Abstract:
Voltage levels of coal mine power supply system have direct effects on motors′ start-up and normal operation,but now monitoring and control system of coal mine power supply cannot give fore-warning research of running status of coal mine power network and voltage levels using real-time parameters of power network structure and real-time power flow parameters,so it cannot eliminate potential safety problems in power network.Using real-time power flow parameters of monitoring and control system in power network,and combining with analysis hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy theory,the paper constructed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix through selecting forewarning evaluation indexes of voltage state and tendency,evaluated current voltage level,analyzed voltage tendency,so as to achieve voltage state and tendency forewarning of coal mine power network,improve and enhance monitoring and control(capabilities) of coal mine power monitoring and control system.

Abstract:
In order to resolve the existing problems of adding flocculant such as poor effect of preparation,unreliable detection link,and poor real-time,the paper put forword a design scheme of auto-adding system of flocculant of medium-coal thickeners taking auto-adding system of medicament of medium-coal thickeners of Tianzhuang coal preparation plant as example.It introduced control principle,overall design,and software design of the system in details.The system can realize automatic control of adding volume of flocculant through detecting flow and turbidity of slime water.The practical application showed that the system realizes efficient and saving production and zero discharge of slime water,increases utilization rate of slime water,and eliminates pollution caused by slime water of preparation on environment.

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design scheme of on-line monitoring system of VRLA batteriy and introduced hardware and software design of the system.The system can monitor parameters of voltage,current,and temperature of VRLA battery in realtime,so as to know the status of charging and discharging of VRLA battery,estimate the residual capacity,and avoid influencing life of VRLA battery due to over charging and over discharging.The system can discharge to a group of VRLA batteries through the software of upper comuter regularly and it resolves the problem of premature failure of VRLA battery due to long-term floating charging.

Abstract:
The paper briefly introduced the principle of gas infrared detection and pointed out existing problems of traditional absorption model.It established a detection model of infrared gas sensor based on nonlinear approximation capability of RBF neural network,gave the structure of the RBF neural network,and trained the RBF neural network,then obtained RBF neural network structure of the detection model of infrared gas sensor.The experiment results showed that the model has small error and high accurate,which can meet the requirements of mine application.

Abstract:
The paper put forward an information detection method using fuzzy data fusion technology of multi-sensor.The method uses multi-sensor to monitor parameters of temperature,humidity,ventilation amount,and others of monitored environment, then multivariate information obtained by multi-sensor are made fuzzification and accurate state parameter estimation of the monitored environment is obtained by use of synthetic operation and decision rule of data fusion center,which can be used in the final information decision.The experiment result showed that the method can improve accuracy rate of environment state monitoring effectively,increase confidence degree of state monitoring,and improve performance of environment monitoring system.

Abstract:
Three-dimension construction and three-dimension visualization of stratum layer are very(important) to obtain and explan information of stratum layer.Combining with the fractal theory and using midpoint displacement fractal interpolation,the paper put forward a modeling method based on array linked list fractal interpolation,which can realize three-dimension visualization of stratum layer model(under) the support of OpenGL.The practical application showed that the modeling method is simple in(realization,) quick in construction,and wide in application range.

Abstract:
In allusion to the existing shortcoming that traditional frequency-conversion control system of mine local ventilator regulates air quantity according to gas concentration only,the paper put forward a design scheme of intelligent control system of mine local ventilator,which considered gas and dust concentration,and introduced design of fuzzy controllers of gas concentration and dust concentration based on fuzzy PID control.The simulation of the fuzzy controllers of gas concentration and dust concentration showed that the control system can regulate speed of local ventilator automatically,continuously and real-timely according to concentration change of explosive gas with different concentration of gas and dust of working face.

Abstract:
Mine mobile communication system is the important guarantee of mine safety production and emergency rescue and disaster relief.In order to improve the reliability and stability of mine mobile communication system,the paper put forward a scheme of applying DS/FH hybrid spread-spectrum communication in mine mobile communication system and theoretically made detailed analysis on DS/FH hybrid spread-spectrum communication technology.On the basis of the theory analysis,simulation model of the communication system was established based on Systemview.The simulation result and BER characteristics analysis proved the application feasibility of DS/FH hybrid spread-spectrum communication technology,which provides important theory basis for development of mine mobile communication.

Abstract:
The current transformer with high quality PCB rogowski coils has big section structure which is opposite to the small section area requirement of the one with ideal rogowski coils.Through detailed theory analysis and formulas,the paper raveled out the limitation of big section and small section,and got conclusion that current transformer with big section and high quality PCB rogowski coils has the same measure principle as the one with ideal rogowski coils,which provides the theoretical basis for optimization design of current transformer with PCB rogowski coils and its application in the power system of mining area.The experimental research result showed that the current transformer with high quality PCB rogowski coils has good measurement accuracy,parameters consistency,excellent transient performance,and perfect resistant ability to electromagnetism,which suits for the development trend with further digitalization of power environment and power system in mining area.

The paper introduced a powerful network simulation software named Opnet,and analyzed its simulation characteristics and functions.It emphatically discussed how to build network models with Opnet.Combining with the example of TCP congestion control,the paper introduced modeling methods,application configuration as well as network parameters configuration of TCP congestion control simulation,and analyzed the influence of network environment parameters on network performance and simulation result.

Abstract:
According to special space of mine tunnel,the paper supposed geometric distribution of scatters which was totally different from the ones on the ground, put forward a new 3D-GBSB model of MIMO channel,and dudeced the space-time correlation function of the model.It simulated and analyzed the correlation function and channel capacity by geometry analytic method to get the best scheme of antennas layout.The simulation result showed that the channel capacity of the wireless system can be enhanced obviously through reasonable antenna layout in tunnel.

Abstract:
Auto-reclosing is a very important equipment that can improve reliability of power supply system and guarantee security operation of power line,so the auto-reclosing is widely applied in transmission line.In allussion to the misjudgment of voltage criterion of auto-reclosing,the paper put forward a method of fault recognition which applied fuzzy neural network(FNN) to recognize the faults of single phase auto-reclosing.It built up a model of fuzzy neural network with two-input and one-output,which was used to recognize transient faults and permanent faults.Using the method of gaining fuzzy rules from samples and Matlab software,it simulated the method.The simulation result verified the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method.

In the paper,three-phase four-wire four-leg APF was taken as study object,the i_p-i_q method was chosen to detect harmonic current,and the method of deadbeat control with full-digitalization was adopted in tracking link of order current.The Matlab/Simulink simulation results showed that the active filter system with deadbeat control method can compensate harmonic current well and inhibit neutral current effectively.

The paper introduced a design scheme of distributed networked control system based on the modulation mechanism of neuroendocrine-immune network ,and discussed the operating mechanisms and control functions of various entities which exist in execution level,coordination level,and management level of the system in details.Then it put forward an optimized control structure and optimized the control parameters through the genetic algorithm.The simulation results showed that the optimized control structure can eliminate control error quickly and stably.Therefore,the feasibility of the networked control system is ensured in practical application.

The paper put forward a control scheme of brushless DC motor with sensor-less.The scheme uses back-EMF integration method to obtain the signal of rotor position,compensates phase shift of the back-EMF detecting citcuit under different speed,and realizes synchronous starting in open-loop of brushless DC motor through increasing frequency and increasing voltage method,so as to realize the control of sensor-less of brushless DC motor.The experiment results showed that the scheme is correct.

Abstract:
Compared with other motors,the brushless double-fed motor(BDFM) has its own unique advantages,especially suits for the open-loop control of loads of fans,pumps load and so on.Taking the cage brushless double-fed motor as research object,the paper established a mathematical model of the BDFM.Using Matlab/Simulink software,it analyzed the optimal voltage frequency control strategy in course of speed-regulation control in details.The strategy can make the motor run stablly in corresponding speed at the maximum power factor and the minimum converter capacity.

Abstract:
In allusion to the problems of low gas recovery rate and big smoke of traditional gas recovery system,the paper put forward a predictive control strategy of gas recovery system based on neural network,which optimizes gas recovery system of a steel plant’s converter by applying neural network adaptive and predictive control and fuzzy control.The simulation results showed that the predictive error of furnace gas emissions was-5~5 L/h and the preditive effect was better.The practice application proved the average recovery of gas reached 97.5 m3/t after applying neural network adaptive and predictive control and it reached the purpose of energy saving,low cost,and protection of environment.

Abstract:
The paper put forward a control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)based on control theory of backstepping and sliding-mode variable structure,theoretically analyzed the control strategy,and did simulation experiment with Matlab.The simulation result showed that the control strategy can realize tracking control of motor rotating speed effectively,which has better dynamic and static performance and good robust performance.

The paper analyzed disadvantages of automatic power off of monitoring and control of local ventilator combining with practical working experiences,discussed unconformity between automatic power off of monitoring and control of local ventilator and relative regulations of coal mine safety regulation,and made the conclusion that automatic power off of monitoring and control of local ventilator may make power off not thorough,difficulties in electrical maintenance,increasing circuit complexity,independence in main and spared local ventilator,and expanding disasters scope,namely which is more unbenefited.The paper is attached with detailed graph,helpful for practical operation.

In order to resolve the problem of hidden trouble about safety in existing capacitiance current measurement device,the paper put forward a design scheme of on-line measurement device of capacitance current based on DSP,introduced the measurement principle,design of hardware,and software of the device.The device uses the signal-injection method to measure capacitance current of power network which uses arc-suppression coil to on-line inject signal range from 20 Hz to 80 Hz with step 0.2 Hz and equal amplitude into secondary side of arc-suppression coil,uses DSP to process feedback signal to get resonate frequency of power network system,then indirectly gets capacitance current.The device solves the problem of safety of mesuring capacitiance current.

Abstract:
In one mixture ore of sintering plant,process control of material level for ore bin used Smith predictor time delay compensation system.In running process of the system,when material level changed in large,serious instability of the process control appeared.The paper analyzed causes of delay for process control of mixed ore bin,and adopted a new compensation method of time delay which used a modified feedback Smith predictor.Taking ABB’s controller as platform, a new time delay compensation control system was built,which overcome the time delay effectively and fluctuations caused by external disturbance.The practical application showed that the system has high control alibility,good robustness,and good anti-interference ability and resolves instability of process control of the mixture ore bin of sintering plant.
