Design of Vibration Monitoring System of Coal Mine Equipments Based on DSP and ARM

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of high cost, large volume and poor flexibility of collecting card and IPC scheme commonly used in vibration monitoring of coal mine equipments, the paper introduced a design scheme of vibration monitoring system of coal mine equipments which takes dual-CPU of TMS320C6713B DSP and LPC2468 ARM as core and combines with AD converter and dual-port RAM. The system uses DSP to analyze spectrum and Hilbert spectrum of collected vibration signal, and ARM to realize functions of parameter configuration, data storage and data transmission. The experiment result showed that the system's error of vibration test is less than 5% and can meet with real-time requirement of vibration monitoring of coal mine equipments.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of difficulty in self-development of users and high cost in system development because of using PPI protocol for communication between upper and lower computers in common grouting monitoring system of coal mine, the paper proposed a communication scheme between PLC and upper computer by use of free-port mode. Taking grouting parameter collecting subsystem of grouting monitoring system as an example, the paper detailedly introduced communication principle between upper and lower computers and design scheme of communication software in free-port mode. The actual application showed the communication scheme has quick communication speed, high correctness and stability of data transmission, which provides a good scheme of data monitoring of small and medium sized control system of coal mine.
Design of Dedusting System of Coal Preparation Plant Based on PLC and Its Implementatio

Abstract:
The paper introduced normal dedusting methods and their characteristics at present. According to practical situation of a coal preparation plant in Xinjiang, it proposed a design scheme of dedusting system based on PLC, DH+ networking mode and ultrasonic atomization technology with negative pressure, and introduced the system's whole structure, hardware composition, control flow and design of communication program in details. The application result showed that the system has stable performance, perfect dedusting effect, simple operation, high reliability and facility of extending and maintenance.
Analysis of Mine Low-voltage Leakage Protection in Situation of Great Disparity between Long and Short Lines and Big Unbalanced Current

Abstract:
The paper explained that traditional leakage protection principles such as zero-sequence direction relay principle and zero-sequence current's maximum principle are unable to implement selective leakage protection in situation of great disparity between long and short lines and big unbalanced current through analyzing an actual example, and proposed a scheme of selective leakage protection in the situation by use of zero-sequence current's break variable principle. The scheme judges leakage by comparing zero-sequence current with inherent capacitive current of each power line as follows: if zero-sequence current of one power line changes suddenly compared to inherent capacitive current, then the power line would be leakage line; if zero-sequence current of non power line changes suddenly compared to inherent capacitive currents, then main line leakage happens. The application showed the validity of the zero-sequence current's break variable principle.
Research of Generating and Suppressing of Common-mode Voltage in High Power Converter

Abstract:
The paper analyzed generating mechanism of CMV of cascade multilevel converter with a three-phase equivalent circuit in details and introduced harms to high power converter and frequency-conversion speed-regulation system caused by CMV. Then it discussed researching situation of suppressing CMV at present and analyzed characteristics and disadvantages of suppressing CMV methods with hardware named adding filtering equipments and changing converter's structure and suppressing CMV method with software named control strategy, so as to provide some reference for researching a new strategy to suppress CMV. At last, it proposed some future research targets of suppressing CMV of high power converters: firstly, it is important to find an optimal suppressing CMV method which can take account of utilization of DC voltage and harmonic content; secondly, it is necessary to find a unified algorithm for completely eliminating CMV which is suitable for all topologies.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of small output power, low working frequency, large output ripple and high fault rate, the paper proposed a design scheme of applying DSPIC30F1010/2020 digital control chip in intrinsic safety switching power supply, gave the whole structure of the switching power supply, and emphatically introduced design of hardware circuit of the switching power supply and software of the switching power supply's digital controller. The results of theoretical analysis, global design, simulation, circuit debugging and safe spark experiment verified the feasibility of applying digital control technology in intrinsic safety switching power supply.
Design of FPGA-based Substation of Safety Monitoring and Control System of Coal Mine

Abstract:
In view of poor real-time performance of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine because sub stations collect sensors' data by use of single microprocessor, a design scheme of FPGA-based substation was put forward and designs of the substatio's software and hardware were introduced in details. A3PE600 series of FPGA was used in the substation to accomplish acquisition of sensors' data, and ARM was used to accomplish tasks of communication with the FPGA and the host computer, control of power-off and alarming according to configuration information and sensors’data and human-computer interaction. The substation has good real-time performance and can connect various of sensors and be used in different safety monitoring and control systems with different transmission interfaces.

Forecasting Method of Coal and Gas Outburst Based on KPCA-SVM

Abstract:
The paper proposed a forecasting method of coal and gas outburst based on KPCA-SVM. The method firstly used KPCA to select features of correlative indexes influencing coal and gas outburst, then used SVM to make classified forecasting coal and gas outburst. The example forecasting result showed that the correctness rate of forecasting coal and gas outburst by the method is obviously higher than the one by SVM, and the method has quick operating speed and strong identification ability. Meanwhile, the forecasting model of coal and gas outburst on the basis of the method has good stability and validity.
Evaluation of Coal Mine Safety Production Based on AHP and Fuzzy Mathematics

Abstract:
In order to quantitatively and comprehensively evaluate situation of coal mine safety production, an evaluation index system of coal mine safety production was established. AHP was used to determine weight of evaluation indexes and fuzzy mathematics was used to evaluate situation of coal mine safety production. The evaluation result showed that the evaluation method has high correctness and reliability, which provides a new way for evaluating situation of coal mine safety production.
An Improved Algorithm for Harmonic Current Detection

Abstract:
In order to solve problems that harmonic detecting algorithm based on instantaneous reactive power theory is poor in real-time performance and cannot detect single-phase harmonic directly, the paper proposed using a sliding-window iterative DFT algorithm to improve real-time performance of harmonic detection, and using self-adaptive sampling algorithm to adjust sampling time automatically so as to decrease calculating errors of FDT in non-synchronous sampling. The simulation result showed that the sliding-window iterative DFT algorithm based on self-adaptive sampling can detect harmonic current real-timely and effectively, and has excellent performances of target following and anti-interference.

Abstract:
In order to improve fault diagnosis level of high-voltage circuit breaker, the method of using D-S evidence theory to fuse data obtained by different types of sensors was researched and it was used in fault diagnosis for high-voltage circuit breaker. Analysis of an actual example showed that D-S evidence theory can improve speed, correctness and reliability of fault diagnosis for high-voltage circuit breaker, and the more fused data there is, the higher reliability of fault diagnosis is. Besides, the method has universality.
Harmonic Detection Method Based on 2-order Haining Convolution Window and Double-peak Interpolated FFT

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of frequency spectrum leakage and picket fence effect in harmonic detection by Fourier transform, the paper proposed a harmonic detection method, which uses 2-order Haining convolution window to reduce frequency spectrum leakage and interpolated correcting algorithm with double-peak of spectrum lines to restrain picket fence effect. The Matlab simulation result showed that the harmonic detection method has high detecting precision for harmonic in steady state and improves frequency spectrum leakage and picket fence effect well. For fluctuation harmonic, it proposed a harmonic analyzing scheme integrated wave-let, Fourier transform, and windowing and interpolation algorithm.
Stability Research of Flux Observation of Synchronous Motor

Abstract:
The paper briefly analyzed the principle of flux observation of synchronous motor based on voltage model. In order to solve problems of DC bias error and zero-drift caused by integral link in traditional voltage model, it proposed a model of flux observation based on voltage model in MT coordinate, and put forward integral negative feedback in the model. The simulation result showed that compared with flux observation based on traditional voltage model, the one based on voltage model in MT coordinate has better stability and can restrain DC bias disturbance and integral zero-drift.

Abstract:
For problems of data-package collision and network degradation caused by slotted CSMA/CA standard algorithm used in MAC layer of IEEE 802.15.4 network, the paper used ABE algorithm to improve the standard algorithm, and used NS-2 software to simulate performances of 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4 network based on slotted CSMA/CA standard algorithm and ABE algorithm separately. The simulation results showed an overall improvement in network performances of throughput, successful delivery ratio of data-package, fairness and drops number of LQI data-package.
Design of 3G Industrial Adapter Node

Abstract:
In view of wireless requirement of industrial control network and for the scheme of applying 3G network in field of industrial wireless control, the paper mainly introduced hardware and software design of a 3G industrial adapter node. The adapter node uses MU103 to connect traditional network and industrial wireless network to 3G network, MSP430F5438 to do data acquisition, transformation between AT command and independent protocol and execution of AT command, and RS485 interface to complete communication between the adapter node and instruments or industrial wireless gateways. The testing with WIA and Profibus networks in laboratory showed that the adapter node runs stably and reliably with good compatibility.
Design of Communication Resource of WIA-PA Network

Abstract:
The paper introduced basic elements of communication resource of WIA-PA network and structures of the communication resource's route table, neighbor table and communication timeslot table, and proposed a design method of communication resource of WIA-PA network. The method distributes communication time-slot of nodes in the whole WIA-PA network through designing above three tables, so as to realize data communication of the whole network. The experimental result proved the reliability and stability of the method.

Abstract:
In order to overcome difficulty of expressing mining subsidence situation of working face fully and availably by use of normal methods of drawing metabolic curves, the paper proposed a scheme of using Surfer8.0 to do visualization expression and mapping of mining subsidence data collected by observing station on the ground, and introduced concrete application methods of Surfer8.0 in drawing metabolic isopleths and 3D visualization expression. The comparison result with mapping by MapGIS, Surfer8.0 can realize visualization expression and mapping of mining subsidence data quickly and accurately with better output graphics.
Forecasting of Hydrogen Content in Hydrogen Decrepitation Process Based on Data Drive

Abstract:
In order to solve problems that hydrogen content cannot be detected on-line and kinetic model is difficult to be established in NdFeB hydrogen decrepitation process at present, the paper proposed a scheme which uses data driven method to implement forecasting of hydrogen content, and introduced modeling process of forecasting model of hydrogen content based on LS-SVM in details. The forecasting result showed that the model can forecast hydrogen content with small errors which would meet requirement of NdFeB hydrogen decrepitation process.

In order to solve problems of poor real-time and adaptability and low automation degree of existing detection system of steel wire, the paper proposed a design scheme of damage detection system of steel wire with high performance based on ARM-Linux, and introduced hardware composition, working principle, software realization and design and realization of drawing real-time sampling curve. The system, which combines embedded Linux technology and magnetic leakage nondestructive detection technology, can accomplish detection independently and display detecting wave real-timely with higher efficiency.
Application of Static Var Compensator in Songhe Coal Mine

Abstract:
In order to solve problems that traditional stationary reactive var compensator only compensates power factor to some extent and cannot eliminate higher harmonic pollution of power network caused by soft starters of high power loads of coal mine, the paper proposed a scheme of using static var compensator to improve power factor and solve harmonic pollution problem. Taking the application of static var compensator in Songhe coal mine as an example, it introduced concrete compensating scheme and design of filter in the compensator, and analyzed compensation and energy-saving effects. The application result showed that the compensator can compensate power factor to 0.95 and restrain higher harmonic effectively, which has perfect energy-saving effect with 4 300 000 yuan saving for Songhe coal mine each year.
Brief Analysis of Routine Maintenance of CST Soft-starting Device

Taking CST soft-starting device used for conveyors of Jining No.3 coal mine as an example, the paper indicated that slack routine maintenance is the main cause of mine-used CST soft-starting device's faults. Based on the hydraulic principle of CST soft-starting device's control system and manufacture's maintenance requirements, the paper analyzed importance of replacing hydraulic oil and filter element and daily cleaning. Finally, it pointed out that mine enterprises should do optimal routine maintenance of CST soft-starting device with less cost according to actual situation.

For the problem of high fault rate of electric injecting diesel-engine in practical application in drilling and mining machinery, the paper took model OM926LA electric injecting diesel-engine used in model XRHS396 mobile air compressor as an example, introduced control principle of the electric injecting diesel-engine, and pointed out the main fault causes are that basic maintainers are poor in control principle of the electric injecting diesel-engine, diesel oil's quality is bad, the machinery works with long time and mine's environment is threatening. At last, it proposed corresponding measures to solve the problems.
New Technology of Quick and Safe Support Removal of Fully Mechanized Face

Abstract:
In order to overcome shortcomings in safety, working speed and material consuming of traditional supporting removal technology of fully mechanized face, the paper introduced a new technology of quick and safe support removal taking support removal of 1214(3) fully mechanized face of Zhangji coal mine as an example. The new technology uses anchor net to support roof and anchor to support two sides of runnel, so as to simplify technology of tunnel support, and uses several supports as shield supports to improve safety of support removal. Besides, the roof can cave itself without maintenance with the shield supports' forward movement. The actual application showed that the new technology is safe and quick, and can create obvious economic and technique benefits.
A Wireless Network Structure Combining ZigBee and GPRS

Abstract:
The paper introduced principle of remote data transmission through GPRS and shortrange data transmission through ZigBee, proposed a wireless network structure combining ZigBee and GPRS, and gave designs of software and hardware of the wireless network structure. The wireless network structure transmits data through GPRS in wide area and through ZigBee in local area and realizes a new type of multi-mode network structure, which provides a simple method for building wireless link between terminal, remote device and personnel.

The paper introduced detecting principle, structure and debugging method of GJG10H infrared gas sensor. The application result showed that the infrared gas sensor can detect gas with 0%~10% concentration. Meanwhile, the sensor has high detecting precision and good stability, while its responding speed needs to be improved further.
Design of Automatic Control System for Sewage Pumping Station Based on S7-300

Abstract:
In order to solve problem of high cost of running management of relay-contactor control mode commonly used in sewage pumping station at present, the paper proposed a design scheme of automatic control system for sewage pumping station which takes S7-300 PLC as core, introduced the system's composition and control principle, and expounded design of the system's hardware and software. The system uses PLC to control a soft-starter to drive four motors, so as to eliminate influence on motors caused by direct starting. Besides, the system can automatically choose the most reasonable running state according to different situations, and communicate with upper computer to upload data and receive control orders. The practical application showed that the system is stable in running and improves water purifying efficiency of sewage pumping station.

In order to improve utilization rate and optimize website, the paper established a Web data stream mining system and introduced the system's frame structure. Besides, it took campus network of Shangqiu normal college as an example to describe working flow of Web data stream mining and concrete realizing flow of Web resource service. The paper introduced application of IP intermediate gradient in mineral forecasting of Dahe copper district. By analyzing geologic features and geophysical features of mineral district and processing and explaining the data actually measured outdoors, the paper blocked out three IP anomaly areas, qualitatively explained the anomaly areas, and gave positions and trends of polarization bodies in predictive area. The paper provided helps and directions for mineral prospecting in deep and outside of Dahe copper district.
