power consumption, described working principle, design of hardware circuit and software and working mode of low power consumption of the data collector in details. The collector selects the micro controllers, LCD display and power management chip with low power consumption, and its overall power consumption is reduced and battery life is extended successfully. The experimental result showed that the whole opera ting current of the collector is less than 44 μA in standby mode.

Abstract:
The paper introduced spray method, working principle, composition and characteristics of a spray system of hydraulic support of thin coal seam. The spray system of hydraulic support adopts method of high pressure spray method and can control dust around hydraulic support of thin coal seam in coal face effectively. The spray device is set in roof timber in order to save space, which resolves the problem that spary device occupies walkway and cross section of ventilation. The system takes full advantages of electro hydraulic controller and has high automation degree.

The paper introduced automatic guidance and location technology for cantilever excavator,analyzed and compared principle and characteristics of automatic guidance and location technology for cantilever excavator based on total station,gyro scope,electronic compass,guiding laser,visual inspection,etc. It obtained following conclutions: the guidance technology based on gyro scope and electronic compass can be used in autonomous navigation and need't provide reference coordinate system;the technology that gets pitch angle and roll angle by inclinometer is suitable for level roadway;those technologies that use given direction laser as reference coordinate system can be easily combined with existing navigation technology.

The paper introduced the basic theory and method of triangular fuzzy number,and established an evaluation indexes system of safety production comprehensive quality of miner based on triangular fuzzy number.By appling the evaluation indexes system to evaluate safety production comprehensive quality of miner quantitatively and comprehensively,the relative weights of various factors of evaluation indexes of safety production comprehensive quality of miner were known as W′_1>W′_4>W′_7>W′_6>W′_KG-*25>W′_2>W′_3,namely that the security responsibility and correcting skills of miners were the most important indexes.The method overcomes the limitation of the method named analytic hierarchy process,and accords with fuzziness of human knowledge, which can reduce personal subjective unilateralism and enhance believability of weight of evaluation indexes.

Abstract:
The paper indicated it not only has low efficiency of data mining to directly use original gas concentration time series to forecast short-term concentration,query similarity and classify and cluster time series,but also affects accuracy and reliability of data mining of time series.It put forward a pattern representation method of gas concentration time series based on piecewise linear method.By use of the piecewise linear method to make pattern representation of gas concentration time series,gas data storage and cost of count are smaller,only main form of gas concentration time series is reserved,and detailed interferes are went out,so the results of pattern nopresentation can reflect itself characteristics of gas concentration time series and and the method is good for improving efficiency and accuracy of data mining.

Abstract:
Based on database of collected gas monitoring information of coal mine monitoring system in coal mine production process,the paper put forward a scheme of using clustering analysis method based on DBSCAN algorithm to mining characteristics of gas accident information.It pointed out shortage of DBSCAN algorithm in practical application,proposed an improved scheme of DBSCAN algorithm based on data partition,and introduced the concrete improving method.The result of applying the clustering analysis method based on the improved DBSCAN algorithm to make clustering analysis and extract of information feature of gas monitoring data of coal mine showed that the method is effective.At last,the paper pointed out the farther research direction of the method.

A mathematical model of direct-drive permanent magnet wind power system was built,which includes wind turbine model,drive train model,permanent magnet synchronous generator model and converter model as well.According to the maximum wind tracking principle,control strategies of converters at generator and power grid sides were put forward.The simulation model of the wind power system was built in Matlab/Simulink software environment,and the case of wind speed stepping change was simulated.The simulation result verified the validity of the control stratesy and the feasibility of the model.

Abstract:
Combining with virtual instrument technology and health diagnosis technology of hoister,a method of health diagnosis for mine hoister based on LabVIEW was researched.The method uses LabVIEW to achieve data acquisition and storage of measured points with greater vibration severity of hoister,and can make time domain analysis and amplitude spectrum analysis of the signal,so as to achieve health diagnosis for hoister.Applicability and high effectiveness of the method is verified by the specific application test.

Abstract:
A disturbances recognition method of power quality based on wavelet packet-energy entropy(WP-EE) was put forward,in which four layers wavelet packet decomposition of simulaed disturbance voltage signals were performed and characteristic vectors of wavelet packet energy entropy were extracted,principal components analysis(PCA) theory was used to extract characteristic vectors of wavelet packet of the voltage signal and the characteristic vectors were put into probabilistic neural network(PNN) for disturbance recognition.The method realizes optimum compression of disturbance data,simplifies structure of neural network classifier in disturbance classify,and enhances speed and precision of disturbance recognition.The simulation results showed the method has a very good disturbance recognition ability.

The paper introduced a mathematical model of three-phase PWM rectifier, analyzed principle of fixed switching frequency control strategy,built control structure of PWM rectifier based on inner current loop and outer voltage loop the simulated the fixed switching frequency control strategy by use of Matlab. The simulation waves of voltage at DC side and current of AC side proved the finxed swithing frequency control strategy is feasible.Meanwhile,it analyzed influence of setting key parameters of PWM rectifier on harmonic content of input current at AC side,and gave a comparatively reasonable parameter of filter inductor.

The paper analyzed the principle and algorithm of SVPWM,built a simulation model of vector control system of PMSM based on SVPWM,and gave concrete design scheme of each sub-module of the model.It also modified integral-slop method for producing triangle carrier.The simulation and experimental results showed that the model was correct and the system was feasible,which offers a valid mean and tool for analyzing and designing a control system of PMSM.

Abstract:
On basis of analysis of detection methods of voltage sag such as voltage peak detection method,Fourier transform method,wavelet transform method,d-q transformation method and pqr instantaneous power method,the paper proposed a detection algorithm of dynamic voltage restorer(DVR) based on instantaneous reactive power theory.For the problem of poor real-time of a traditional ButterWorth low pass filter,it designed a new type of filter which is consisted of a band-stop filter in series with a low pass filter.The simulation results in Matlab/Simulink showed that the new type of filter can reduce the detection time to one third of fundamental cycle without reducing precise,and improve the real time of voltage sag detection.

The paper built the mathematic model of active power filter(APF) for three-phase four-wire system by use of four-legged inverter as main circuit.The APF is based on sliding mode control strategy,which uses the exponential reaching law to eliminate chattering.The simulation results in Matlab showed that the APF for three-phase four-wire system with the slide mode control strategy has good performance of harmonic suppression.

The model deviation control method was applied in active power factor correction(APFC) to reduce buffeting of APFC system in practical application, the duty cycle of PWM was gotten according to the state equation of APFC,and single-phase Boost-APFC was taken as example to make Matlab simulation. The simulation results showed that the APFC control system with model deviation control method has good correction effect,small overshoot,and short response time.

The paper introduced hardware and software design of an intelligent tracking car based on PIC single-chip microcomputer.The intelligent tracking car takes PIC16F877A single-chip microcomputer as main control chip,RPR221 single-beam infrared photoelectric sensor as detection device,and L298N constant voltage constant-current bridge driver IC for car driving chip,so that the car can run by planned pathway stably,identify path and advoid obstacle correctly,and display speed and distance accurately.It also has a certain anti-interference ability.
