Abstract:
In view of the problem that monitoring and control system of coal mine using wire communication mode ca't realize flexible collection of information,a wireless gas monitoring system based on VB6.0 was built and design of software of the wireless gas monitoring system based on VB6.0 was mainly introduced.The software receives gas data information sent by data collection terminal through CAN bus network and determines operation location,operator and gas concentration according to content of data frames,and stores these data in SQL Server 2000 database,so as to realize functions of over-limit alarm of gas concentration,realtime data display and query of personnel location information.

Abstract:
In view of the problem of unaccurate position detection of rubber-tyred car by use of RFID,the paper proposed a design scheme of position detected sensor of mine-used locomotive based on geomagnetic induction.It analyzed detection principle of geomagnetic induction,and detailedly introduced design of hardware and software of the position detected sensor of mine-used locomotive.The actual application showed that the sensor is suitable for position detection not only of trackless rubber-tyred car,but also of track locomotive.
Mechanism Analysis and Causes Discussion of Landslide in Shengli Open-cut

Abstract:
In view of landslide status of Shengli open-cut,the paper analyzed internal factors of landslide formation of open-cut,namely topography and geomorphology,formation lithology,geological structure and soft layer,expounded inducing factors of landslide distribution of open-cut,namely rainfall,earthquake and artificial action,and destructive action to slope of open-cut made by soilfrost.It drew conclusion that distribution and development of landslide is controlled by topography,formation lithology and geological structure rigorously and is induced by soft layer and rainfall mainly,which provides basis research for further analyzing and evaluating landslide phenomenon of Shengli open-cut.
Node Design and Networking Scheme of Mine Environmental Detection System Based on ZigBee and Data Radio Station

Abstract:
In view of the problem that wireless sensor network ca't make remote transmission because of complex underground situation,the paper proposed a design scheme of mine environmental detection system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network and data radio station.It gave general structure of the system,introduced design of sensor node and gateway node which taking CC2430 as core,and expounded implementation of networking scheme of ZigBee wireless sensor tree network.The test result showed that the system uses communication scheme combing with ZigBee wireless sensor network and data radio station is feasible,which solves problems about low power,remote transmission and high reliability,and networking rule of node numbering makes topology of network has pertinence,which improves accurate position function of node and reduces risk of underground operation.

Abstract:
The fault mechanism of asynchronous motor is complex,single information can only reflect some fault aspects of asynchronous motor system,the conclusion coming from single information has uncertainty.Especially when asynchronous motor is in early deterioration signs,appearance of each aspect is weaker,so it needs effective fusion for multi-information completely.In order to solve above problem,the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent prediction system of fault signs of asynchronous motor based on information fusion,analyzed principle of D-S evidence theory,and gave fault diagnosis results of asynchronous motor based on single information and multi-information fusion.The actual application showed that the system has certain effectiveness.

Abstract:
At present, coal accounts for 74.29% in energy production and 71.26% in energy consumption in China. It is a kind of energy of cheap price, supply-security and capable of cleanly being used. It has the maximum ratio of production and storage comparing with petroleum and gas, and the scale of energies such as nuclear, hydropower and wind power is too small. So coal will be main energy in China. During "the 11th five-year plan", technologies and products have gotten breakthrough and rapid development in coal mine safety monitoring and control system, underground personnel position monitoring system, coal production remote monitoring system, whole mine mobile communication system and unattended remote monitoring and control system that they are playing important functions in safety production of coal mine. In the future, further research of technologies should be made in sensor arrangement method of no-blind area, major disaster early-waring technologies for gas, fire and rock burst based on safety monitoring and control system, remote control technology of manless working face, intrinsic safety communication technologies of wireless communication and optical fiber, accurate personnel positioning technology and life-dectecting technology of coal mine underground and coal mine safety production management information system based on 3D GIS.
Discussion on Application of WSN in Vehicle Scheduling System of Open-cut

Abstract:
For the problems of vehicle scheduling system of open-cut based on GPS,such as high energy consumption of user node,big volume and high cost and need fixed infrastructure, the paper discussed on feasibility of applying WSN in vehicle scheduling system of open-cut. It analyzed key technologies used in vehicle scheduling system of open-cut based on WSN, pointed out the positioning technology is a precondition of applying WSN in vehicle scheduling system of open-cut successfully, and introduced a positioning algorithm which is adapted to vehicle scheduling system of open-cut and implementation method of target positioning. Finally, it gave application prospect of the system.
Research of Gas Detection System Based on Stochastic Resonance

Abstract:
In view of the problem that gas concentration information in the detected signal of coal mine underground is weaker, the paper proposed a design scheme of gas detection system based on stochastic resonance. It analyzed principle of stochastic resonance, introduced structure of gas detection system based on multi-layer stochastic resonance algorithm, and gave simulation and numerical analysis by taking double-layer stochastic resonance model as example. The result showed that the system can be uninfluenced by underground noises and can get relatively accurate gas concentration information.

Abstract:
According to the characteristics of different symbolic gases produced in different periods of spontaneous combustion of coal, gas chromatography was applied to make qualitative and quantitative analysis for gas samples in mined-out area of one coal mine, the components and the change of content of the symbolic gases were used to forecast condition of coal spontaneous combustion. It establishes a foundation for taking appropriate preventive measure in advance.
Research of Constant Deceleration Braking System of Hoist Based on Fuzzy Wavelet Neural Network

Abstract:
In view of the problem of bad control effect of constant deceleration braking system of hoist with common PID control mode and fuzzy control mode, the paper proposed a design scheme of constant deceleration braking system of hoist based on fuzzy wavelet neural network. The system uses wavelet basis function as fuzzy membership function, uses self-learning ability of neural network and good local characteristics of wavelet basis to enhance self-adaptive ability of fuzzy control, and uses genetic algorithm to train displacement factor and dilation factor of wavelet basis function as well as connection weights of controller, thus achievs global optimization of the network parameters. The simulation result with Matlab showed that the system has good dynamic performance and higher control precision.
Fault Diagnosis Method of Rotor Broken Bar of Asynchronous Motor Based on SVM and D-S Evidence Theory

Abstract:
At present, fault diagnosis method of rotor broken bar of asynchronous motor is based on the method of extracting characteristic frequency from stator current to make diagnosis for rotor state. When asynchronous motor runs with no-load or light load, the characteristic frequency is easy to be influenced by base-frequency leakage so as to be difficult to obtain, meanwhile speed fluctuation has great influence on the characteristic frequency, so it is lack of accuracy according to the characteristic frequency to judge rotor state. To solve above problem, the paper proposed a diagnosis method of using SVM and D-S evidence theory to identify fault of rotor broken bar of asynchronous motor. The method separately extracts characteristic informations of fault of rotor broken bar from current signal and vibration signal of stator on the basis of the extended Park method and the FFT transformation method, uses SVM to make pattern recognition to the status of asynchronous motor and form independent evidences for recognition results and then makes fusion process according to D-S evidence fusion rules, so as to realize accurate recognition of fault of rotor broken bar. The experiment result showed that the method can make accurate judgment for fault of rotor broken bar of asynchronous motor.
Fault Diagnosis Method of Bearing of Asynchronous Motor Based on Wavelet-packet and EMD

Abstract:
In view of the problem that diagnosis effect of traditional fault diagnosis method of bearing of asynchronous motor is bad for local defect and initial fault of bearing, the paper proposed a method of using wavelet-packet theory and EMD to extract fault characteristic frequency of bearing. The method uses wavelet-packet theory to delete noise and differentiate frequency band for original signal at first, then uses EMD to decompose the signal got by wavelet decomposition and reconstruction so as to get IMF, at last the spectrogram of each IMF is obtained through time-frequency transform and diagnosis result can be gotten according to fault characteristic frequency. The experiment result proved that the method can extract fault characteristic frequency effectively and easy to judge fault type.
Communication-capable Motor Protector Based on DeviceNet

Abstract:
In view of the problem that traditional motor protector can not meet with field needs, the paper proposed a design scheme of communication-capable motor protector based on DeviceNet. It analyzed communication needs of the motor protector, built object model on the basis of functions of the motor protector and DeviceNet protocol, and used different objects to simulate functions of the motor protector. Then it allocated and built connection state of the motor protector with fined information form of predefined main and slave structure in DeviceNet protocol, realized to receive and send explicit message and I/O message on DeviceNet bus and on the basis it used DN1022 to realize design of slave node of the motor protector. The experiment result showed that the protector can communicate with the main station as node hitching on DeviceNet bus.

Abstract:
In view of the problem that traditional vertical hoisting system driven by PMLSM is easy to produce phenomenon of out of step and oscillation, the paper proposed a design scheme of closed-loop vector control system of PMLSM with speed, current and position. It made modeling and simulation for the closed-loop vector control system of PMLSM with segmentation structure of vertical hoisting system under Matlab/Simulink by using vector control technology of oriented secondary flux and SVPWM method, and made closed-loop experiment based on self-made prototype in laboratory. The experiment result showed that the system has good dynamic and static performances and basically meets with demands of vertical hoisting system.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a detection method of power harmonic based on wavelet packet transform. The method uses wavelet packet transform to decompose current signal, namely the current signal is departed into low-frequency part and high-frequency part, then respectively makes wavelet packet decomposition for the low-frequency part and the high-frequency part and gets fundamental component of the current signal after reconstruction. The fundamental component is subtracted from the original current signal so as to get harmonic component of the current signal. The simulation result showed that the method can detect harmonic component of current signal well and can detect harmonic of certain frequency.

In view of the problems existed in triangular carrier control strategy and hysteresis control strategy used by SAPF, the paper proposed a design scheme of SAPF based on improved hysteresis control strategy. It analyzed structure and principle of SAPF system, introduced ip、iq harmonic detection method based on instantaneous reactive power and gave control principle of the improved hysteresis control strategy. The simulation result showed that the SAPF has good performance of harmonic current compensation.

Abstract:
In view of the problem that diode rectifying circuit ca't realize bidirectional flow of energy, the paper proposed a design scheme of energy feedback VSR. On the basis of topology of main circuit and mathematical model of three-phase VSR, it analyzed control principle of the energy feedback VSR in details, and introduced implementation of improved SVPWM algorithm. At last it built simulation model in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation result showed that the VSR has good stability and quick dynamic response speed and realizes bidirectional flow of energy.
