Design of Automatic Control System of Spraying for Dust Suppression on Coal Face

Abstract:
In order to improve environment of coal face,an automatic control system of spraying for dust suppression on coal face was designed.The system can realize positioning function for shearer through infrared emitter boarded on shearer and infrared receiving sensor installed on the supports,and control intrinsic safe type electromagnetic valves on the supports to spray according to the position of the shearer,which can eliminate dust in downwind direction of cutting-head of the shearer and realize function of automatic dust suppression on coal face.The actual running showed that the system solves the problem of automatic spray between supports of fully mechanical coal face and can implement multi-channel barriers and high-efficiency dedusting to a large range and high-concentration dust produced in coal mining,which can reduce dust concentration.

Abstract:
In view of the problem that performance of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine can’t accord with relevant standards and criterions in actual application,the paper proposed a design scheme of evaluating software of in-use safety monitoring and control system of coal mine.It analyzed principle of the evaluating software,and introduced design and implementation of system information (maintenance) module,analysis and display module of evaluating data and data synchronization function module of the evaluating software in details,and gave operation flow of the evaluating software.Combing with embedded on-line detecting device,the evaluating software can finish evaluating task for performance and use and maintenance of safety(monitoring) and control system of coal mine.

Abstract:
The embedded on-line detecting device is main part of embedded on-line detecting system for safety monitoring and control system of coal mine,it is used to on-line detect function of sound and light alarming for methane concentration exceeding preset limit,power off/power recovery control function,function of wind electricity closed-cycle control of methane,control response time of the system,actual patrol period,actual distributed quantity of sensors and stability of methane sensor.The paper introduced design of software framework and work flow and functions of each part of embedded on-line detecting device in details.The design of the software framework makes each function of the software be realized by combination of several subprogram modules and makes each subprogram module run concurrently,which improves running speed of the program.

Abstract:
The paper introduced composition,communication principle and implementation and design of key parts of a monitoring system of hydraulic support test-bed based on VB and PLC.The system uses IPC-610-H industrial computer and S7-200 PLC to build up control systems of upper computer and lower computer.The development platform of the upper computer selects VB6.0 which MSComn control is used to realize communication between the upper computer and the lower computer.ODBC database access technology is used to enhance user-oriented data management function and realize storage and query of experiment data.The lower computer realizes functions of process control and data collection of hydraulic support test.The test result and actual application showed that the system can realize automatic control of hydraulic support test-bed and ensure each test for hydraulic support to be finished reliably,and can complete real-time monitoring for loading process of internal circulation of hydraulic support.

Abstract:
According to demands of Shendong mining area of Shenhua Group,DXH13.2/5 intrinsically safe type power supply was designed and technical indexes,structure composition and selection design were introduced in details.The actual application showed that the power supply can provide 5 V intrinsically safe power supply for portable passive instruments of coal mine underground and has features of large capacity,small volume and high safety.

Abstract:
Taking the design of logistics substation of logistics management system of Fengbao iron and steel plant as example,the paper introduced structure and working principle of the logistics substation in details.It emphatically described features of SoC,location principle of radio frequency card,design of card reader and key technologies of signal demodulation and installation of weighing sensor,and gave software design of the logistics substation. The actual application showed that the logistics substation has characteristics of strong anti-interference,low communication error rate,quick response speed and convenient maintenance.

Position control of fluid equipment requires rapid and high accuracy positioning performance,but there are contradiction between rapidity and positioning accuracy.In order to solve the problem,the paper proposed a design scheme of embedded control system of position of fluid equipment based on single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 and DSP TMS320F2812.It introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details.The actual running showed that the system has performance of quick response speed,strong real-time and low power comparing with the traditional analog control system.

Abstract:
Dynamic response speed is one of the most important performance indexes of catalytic sensor.Based on Fick’s diffusion theorem,the paper built a mathematical model of gas diffusion velocity for catalytic sensor in air flow,and studied influence of air flow on dynamic response of catalytic sensor through experiment.The study result indicated that speed of air flow and angle between air inlet of catalytic sensor and direction of air flow are two critical factors for dynamic response of catalytic sensor.The influence rule is the response time of catalytic sensor will increase,and the response speed and output value of catalytic sensor will decrease with an increase of angle between air inlet of catalytic sensor and direction of air flow,and the response time of catalytic sensor will decrease,and the response speed and output value of catalytic sensor will increase by increasing speed of air flow.

To solve problems of long time of network training,easy to fall into local minimum and easy to early maturity existed in traditional method of impulsion pressure prediction,the paper proposed a method using CLGA to predict impulsion pressure.It introduced basic steps using CLGA to optimize weight and threshold of BP neural network in details and made simulation experiment using Matlab7.1 to build network model on PC.The simulation result showed that the method can improve accuracy of impulsion pressure prediction effectively.

To solve the problem of override skip existed in underground power supply system,the paper proposed a new type of area-selected interlocking protection scheme,that is,an intelligent control module is installed in mine-used switch and it works with instantaneous trip protection of existing protection device,so as to realize function of area-selected interlocking protection.The test result showed that the scheme has low cost,high reliability,easy installation,which has certain practicality.

One-cycle control is a novel nonlinear control strategy for power converter.The paper introduced design of a power factor correction circuit of Boost converter based on one-cycle control,analyzed control principle of one-cycle control and described implementation of power factor correction circuit in details.The simulation result showed that one-cycle control is suitable for power factor correction of Boost converter and gets good control effect.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed error cause by ues of traditional p-q detection method to detect harmonic current,reactive current and negative current of load current,and proposed an improved p-q detection method. The improved p-q method makes use of one-phase voltage to construct virtual and symmetrical three-phase voltage to replace real three-phase voltage,it can detect harmonic current,reactive current and negative current when voltages of power network is asymmetric,so as to eliminate error of compensation current detection caused by asymmetric cause.The simulation result validated the detection method.

Abstract:
The paper gave a simulation model of common DC double closed-loop speed-regulation system and used Matlab to simulate the model,and made a conclusion: the common DC double closed-loop speed-regulation system has a better dynamic and static characteristics and can restrain influence of disturbance on rotation speed of motor.But the system depends on accurate mathematical model,which not only increases solution links but also makes system’s model more complex and may affect reliability of the system.On the basis of the analysis result,the paper proposed a design scheme of DC double closed-loop speed-regulation system based on fuzzy control + PI rotation speed regulator.In the scheme,the current loop still uses common PI regulation and rotation speed loop uses time-sharing action mode of fuzzy controller and common PI(regulation.) The simulation result showed that the new system introduced in fuzzy controller has advantages of high response speed,steady transition and improves system overshoot.

AC excitation technology of synchronous generator can improve capability of leading phase of generator,and it is one of the most effective methods of reactive power compensation.The paper proposed a design scheme of AC excitation power supply of synchronous generator based on hybrid modulation,analyzed composition and working principle of AC excitation system of synchronous generator,introduced control principle of hybrid modulation mode and gave selection and calculation method of key parameters of control circuit of the excitation power supply.The experiment result proved correctness and effectiveness of the scheme.

Abstract:
To solve the problem that common method of fault diagnosis of motor in frequency-conversion speed-regulation system is difficult to judge fault type,the paper proposed a diagnosis method for broken-bar fault of motor based on multi-sensor information fusion.The method extracts characteristics information of broken-bar fault of motor by wavelet packet analysis,then uses D-S evidence theory to fuse and calculate characteristic information of fault,so as to identify fault.The experiment of diagnosis test showed that the method improves precision of fault diagnosis of motor and can meet with the require of real-time diagnosis.

In view of the problem that LCD controller IP core can only display number and letter,the paper proposed a design method of VGA controller IP core based on NIOS Ⅱ.It gave working principle of VGA,introduced design of VGA controller,and expounded design of VGA controller IP core,namely the designed VGA controller is installed to SOPC Builder.At last,the VGA controller IP core was added in NIOS II system to test its performance.The test result showed that the IP core can display many graphics,images and characters and can realize animation effect,which has a certain practical value.

According to collected data information of mine,the paper used trigonometric function analysis method to determine influence range of ground subsidence in mine-out area.It selected six factors that is roof lithologic character, thickness of losses bed,mining depth,terrain slope,hydrogeology condition and mining degree as evaluation sub-factors of risk prediction of ground subsidence and built a judging model and judging indexes of risk of ground subsidence.It used AHP method to quantify each judging index and get comprehensive analysis judging index which could be divided into three levels of danger area,more dangerous area and stable area.
