Design of Real-time System of Working Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis of Conveyors of Fully-mechanized Face

Abstract:
In order to meet requirements of high efficient and reliable running of complete conveyors on fully-mechanized face of coal mine with annual production capacity of 10 million tons,a real-time system of working condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of conveyors of fully-mechanized face based on PLC was designed.The hardware constitution of the system was introduced briefly and the whole function and realization of the system's program were expounded in details.The system integrates monitoring of running state,detection of running parameters,data recording and fault diagnosis as a whole and has functions of remote and in situ monitoring and fault diagnosis for working condition of speed reducers and motors of complete conveyors on fully-mechanized face.The debugging results in field showed that the system has characteristics of stable running,accurate data display,and high reliability of fault diagnosis.

Abstract:
In view of working environment and characteristics of shearer of coal mine underground,a design scheme of hardware and software of embedded black box of electrical haulage shearer was proposed,which was designed by use of ARM microprocessor.The black box is used for recording running data and working environment parameters of the shearer,and has important effect to establish fault diagnosis system of electrical haulage shearer and improve reliability and maintainability of electrical haulage shearer.The actual application showed that the black box has reliable performance and can meet applying requirements.
Design of an On-line Detecting System for Dielectric Loss of Mine-used High-voltage Cable

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of consuming too much time and resource and unstable precision caused by environment of existing off-line detecting method for dielectric loss of high-voltage cable of coal mine underground,a micro-current sensor was designed for measuring micro grounding current of cable's earth line,and by use of the sensor,an on-line detecting system for dielectric loss of mine-used high-voltage cable was designed based on zero-crossing point comparing method.The composition and on-line detecting principle of the system were introduced.The results of simulation and test showed that the system has stable performance,high measuring precision and strong anti-interference ability,and can on-line measure dielectric loss of high-voltage cable accurately.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of disorderly wiring and inconvenient install and maintenance of sensors caused by single-parameter measurement of exsiting sensors used in safety monitoring and control system of coal(mine,) a design scheme of(mine-used multi-parameter) sensor was(proposed.) The(multi-)parameter sensor is designed by use of MSP430F149 single-chip microcomputer.It can transmit collected signals of gas concentration,CO concentration,O_2 concentration and temperature to LED for displaying after data processing and output alarming signal.Some testing results showed that the multi-parameter sensor has high precision,good stability,and strong anti-interference ability.
Development of Experimental Device of Belt Centralized Control System of Coal Mine

Abstract:
An experimental device of belt centralized control system was developed by use of AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer and(VB6.0) software development platform under background of design and application of belt centralized control system of coal mine.The experimental device has a friendly monitoring interface of upper computer,and the upper computer can communicate with the single-chip microcomputer by RS232C and real-timely monitor faults of belt deviation,over speed,temperature,tearing and others.The experimental device reproduces actual working environment and process of belt transport system of coal mine in laboratory,it not only can be applied in actual production,but can train students' innovation awareness and capacity through the secondary development.
Remote Update System of ARM Software Based on TFTP

Abstract:
In order to resolve problems of maintenance and upgrade of embedded products in unattended area,a design scheme of remote update system of ARM software based on TFTP protocol was proposed.The system is mainly composed of LPC2290 micro-controller,DM9000E network card chip,SST39VF1601 NOR FLASH and MT45W4MW16 RAM.It can remotely update application software of ARM micro-controller without operating system by use of bootloader technology and TFTP protocol of Ethernet.The testing result showed that the system can ensure correct transmission and storage of data,and reduce difficulty of upgrade and maintenance of ARM embedded system software greatly.

Abstract:
According to characteristics of complex structure and various interconnection equipments with increasing quantity of coal mine monitoring and control system,the paper analyzed applicability of traditional authentication method of intrinsically safe interconnection system in China,interface parameter authentication method in the other countries and a series of intrinsically safe standards to intrinsically safe interconnection authentication of coal mine monitoring and control system in China,pointed out that the judging criterion of intrinsically safe performance of coal mine monitoring and control system is GB3836.4-2000 equ IEC 60079-11:1999 at present,and proposed a scheme that intrinsically safe interconnection authentication of non-bus mode interface equipments of coal mine monitoring and control system uses parameter authentication method and the authentication of bus mode interface equipments should use system authentication method at present.It introduced implementing key points...更多 of parameter authentication method and system authentication method in details and the way of implementing parameter authentication of intrinsically safe interconnection of bus mode interface equipments in the future.In addition,it proposed design principle of interface equipments of coal mine monitoring and control system and further research direction of authentication method of intrinsically safe interconnection of coal mine monitoring and control system.The paper will be good for development of parameter authentication method of intrinsically safe interconnection of interface equipments of coal mine monitoring and control system.

Application Research of Cognitive Radio Technology in Coal Mine Underground

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of bad reliability of data transmission of wireless communication system of coal mine underground because the system's parameters such as carrier frequency,modulation mode are settled and so it ca't adapted to change of tunnel's channel model,the paper proposed a scheme of applying cognitive radio technology in wireless communication system of coal mine underground.The cognitive radio technology can perceive frequency spectrum and channel model of tunnel through which radio signal of communication system passes,and real-timely and self-adaptively adjust some transmission parameters such as carrier frequency,modulating mode and so on,so as to optimize transmission performance of wireless communication network of coal mine underground.The paper comprehensively analyzed the feasibility of cognitive radio applied in coal mine underground too.At last,it concluded concrete realization mode of cognitive radio applied in coal mine underground.
Research of Action Range and Mechanism of Coal-gun Phenomenon in Drifting Process

Abstract:
In order to explain action range and mechanism of coal-gun phenomenon,numerical simulation research was maken for deforming and destroyed process and acoustic emission phenomenon of surrounding rock in drifting process of a coal mine by use of RFPA2D numerical calculation software.The simulation result showed that coal-gun phenomenon takes place in range of 15 m away from two sides of tunnel and 10 m away from roof in extraction tunnels of mine working face,and the phenomenon is a releasing process of huge amounts of elastic energy accumulated in process of deformation and destroy of tunnel,and it is only a dynamical phenomenon with relatively small energy,not portent information of rock burst.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed the mathematical model of BLDC motor,proposed a novel P-fuzzy self-adaptive PID control method and established a simulation model of speedregulation system of BLDC motor based on P-fuzzy self-adaptive PID control in Matlab/Simulink.In the system,a current hysteresis is applied in the current loop and a hybrid scheme of P and fuzzy self-adaptive PID control is applied in the speed loop,thus speed-regulation control function of double close loops is realized.The simulation result showed that the speed-regulation system of BLDC motor based on P-fuzzy self-adaptive PID control has half-shortened response time,less overshoot,and stronger robustness and self-adapting ability compared with the speed-regulation system based on normal PID control.

Abstract:
The constitution,working principle and size design method of double sides LSRM were introduced and size design result of a LSRM prototype was given.Distribution rule of LSRM's magnetic field was analyzed by use of finite element method and sectioned magnetic field was consulted,so as to get the maximum induction value,the minimum induction value and the number of windings. The testing result showed that the starting power of the LSRM prototype is large and it would not affected by direction of current.But there are some problems of pulse and noise in starting,which could be solved by use of optimization of structure design and control algorithm.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of harmonic circulation current in paralleled inverters system,a method of restraining harmonic circulating current was proposed based on analysis of mathematic model of single inverter with harmonic disturbance and produced principle of harmonic circulating current in paralleled inverters system,in which dual-ring control mode of current and voltage was used for single inverter of paralleled inverters system and coupling inductances were added to output ends of inverters.The theoretical analysis and simulation result verified the validity of the method.

In order to solve problems of complex wiring and high cost of existing wiring communication mode in mine fireproof grouting monitoring system,the paper proposed a realization scheme of remote communication of mine fireproof grouting monitoring system based on wireless bridge,introduced three link modes of wireless bridge and their characteristics of wireless communication,and expounded a scheme based on AX9800 11A wireless bridge and link mode of point to point,which realized remote communication function of fireproof grouting monitoring system of Jining No.2 coal mine.The test result showed that the scheme's valid distance of wireless communication is more than 10 km,valid transmission speed is 10 Mbit/s,and delay time of video signals is less than 5 s.Besides,the scheme has reliable transmission performance and perfect communication quality.

The paper proposed a design scheme of selective leakage protection circuit based on method of amplitude discrimination and phase discrimination for electrical control equipments of fully mechanized devices of coal mine underground.The selective leakage protection circuit applied the principle that the phase of zero-sequence current in fault line is in contrast to the one in non-fault line and the phase of zero-sequence current delays the phase of zero-sequence voltage in fault line.It realized function of selective leakage protection for electrical control equipments of fully mechanized devices of coal mine underground through comparison of phases of zero-sequence current and zero-sequence voltage as well as their amplitudes and the setted amplitude.The practice showed that the circuit has strong adaption ability,flexible application,and good reliability.
