Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing and describing development and status of 3DGIS and sources, content, acquisition, hierarchy division and using ways of basic information of digital mine, a structure of basic information platform of digital mine was put forward which took application frame of digital mine based on 3DGIS as core content, composition and main functions of the basic information platform of digital mine based on 3DGIS were briefly introduced, and a method of the second development for professional application based on the basic information platform of digital mine was introduced with an example.

Abstract:
The paper proposed and designed an on-line parameters' detection device for monitoring substation in coal mine underground and introduced structure composition, system design and key technologies in pratical design of the device in details. The device can connect with monitoring substations produced by different factories flexibly to detect and analyse performance indexes of monitoring substations on line, which assures running reliability of safety monitoring system of coal mine.

Abstract:
Existing status of power off control in coal mine underground was introduced, network structure and working principle of interactive power off control by hand-held wireless mobile terminal were described, main test interface and performance of interactive control system of hand-held wireless mobile terminal were given, and some disaster ranges were discussed in which commands of wireless power off were needed to be given in time. Using hand-held wireless mobile terminal to control power off in coal mine underground can make workers to know disaster's change and range in coal mine underground in time and dynamically without limitation of time and space, then commands of wireless power off can be given and executed in time so as to cut off power supply in underground and prevent accidents to happen and disaster to expand.

Abstract:
The paper introduced application status of intrinsically safe type explosion-proof system of field bus in automation system of petrochemical and coal industry, pointed out existing problems of application of intrinsically safe type explosion-proof system of field bus in automation system of coal production in China, and indicated that the application of intrinsically safe type explosion-proof system of field bus in automation and communication system of coal production in China is feasible, while it is needed to make protocol standard of field bus which is suitable for coal production of China and change exsited system authentication to parameters authentication.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of high cost of network wiring of existing mine monitoring and control system and resource waste, the paper introduced the structure of mine network platform based on B/S mode which took digital optical transceiver as core, gave hardware design scheme of digital optical transceiver based on CPLD, and used MaxpusII to simulate bidirectional transmission of video signals, audio signals and data signals.The simulation result showed that the design scheme of mine-used digital optical transceiver has clear multiplexing timeslot distribution and has no message overlapping or loss,which satisfies triple-play.

Abstract:
In order to meet the requirement of accurate and real-time harmonic current detection needed in dynamic harmonic compensation of power grid of coal mine, the paper proposed a power harmonic detection algorithm named DFT based sliding-window iterative algorithm based on coordinate transformation. The algorithm can detect harmonic reference instruction current real-timely and accurately, so as to improve performance of real-time, anti-interference and synchronization of harmonic detection, and the algorithm has characteristics of little calculation, flexibility application and easy engineering realization. The results of theoretical analysis, simulation and DSP realization showed that the algorithm can extract harmonic instruction current accurately, reliably and real-timely and has a good effect.

Abstract:
A detection model of mine-used infrared gas sensor was established. Through calculation and curve fitting, the relationship between gas concentration and output voltage of infrared gas sensor was gotten and inversion test for the detection model was done. The test result showed that measuring precision of the detection model meets field's requirement.
Application of an Improved Wavelet Algorithm in Fault Line Selection of Leakage Protection System of Mine

Abstract:
Advantages and disadvantages of existing common fault line selection theories applied in leakage protection system of mine were analyzed. In order to solve problems of capturing and realtimely detecting transient signals in line selection method with transient signals of leakage faults in mine based on wavelet algorithm, an improved wavelet algorithm based on self-adapting filter technology was proposed. Disturbances and noise can be filtered effectively by the algorithm so as to get available information of zero-sequence current of fault line easily. The simulation result showed validity of the improved algorithm.

Abstract:
A software for aided designing bolt of tunnel named ANSYSBOLT was designed on the basis of ANSYS finite element software. In the software environment, bolt supporting model of physical tunnel in tectonic stress field was structured according to physical parameters of coal and rock seam of some working face, and in conditions of different buried depth, bolt supporting structure and pre-tightening force, distributions of stress of surrounding rock of physical tunnel and its displacement were analyzed and calculated by ANSYSBOLT software. Then influence of different buried depth, bolt supporting structure and pre-tightening force on stability of roof and floor of tunnel was analyzed and finally feasible scheme of bolt supporting was gotten according to the analysis result. The field test result showed the above method is feasible and reliable.

Abstract:
Theoretical pick cut and principle of drawing cutting pattern were introduced. Computer program was worked out by Matlab to realize simulation for cutting process of cutting head. The cutting pattern was drawn and cutting area of each pick and its coefficient of bias load were given under different conditions. By the program, the rationality of pick arrangement with certain cutting parameters can be judged quickly and it gives a way to design and test of pick arrangement.

Abstract:
In direct torque control system, stator flux can not be accurately observed at low speed if traditional pure integrator (U-I model) is taken as a flux observer, and using speed sensors to measure rotor speed will increase complexity,cost and maintenance requirements and reduce reliability and robustness of the system. In the paper, a method was put forward that traditional pure integrator is replaced by a closed-loop flux observer to observe the stator flux and speed observer is built to estimate rotor speed based on model referenced adaptive system(MRAS). A simulation model of direct torque control system with speed-sensorless for asynchronous motor was estiblished in Matlab with the method, and the simulation result showed rationality and effectiveness of the method.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a sensorless vector control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor at zero or low speed. Accurate position and speed of rotor in sensorless vector control were estimated by injecting high-frequency signals into two rotate coordinate based on saliency effect principle of motor, then it gave a sensorless vector control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor. The simulation result showed that the method can accurately estimate rotor's position and speed and meet the need of vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.

Abstract:
Mathematical model of permanent magent synchronous motor(PMSM) and its vector control principle in d-q coordinate were analyzed and a method of applying EKF in PMSM sensorless control system was proposed. In α-β and d-p coordinates, nonlinear equations of PMSM were linearized and its rotor position and speed were estimated realtimely by EKF algorithm, so as to satisfy demand of realtime control. The results of Matlab/Simulink simulation and dSPACE hardware platform test showed that the PMSM sensorless control system based on EKF has steady running, small overshoot and perfect dynamic and static performance.

Abstract:
In order to reasonably evaluate safety standardization grade of tailing reservoir, after consulting relational laws, statutes, technical standards and criterions, the paper put forward a safety standardization evaluation system of tailing reservoir which uses 9 first level indexes and 38 second level indexes to estimate safety performance of tailing reservoir and uses analytical hierarchy process to define weighing value of every index. The actual application showed that the system can reflect reality of tailing reservoir more realistically and objectively.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed disadvantages of existing dispatching telephone system in coal mine, introduced a design scheme of broadcast telephone system based on Sunplus SPCE061A single-chip microcomputer and CAN bus. The system uses Sunplus audio compression coding algorithm library to realize a voice compression coding in 10~24 kbit/s, so as to get voice data with middle and low rate which fits transmission in CAN bus. For received voice data, the system uses relevant voice decoding algorithm to decode real-timely and then sends them to amplifier module to drive loudspeakers. The testing result showed that the system is reliable and stable with long transmission distance and high voice quality. It supplies a new solution to the problem of real-time in existing voice communication system in coal mine.

Abstract:
To meet the need of gas monitoring of coal mine, an intelligent gas monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks was developed. The system uses digital gas sensor to measure gas real-timely, so as to decrease complexity of A/D conversion in normal sensors and improve measuring precision. It also uses wireless sensor networks to overcome limitation of wiring sensor networks and avoid high power of other wireless communication technology. The paper introduced hardware and software design of the system in details and gave test results.

Abstract:
A design scheme of wireless temperature acquisition and control system based on nRF24L01 was introduced and the architecture of the system and its hardware and software design were expounded. The system has strong anti-interference ability and high reliability by use of low-power microcontroller ATmega16 and 2.4 GHz radio frequency chip nRF24L01 in hardware design and high real-time performance and low power consumption by use of method of time slice round-robin in software design to realize multi-task scheduling. The test result showed that the system has easy control, high accuracy and wide temperature range, which can reliably realize acquisition of temperature and transmission of wireless data.

Abstract:
In order to solve existing problems of large lag and poor stability of air supply system for compressor, the paper introduced design of an air supply system with constant pressure for compressor based on fuzzy-PID controller. The fuzzy-PID controller of the system combines traditional PID control with fuzzy control which can adjust parameters of the whole system automatically and finally realize air supply with constant pressure. The actual running result showed that the system can do optimal control according to changes of air supply devices and environment, which improves the system's reliability, stability, dynamic respond speed and energy-saving effect.

A design scheme of mine-used feed switch based on double-controller was introduced. The feed switch is designed with double-controller of single-chip microcomputer and DSP, so as to separate data collection with fault judgment, which improves running speed and intelligence level.
