Design of Remote Signal Transmission System in Mine Roof Descending Monitoring

Abstract:
To solve the existing problems of most roof descending monitors such as heavy workload of data collection and unable to upload roof descending data to surface, the paper proposed a design scheme of remote transmission system of mine roof descending signal.It introduced working principle,mathematic model of the system in details,and determined the key parameters as well as gave design of the hardware circuit of the system.The system can transmit the roof descending data with frequency signal mode to analog interface of communication substation of safety monitoring and control system of mine so as to the safety monitoring and control center of mine can monitor and collect state and data of roof descending of each monitored point in real-time,which improves continuity and reality of roof descending monitoring.The field operation showed that the system is easy to communicate with mine communication substation and each operation index can meet national standard ordained by coal industry.

Abstract:
Though comparison about performance and realizing method among several remote (communication) modes,the paper proposed a design scheme of remote monitoring and control system of coal(output) using Modem technology to realize remote communication,introduced design of hardware and(software) of communication between upper-computer,lower-computer and Modem.It also gave anti-(interference) measures of the system.The practical running showed that the system is stable and reliable in(working),and has certain use value.

Abstract:
In actual production of coal mine underground,the shot lighter may begin to shoot but no sprinkling water which is liable to shoot explosion accident.For the problem,the paper proposed a design scheme of automatic sprinkling water control system before shooting of coal mine based on voltage doubling rectifier circuit controlled by P89LPC932 single-chip microcomputer,and introduced configuration,function,working principle and design of main circuits of the system in details.The actual application of prototype system showed that the system not only meets the demand of no shooting no sprinkling,but also realizes sprinkling locking function according to the total sprinkling set in field,which has strong applicability.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of the control system of electromagnetic high-frequency screen which took PIC18F452 single-chip microcomputer as core.It gave requires and control principle of the control system of electromagnetic highfrequency screen based on PIC18F452,and introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details.The system uses the advantages of PIC18F452 single-chip microcomputer in software calculation and realizes control function of the system with the least hardware circuit.The actual application showed that the system is reliable in running and simple in operation.

Abstract:
The paper introduced the concept of digital mine and its development target,analyzed current situation of digital mine in China,proposed a construction frame of digital mine taking digital mine basic information platform based on 3DGIS technology as core.It briefly introduced the key technologies for realizing digital mine such as information regulation and interface standards,intellectualization of equipments,high-speed transmission network,integration and sharing of multi-source heterogeneous data,platform of 3DGIS,3D modeling algorithm,analysis and processing of specialization for basic data,development of business application systems and so on.It has guiding significance for development of digital mine in China.

Abstract:
The automatic detection of position and posture of roadheader is one of the key problems for the automatic control of roadheader.The paper analyzed effects that position and posture of boom-type roadheader on tunnel excavation combining with structure and working mode of boom-type roadheader,and proposed an automatic detecting method of position and posture of boom-type roadheader based on laser guide.In addition,the feasibility of the proposed method was analyzed.

Abstract:
For the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous of early-warning data of coal mine safety,the paper proposed a design scheme that using data mining technology with association rules to make data mining for parameters of early-warning system of coal mine safety.It gave mining model of association rules and its algorithm analysis,introduced application and implementation of Apriori algorithm in association rules algorithm in early-warning system of coal mine safety in details.The simulation result showed that the scheme has good performance,which is a effective method of comprehensive evaluation for coal mine safety.

Abstract:
For the problem that common PID control hardly solves the problems of time delay and nonlinear in actual industry system,the paper proposed a design scheme of discharging system of jigger based on T-S fuzzy model.It introduced components of the automatic discharging system of jigger,analyzed identification principle of T-S fuzzy model and expounded modeling and simulation of the discharging system of jigger based on T-S fuzzy model.The experiment result showed that the(T-S) fuzzy model can accurately reflect relation of output and input of the controlled system,and it showed that the(T-S) fuzzy model can be used to model and simulate for nonlinear control system too,which is a powerful tool of communication between modern control theory and nonlinear control system.

Abstract:
The ball mill system has characteristics of multivariable,strong coupling,large delay and great change of production condition,so it is difficult to achieve control goal when using common control strategy.To solve the problems,the paper proposed a design scheme of ball mill system based on fuzzy internal model control,analyzed working principle of ball mill and built its mathematical model.It introduced decoupling analysis of ball mill system in details,and gave design method of fuzzy internal controller of ball mill at last.The simulation result showed that ball mill system based on fuzzy internal model control has good decoupling ability and strong robustness and can solve the problems of time variation,coupling and delay of the ball mill system,which has engineering application value.

Abstract:
The top coal caving makes coal natural fracturing and crushing and to emit from support drawpoint using mining support pressure,so good or bad of top coal caving characteristics becomes key to the mining method.According to occurrence condition of coal seam of Lutian coal mine,the paper analyzed and evaluated top coal caving characteristics for 1604 fully mechanized caving face of the coal mine by using the classification method of fuzzy mathematic and programming calculation of Matlab and combining the following six factors of coal seam strength,covered depth,joint crack developing extent,dirt band height,coal seam height and filling coefficient of immediate roof.The evaluation result showed that the top coal caving characteristics is good,and it has some guiding significance to production practice of Lutian coal mine.

Abstract:
The paper proposed an improved off-line parameters identification method of asynchronous motor based on DSP processor,and detailedly introduced implementation of the parameters identification method of asynchronous motor under static state.It also made parameters identification experiment for two different asynchronous motors using frequency-conversion vector control system which took TMS320F2812 DSP as core.The experiment result showed that the method is accurate and reliable and has strong operability and portability,which is suitable for application of industrial field.
Compensation Technology of Restraining Thrust Fluctuation of PMLSM

Abstract:
It is important to reduce thrust fluctuation of PMLSM in order to meet the demand of speed servo of PMLSM which is easy to produce thrust fluctuation.The paper weakened thrust fluctuation from two aspects of structural optimization and control strategy of motor,namely selecting right shape and arrangement mode of the secondary flux could make the wave of the primary back electromotive force to close sine wave,as well as using control strategy to compensate current by calculating harmonic wave of the stator current through the primary back electromotive force,which could weaken thrust ripple,using closed arrangement scheme of thickness hexagon magnet of skewed slot,skewed pole or uniform magnetizing could greatly weaken thrust fluctuation caused by cogging effect,using measures such as multipole structure,increasing length of air gap and reducing excitation magnetic density could reduce thrust fluctuation caused by edge effect.The experiment result showed that the methods can restrain the influence of the thrust fluctuation of PMLSM on servo system effectively,which has higher robustness.

For the disadvantages that the traditional spontaneous fire monitoring system can’t determine actual position of fire source,the paper proposed a design scheme of spontaneous fire monitoring system of coal mine underground based on WSN.It gave whole structure of the system,introduced network topology of the system,mechanism of fire resource position and hardware and software design of the system in details.The experiment result showed that the system has characteristics of convenient control and stable work,which can forecast early spontaneous combustion precisely.

To solve the problem of inaccurate fault ranging result caused by uncertainty of wave speed of traveling wave by use of algorithm of single-end traveling wave fault ranging,the paper proposed a new type of ranging algorithm of single-end traveling wave fault ranging.The new type of fault ranging algorithm bases on wavelet transform and makes use of ranging relations among the secondary reflection of fault point,the reflection of end-to-end bus and the initial traveling wave to eliminate influence of wave speed of traveling wave.The simulation result showed that the new type of fault ranging algorithm has the certain effectiveness and feasibility.

Abstract:
To solve the disadvantage of slow action of existing feed protection switches, a leakage detection device for mine power supply network based on dual-controller was designed.The device takes ATmega329 single-chip microcomputer as control core to realize functions of fault judgment and control,adopts ATT7022 DSP to realize functions of AC signal collection and statistical calculation,so as to process functions of data processing and control dividually,which improves fault processing speed of the device and accuracy of data collection of AC signal effectively.Its selective leakage detection circuit adopts self-adjusting and self-adapting function design so that it has better adaptability to different mine environment.Commissioning result showed that the device has high precision,quick action speed and strong adaptability.
Research of Method of Transient Component Line Selection Leakage Protection Based on Wavelet Analysis

Abstract:
To solve the problem that mine high-voltage power network with neutral grounded by arc suppression coil is difficult to select line,the paper proposed a method of transient component line selection leakage protection based on wavelet analysis.The method uses steady value off-limit and break variable off-limit of zero-sequence voltage to judge if power network has leakage fault,uses detection principle of wavelet singularity to locate fault time accurately in order to sample transient component of each line precisely,and makes wavelet packet transform for sampled transient component to calculate line selection criterion formed by wavelet packet coefficient and make leakage line selection according with the criterion.The simulation experiment showed that the method has high sensitivity and accurate line selection,which has certain feasibility.
Research of Temperature Compensation of Optical Fiber Current Sensor Based on Matlab

Abstract:
To solve the problem of temperature stability existed in optical fiber current sensor,the paper proposed a design scheme of temperature compensation of optical fiber current sensor based on Matlab.According to deviation value of output of the optical fiber current sensor,the scheme makes quartic polynomial fitting based on the least square method combining with the function of curve fitting of Matlab,so as to find temperature compensation factor and build temperature compensation equation.The experiment result showed that the maximal error of current value measured by the optical fiber current sensor is reduced from 13.35% before temperature compensation to 0.3% after temperature compensation,which improves accuracy and temperature stability of the optical fiber current sensor greatly.

RS485 communication interface widely used in traditional mine-used equipments with ModBus communication protocol,and the protocol conversion must be utilized in order to connect this type of mine-used equipments to the belt conveyor centralized control system based on intrinsic safety DeviceNet filed bus.For the problem,the paper introduced a monitoring substation of belt conveyor centralized control system with protocol conversion function based on intrinsic safety DeviceNet filed bus,analyzed principle and implementation of DeviceNet and ModBus,and described design of hardware and software of the monitoring substation in details.The actual application showed that the monitoring substation meets with the design requirement.

Abstract:
Wire breakage by lightning stroke is serious power safety accident of coal mine and threasts safety production of coal mine directly.The paper introduced reasons of wire breakage accident by lightning stroke, analyzed lightning current and thermal effect of short-circuit current in phase to phase induced by lightning current and mechanism of wire breakage by lightning stroke,gave results that the imperfect grounding system was indirect reason of wire breakage accident by lightning stroke and short-circuit current in phase to phase induced by lightning stroke was direct reason of wire breakage.At last it proposed technical countermeasures to prevent lightning stroke accident combining with actual power line.
