Abstract:
The paper studied effect of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine in monitoring and early warning of serious accident of gas and fire and accident investigation, and put forward configuration scheme of the system and identification method of direct cause of gas explosion accident based on the system. It studied effect of monitoring system of underground personnel location in containment of super personnel quota production and emergency rescue of accident, and put forward configuration scheme of the system. It proposed mine communication scheme which takes mine-used dispatching communication system and mine broadcast communication system as foundation and takes mine mobile communication system as supplement,and standpoint that prohibits using mine-used IP telephone communication system and mine mobile communication system to replace mine-used dispatching communication system. It proposed that personnel going into high-gas mine should carry isolated self-rescuer, and the isolated self-rescuer should use with compressed oxygen. It proposed equipment requirement of refuge chamber and standpoint that rate of performance and cost of refuge chamber is better than life-saving shelter. It introduced self-help system of pressure ventilation and rescue system of water supply too.
A Reliable Implementation Method of Dual-host Hot Standby System of Coal Mine

Abstract:
Based on limitation analysis of application of commercial dual-host hot standby systems in coal mine, the paper proposed an implementation method of software solution of dual-host hot standy system which is adapted to small-middle sized coal mines. The method uses simplex and duplex hybrid operation mode to ensure real-time performance and data consistency, heart-beat connection and peer to peer message delivery mechanism to detect and report system faults, automatic data synchronization technology to decrease artificial intervention and improve maintainability, and virtual IP addressing method to implement transparent access and seamless switching of application layer. The results of experiment and application showed that the method meets related industrial safety standards and is feasible.
Design of Multi-signal Monitoring Software for Rock Burst

Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of current monitoring system of rock burst such as single monitoring signal and non real-time comparing of different signals, a multi-signal monitoring software of characteristic signals of electromagnetic radiation, micro-vibration and audio emission of coal rock was developed based on VC++6.0. The structure and function of the software and the design of each function model were introduced. The software has functions such as multi-channel real-time display, data storage, historical data queries, trend analysis, statistics and so on. Through analyzing multi-signal of characteristics of coal rock, the software can forecast dynamic disasters of coal rock more effectively.
Development of an On-off Sensor with Anti-interference

Abstract:
In view of the problem that existing on-off sensors are easy to falsely judge in strong electromagnetic field environment to cause inaccurate monitoring, a type of on-off sensor was designed using magnetic induction principle and high anti-interference technology, hardware architecture and software design of the sensor were introduced, and design principle of anti-interference of the sensor was introduced emphatically, namely following on-off conditions are set for the sensor: when the on-off sensor is powered on, its initial state is off, and when sampled value of the sensor is greater than a certain value of on judgment line in several times, the sensor determines the electromechanical equipment is on. When the on-off sensor is in on state and sampled value is less than a certain value of off judgment line, the sensor judges the electromechanical equipment is off. The results of experiment and application showed that the strong anti-interference design avoids problems of repeated on-off and incorrect judgment of on-off sensors caused by transient strong electromagnetic interference.
Application of Microseismic Monitoring Technology in Forecasting of Roof Weighting

Abstract:
The paper introduced application of microseismic monitoring system in forecasting roof weighting of Qianqiu Coal Mine. The practical result showed that the microseismic monitoring system can forecast and judge the first weighting of main roof of fully mechanized caving face; data of microseismic monitoring is consistent with data of drill cuttings quantity and rock pressure monitoring, and using comprehensive forecasting technology of rock burst can forecast stope dynamic disasters more effectively; taking frequency of large energy events as effective parameter of microseismic monitoring system can exactly forecast stope dynamic phenomenon and summarize precursor information model of main roof weighting, and the conclusion can effectively prevent stope dynamic phenomena and rock burst accidents.
Design of Mine-used Intelligent Tilt Angle Sensor Based on M-BUS

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used intelligent tilt angle sensor which took P89LPC936 single-chip microcomputer as core, and introduced configuration, working principle and design of main circuits of the sensor in details. The sensor adopts conductive plastic potentiometer and can measure tilt amount of mine headframes accurately, which provides important data for safety in coal mine production. The actual application showed that the sensor is high in measuring precision, reliable in running and simple in operation.

Abstract:
In order to improve the reliability of selective leakage protection of power network in mine, a hardware circuit using pulse broadening to realize selective leakage protection of zero-sequence current direction was proposed. Its test on 660 V test device and waveform on TEK DPO2014 oscilloscope proved that the proposed circuit is correct and reliable. Leakage protection devices with the proposed circuit have been successfully applied in coal mines.

Abstract:
In view of shortcomings of traditional testing methods of automatic voltage regulator such as few test items, poor security, high construction cost, big difference in equipment parameters, a design scheme of new general testing system of automatic voltage regulator based on LabWindows/CVI was put forward. Structure and principle of the testing system were introduced. The testing system realizes AVR dynamic test and has many advantages such as complete testing project, short testing circle, preferable universality and so on compared with traditional testing systems.

Abstract:
In view of problems of existing measuring system of performance of mine ventilator based on MCU such as complex programming, complicated grasping and low stability and reliability, the paper introduced a design of measuring system of performance of mine ventilator based on PLC. It introduced working principle, hardware composition and software design of the system in details. The system adopts distributed measuring method, which can complete real-time collection of parameters of wind speed, relative static pressure, axle temperature, atmospheric pressure, phase current and phase voltage of mine ventilator, meanwhile can calculate air volume, power and efficiency of mine ventilator, etc. The system uses PLC as the core control unit for testing termination, which guarantees stability and reliability of the whole system.
Gas Accident Analysis of Coal Mine Based on FTA

Abstract:
The paper gave steps of fault tree analysis, drew fault tree diagram of mine gas, and made logical analysis for gas accident with FTA method. It found out minimal cut sets and minimal path sets by theory of Boolean algebra law method. It determined importance degree of structure of basic events through solving minimal cut sets and minimal path sets, so as to know degrees of danger and safety of coal mine and combination relation of basic cause events of gas accident and their importance. It also gave prevention measures of gas accident.
Reliability Analysis of Flood Control Capacity of Tailing Pond

Abstract:
Taking the dry tailing pond of Mohan Guangming Mining Plant for example, reliability of flood control capacity of the tailing pond was analyzed in the paper. Through calculating peak discharge and flood volume and checking flood regulating, flood control capacity of the tailing pond was determined. The calculation results showed that the tailing pond meets flood control requirements.
Research of RCD Clamp Circuit of Fly-back Converter

Abstract:
The paper analyzed working principle of fly-back converter and compared working state in current continuous mode with the one in discontinuous current mode of fly-back converter. It introduced a design method of RCD clamp circuit of switch power in details and selected devices and parameters through calculation and simulation. The results of Matlab simulation and experiment analysis showed that DS voltage wave of switch tube is improved significantly and voltage spikes are reduced more than 60% when RCD clamp circuit is joined and suitable R,C value are selected, so as to effectively reduce damage and stress requirement of switch tube and decrease power loss of switch tube.

Abstract:
The paper introduced general principle of structure model and application of AHP in model selection of "three machines" of fully mechanized working face, put forward decision-making model for equipment matching in fully mechanized working face, which took the minimize power consumption as the most priority criterion layer. The method that using AHP to research model selection of equipments of fully mechanized working face not only solves the problem of large power consumption, waste and unreasonable matching of "three machines", but also improves rationality and scientificity of decision-making and achieves the energy-saving goal.
A New Algorithm of Real-time Detection of Harmonic Current Based on Instantaneous Reactive Power Theory

Abstract:
The paper introduced traditional detection algorithm of harmonic current of ip-iq based on instantaneous reactive power theory. In view of time delay caused by harmonic current detection link, it put forward a new algorithm of real-time detection of harmonic current through adding pre-compensation angles to eliminate time delay based on traditional instantaneous reactive power theory. The dynamic simulation result of Matlab proved that the new algorithm has good compensation effect, which makes the compensated current waveform close to sine wave and realizes real-time detection of harmonic. The simulation results also showed feasibility and effectiveness of the new algorithm.
Research of Routing Algorithm of Mine Personnel Positioning System Based on ZigBee

Abstract:
According to characteristics of mine personnel positioning system and ZigBee, the paper put forward a method of regional networking approach of mine personnel positioning system based on ZigBee, designed a clustering routing algorithm named FEECP, and gave application model of FEECP algorithm in mine. The simulation results showed that the FEECP algorithm is excellent in routing overhead, packet delivery ratio and end-to-end delay. The routing algorithm can find routing quickly, reduce routing control overhead, save energy and accurately locate underground personnel.
Research of Passivity Control of Synchronous Motor under Nonlinear Running of Inverter

Abstract:
By strict theoretical analysis and calculation, a mathematical model of synchronous motor of E-L equation in synchronous rotating coordinates was established and nonlinear model of inverter was given. Based on the models, a passivity asymptotical tracking controller of synchronous motor was designed in case of time-varying and unknown load torque(rotation rate and location). The controller realizes mechanical control target in meanwhile realizes control of magnetic-field direction and magnetic-field amplitude, namely realizes magnetic-field vector control. The simulation result showed that the passivity controller can realize tracking control of rotation rate and location, which has high dynamic control performance and robust.

Abstract:
A mathematical model of PMLSM was established on the basis of foundational motor theory, the method of establishing rotating motor's mathematical model and PMLSM′s characteristics. Through analysis of rotating synchronous motor model in environment of Matlab/Simulink, an universal PMLSM simulation model based on Matlab/Simulink was established, and simulation and analysis of control system of vertical motion PMLSM can be conducted with the model. The simulation results indicated that the motor model can reflect practical motor's working characteristics and has high reference value for designing and manufacturing practical motor 's control system.
Research of Technology of Environmental Electricity Generation of Radio Wave for WSN Applicatio

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of power supply of WSN node, the paper put forward a scheme of environmental electricity generation of using environmental radio wave to supply power for WSN node. It detailly introduced composition of environmental electricity generation system of radio wave and composition and performances of RF-DC converting circuit of the system. The results of theory analysis and ADS simulation indicated that 4-grade voltage-multiplier rectifier can get 4.3 V output voltage on condition that power of input signal is 0 dB?m, which verified feasibility of the scheme tentatively.

Abstract:
In view of the problem of serious security risk because a lot of important coal mine equipments were operated by non-professionals, the paper designed an underground IC card identifying on-off device, and introduced hardware constitution and software design of the device. The device adopts non-contact IC card to achieve authentication, uses non-contact IC card reader to judge whether operators are professional, and sends different commands to control explosion-proof switch to perform appropriate action according to different permissions of the different IC card. Taking the application of coal mine into account, explosion-proof enclosure and intrinsical safety power supply circuit were designed in order to ensure safe operation of the device.

Because of existing defects such as hard work of caculating task, low accuracy of drawing, taking time and leasting effort in manually drawing construction documents of mining district station, the paper designed a construction documents drawing system of mining district station based on AutoCAD. It introduced structure, software design and characteristics of the system. The system adopts modularization programming method, which makes counting and drawing of district station line, chart of turnout distinction and yard tunnel to be finished by programming modular, so as to generate mining district station quickly by only inputting relevant parameters and increase working efficiency.

The paper expounded formation causes and effect factors of rock burst in coal mine, and introduced application of electromagnetic radiometer in monitoring and forecasting of rock burst in Xinzhouyao Coal Mine. It also introduced composition, working principle and characteristics of the electromagnetic radiometer in details. The test of electromagnetic radiation in Xinzhouyao Coal Mine proved the electromagnetic radiometer not only can be used to forecast rock burst, but also to check effect of preventing measures of rock burst, which has characteristics such as non-contact, non-disturbance, simple operation practicality, safety and accuracy, and is a reasonable selection of forecasting rock burst.

A design scheme of mine-used multi-protocol translation gateway based on Intel XScale 32-bit microprocessor PXA270 was put forward, design of hardware structure and driving programs of character and network devices were described, and translation principle among multi-protocol was introduced in details. The gateway solves problems of multi-network interconnection and wire network monitoring blind spots in coal mine underground by integration of kinds of networks of CAN, Ethernet, wireless and so on.

Abstract:
In view of problems that production management methods in some coal mines are lagging behind, management cannot be quantified, control cannot be programmed and management cannot be effective in preventing overall accidents, a design scheme of safety quantitative management system based on FAT model was proposed. The system makes data to be quantified which involves mine safety and uses FAT analysis model to realize dynamic security assessment of all locations of coal mine. The actual application in a number of coal mines showed that the system can effectively promote standardization and informatization of coal mine safety management and improve coal mine safety management level.

Abstract:
In view of the problem that non-real-time data acquisition system of automatic gear-box of vehicle cannot really reproduce the data during shifting, the paper proposed a design scheme of data acquisition system for automatic gear-box of vehicle based on xPCTarget, and introduced hardware and software of the system in details. The system is built by upper-lower computer to collect data. The upper computer uses visualized graph interface and is operated easily. The lower computer uses a real-time operation system based on xPCTarget, which can collect 26 signals of the automtic gear-box of vehicle including solenoid valve current, temperature, velocity and pressure with 2 ms sampling time, so as to meet analysis requirements well and ensure real-time performance during shifting.

Abstract:
In view of problems of difficult work, more man and material resources required and no high safety factor, the paper designed a hydraulic drawing device of belt, and introduced the composition and working principle of the device. It also introduced the application of the device in upward belt conveyor with high inclination-angle in No.3 mining area of Xinbai Coal Mine. The device improves safety and reliability of laying and retraction of steel belt, enhances working efficiency and lightens labor intensity of operation personnel.

The system uses dual MCS51 control technology to achieve functions of on-line data acquisition or off-line mass data storage through USB interface, which can displace private data acquisition card.

The system takes Siemens S7-300 PLC as main controller, which has functions of running condition monitoring, unusual running warning, running parameter revision, real-time data automatic production and inquiry or printing of historical data's report.

Abstract:
The paper discussed relationship of sensor mine and digital mine and integrated automation of mine, and pointed out that the concept of sensor mine is sublimation of concepts of both digital mine and integrated automation of mine. It also gave sensor mine model based on three-layer digital mine model. It presented explicitly that the core problem of sensor mine is three kinds of sensing, which is to sense disaster omen to realize early warning, to sense environment to realize active safety guarantee, and to sense health status of mine equipments to realize foreknowledge maintain. The key of construction of sensor mine system is building of sensor layer network and the goal is to decrease disasters and ensure safety.
