Abstract:
The paper discussed key problems of measurement of reliability indexes of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine such as determination of invalidation range, set of scale of test system, design of test stress and selection of test scheme, and proposed two measuring methods of reliability indexes of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine named direct measuring method and indirect measuring method. Through comparison of the two methods' advantages and disadvantages, the conclusion was gotten that the indirect measuring method is more suitable for measurement of reliability indexes of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine.
Testing and Analyzing of EMI in Central Substation of Coal Mine Underground

Abstract:
Through testing and analyzing electromagnetic environment of central substation of coal mine underground, following conclusions were gotten: 1 There is low-frequency interference nearby high-voltage switch during normal operation of equipments in central substation. 2 When transformers of center substation run normally, the EMI is mainly below 500 MHz and a greater interference appears nearby 100 MHz, and the maximum interference is 40 dB?μV/m higher than background noise or so. 3 When the switch in central substation is taken on or off instantly, there will be a greater EMI which is mainly below 1.5 GHz. The larger interference is in low-frequency and the maximum EMI reaches 193 dB?μV/m. 4 When equipments of central substation are in normal working, radiation of electromagnetic field reaches 1 standard level 1 V/m. But when the switch is taken on or off instantly, the EMI is larger than 2 stardard level of GB9175-88 environmental health standards of electromagnetic waves because the EMI is larger below 1 MHz.
Implementation of Audio and Video Transmission by Satellite of Communication Device for Emergency Rescue Commanding in Mine

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that rescue communication system, which is laid casually in process of emergency rescue for mine accident, has no function of real-time communication among satellite, ground and underground and remote command center cannot directly get information of disaster situation, a mine communication device for emergency rescue commanding which combined with underground wired audio and video communication system and ground satellite video communication system was proposed and realization scheme of audio and video transmission by satellite of the device was mainly introduced. The prototype test result showed the device has stable networking, long communication distance and strong anti-disaster ability, which solves the problem of real-time communication among satellite, ground and underground in emergency rescue commanding.
Research of a New Type of Measuring Device for Air Flow and Air Pressure of Mine-used Local Fa

Abstract:
The working principle and design of software and hardware of a new type of measuring device for air flow and air pressure of mine-used local fan based on MSP430149 single-chip microcomputer were introduced. The device has functions of real-time display of air flow and air pressure and alarming when ventilation stops, and can convert air flow and air pressure signals to frequency signals and transfer the signals to upper computer. The device is suitable for all kinds of underground local axial fans and fills a domestic gap in this field. The testing result showed that the device has advantages of easy operation and high measuring precision and reliability.
Research of Early Warning System for Danger Source in Process of Tunnel Drifting of High Outburst Mine

Abstract:
In order to forewarn outburst coal in process of tunnel drifting in high outburst mine, so as to eliminate hidden dangers early and prevent disaster, building of detailed geological model of outburst coal was researched and the normal pitch between tunnelling place and outburst coal by shortest distance analytical method of GIS was calculated. On the basis of Longruan GIS3.0 and VRMine, an early warning system for danger source in process of tunnel drifting of high outburst mine was developed, 3D visualization of early warning model and forewarning evaluation were realized, and an example verification using real data of Xinzhuangzi coal mine was carried out. The results showed that early warning system for danger source in process of tunnel drifting of high outburst mine can assist safety management of coal mine.
Design of Vertical Plumb Coordinatograph Based on CCD

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of measuring horizontal displacement caused by deformation of shaft wall of mine, a design scheme of vertical plumb coordinatograph based on CCD was proposed, the structure of the vertical plumb coordinatograph and its distribution in monitoring system for deformation of shaft wall were given, and software and hardware design of the vertical plumb coordinatograph were introduced in details. The vertical plumb coordinatograph collects light signals and convert the light signals to video signals by use of CCD, does binary processing and counting of the collected video signals by use of LPC932, and transmits the processed results to computer on the ground for analysis, so that to get horizontal displacement caused by deformation of shaft wall of mine. The testing result showed the stability and accuracy of the vertical plumb coordinatograph.
Development of a Leakage Protector with Additional DC Source

Abstract:
Basic requirements of insulation resistance between isolated neutral power supply system of coal mine underground and ground were analyzed and principle and protection method of detecting insulation resistance by additional DC source were given. On the basis, a design scheme of software and hardware of leakage protector with additional DC source was introduced. The results of experiment and actual running showed that the leakage protector has small error and can meet requirement of leakage protection of underground power network.
Pipeline Detection System Based on Geomagnetic Imaging

Abstract:
In order to accurately detect a variety of buried pipelines underground, a pipeline detection system based on geomagnetic imaging was proposed. The system compares intensity of pulse signals collected from vertical component of surface magnetic field with intensity of pulse signals collected from vertical component of magnetic field above surface in homogeneous stratum with isotropic medium, and uses the compared data to form three-dimensional images which can reflect the distribution of pulse signal's strength on top of measured region, so as to judge the nature of underground medium. The experiment result showed that values of MAPE detected by the system for underground known pipeline and unknown pipeline are 2.66% and 3.33% separately, and the accuracy of the same detection is improved. The system is good for all kinds of detection of underground pipelines.
Design of Controller for Four-phase Stepping Motor Based on FPGA

Abstract:
The paper introduced a design scheme of controller for four-phase stepping motor controller based on FPGA and gave control principle, design of related modules and an application example of the controller. The controller uses fully digital control and Verilog HDL programming language and can realize control of reset, offline, rotational speed and positive and negative rotation of four-phase stepping motor. The simulation and application result showed that the controller has flexible control, wide range of speed regulation, high precision and stable and reliable running.
Design of a New Type of Control System for Free-swing Fire Monitor

Abstract:
In order to resolve the problem that existing normal water free-swing fire monitors are poor in universality, the paper introduced design of a new type of control system for free-swing fire monitor. The system has two control modes of wireless remote control and panel electric control, and can fire extinguishing automatically in wide range. MCU is taken as MPU to process control signals and limit switch signals, and carry out corresponding control action. A wireless remote module is designed and L298 which is driving IC with three routes is used to drive fire monitor to move. The project application result showed that the system has stable running and easy operation with wide application situation.
Determination of Reasonable Size of Protection Pillars for Crossheading on Super Long Working Face

Abstract:
For production test of 300 m fully mechanized working face of caving coal in Lutian coal mine of Haibowan mining Co., Ltd. of Shenhua group, FLAC3D was used to determinate reasonable size of crossheading pillars affected by mining. Through establishing model and simulation, conclusions are as following: along with lengthening of working face,periodic weighting eases,so as to reduce impact to crossheading pillars to some extent; coal pillars which are influenced with the maximum range are 100~110 m away from the rear area of working face, laterally significant affect range is about 10 m, and depth of plastic damage is 7 m; because protection pillar will be influenced by next working, the size of the protection pillar of super long working face with shallow depth under the same geological conditions is 15 m.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that traditional expert system got knowledge hardly and connot solve new faults when diagnosing faults of asynchronous motor, the paper proposed a design scheme of expert system of fault diagnosis for asynchronous motor based on neural network and gave the system's structure and design of model of the neural network. The simulation result showed the system can combine advantages of expert system and neural network well and realizes expected target of fault diagnosis for asynchronous motor.

Abstract:
Three-dimensional solid model of movable arm of loader's working equipment was established by use of Pro/E, the finite element analysis and parametric design for the model were performed, and the movable arm was optimized after objective functions and constraint conditions were determined. The simulation result showed that forces and structural shapes of the movable arm are improved after being optimized on the premise of meeting requirment of the movable arm's work performance. The method of finite element analysis and optimization design based on Pro/E improves design speed and quality, reduces manufacturing costs, and has universal applicability to optimization research of movable arm of loader's working equipment and the whole working equipment.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of low labor efficiency, large labor intensity, low accuracy and poor real-time performance of traditional equipment spot inspection system, an equipment spot inspection system based on wireless communication was proposed. The system, which is designed by use of technologies of single-chip microcomputer, wireless communication and computer information management, has multi communication ways, including wireless radio frequency RF communication, GSM communication and internet communication. The system can on line inspect main parameters of field equipments such as vibration, temperature, pressure and so on, and can make an early warning according to environmental conditions. Meanwhile, the system has function of remote monitoring. The test result showed that the system has good stability and significantly improves operation management quality of equipment spot inspection system.

Abstract:
A design scheme of video monitoring system of coal mine based on embedded Web server was proposed. In the system, embedded Web server is established in S3C2410 microprocessor and real-time video data is gotten form USB cameras. By use of JPEG, Video4Linux programming technology and multi-thread communication technology synthetically, the video data is sent to monitoring center, then the video data is recomposed and compounded to create video pictures by the monitoring center, so as to realize the function of remote video monitoring. The testing result showed that the system has clear pictures, low rate of bad frame and good stability and reliability.

In order to solve problems of multi measured points, lack of measuring workers, huge workload, high requirement of real-time and large man-made error in water level monitoring of mine at present, a design scheme of intelligent water level monitor of mine based on S3C2440 was introduced. The monitor measures water level of different measured points by use of PTP601 submerged liquid level sensor. The collected data can be displayed on LCD at field after being processed and stored by S3C2440, and can be transmitted through RS485 to upper computer of monitoring system for mine water level to be displayed real-timely and analyzed for early alarming. The actual running result showed that the intelligent water level monitor of mine has good real-time and high reliability.

In order to solve the problem of capacity expanding of electric control system of mine hoist, an application scheme of AC-AC frequency-conversion with vector control based on SIMADYN-D controller and homemade power cabinet was proposed and the interface problem between SIMADYN-D controller and homemade power cabinet was analyzed. In order to solve problems of inconvenience and complexity of eccentric injection of oilfields,a design scheme of intelligent measuring and adjusting system for zonal injection flow based on PIC16F877A was proposed and working principle and design of software and hardware of the system were introduced. Fuzzy control method is used in the system to adjust and control injection flow intelligently and serial port is used to realize communication between upper and lower computers. The system has functions of automatic adjustment of each zonal injection flow and remote monitoring. The test result showed the system has stable running, quick respond speed of flow adjustment, high precision and small error of adjustment with high reliability and anti-interference ability.

Abstract:
A design scheme of intelligent soft-starter for three-phase asynchronous motor was introduced. The soft-starter is designed by use of LPC2364 as controlling core and EPM7128SLC84-15 as logic signal process circuit, and can communicate with upper computer through Modbus field bus. The soft-starter can softly start three-phase asynchronous motors with diverse power by multi ways such as torque and realize more than twenty motor protections by real-timely monitoring motor's running parameters. The actual running result showed the soft-starter has stable running, simple operation, high anti-interference performance and convenient extension.

Abstract:
A design scheme of man-machine interaction system based on voice processing technology was proposed which was designed with SPCE061A single-chip microcomputer. The system's structure was given and circuits of audio input and output were introduced, especially the scheme of software realization of functions of voice playing and voice recognition. The experiment result showed that the system has good performance and high correct rate of voice recognition, while it is easy to be influenced by environments of training and recognition.
